Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, front desk ladies are always very nice. My hygienist is super sweet and my teeth are always squeaky clean when she’s done. Dr. Jessie is very gentle and explains everything she’s doing .

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent visit with the dentist as kenai is 4 and they were very calm with him as he let them look and take photos/X-rays of his teeth and even let him hold onto the 3d dragons that were in the room.

Fantastic experience: I've been at this office for 6yrs. They work wonders to calm the kids anxiety. My son's baby teeth were really brittle (lovely genetics) and they were patient and kind with him when they had to pull a couple. They are all about care and not just trying to make a buck. They are conscientious of what your insurance covers and the work with you so you understand the billing so when I had to have a crown done, they were extremely helpful with that. The entire office is kind and friendly. I recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Tyler completed work on two front teeth crowns. He was thorough, concerned about my comfort, and meticulous about his work. But it's not just the quality of the work, it's the friendly, cared -for feeling you have in the chair. This carries on the same hospitality Cheryl Larson provided before her retirement, and now Jessie (her daughter) and Tyler (son-in-law) and the office staff, including long time Gerilyn provide during every visit. Best practice in town!

Two extractions and a dental implant later and I couldn't be happier. The staff is efficient, informative and handle all the insurance so you know upfront your out of pocket expense. I have always been seen right at or prior to my scheduled appointment. With Dr Tyler & his assistants EVERYTHING was seamless & pain free. Communication was superior, pre, during and post procedures. Their practice is definitely 5 star and worth your consideration.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Tyler helped me get two new crowns. He is incredibly personable, direct and does all he can to make your smile perfect! I was nervous going to a new dentist for my crowns, but he did an excellent job. One thing that also sticks out to me about him and his wife (the other dentist) is that they are always trying to help you save money on any procedure. They always talk to you about the price prior to moving forward and I can tell that they only suggest various treatments that they feel you absolutely *need. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

After traveling around Michigan, and being to hundreds of Practices I highly recommend this one over the rest. You’re treated with respect, dignity and care while you’re a patient and that’s all I could ever ask for.

They do it all in a efficient modern facility . Day can do a lot of good stuff like cosmetic dentistry as well as implants right there in the office!

The staff there are all so kind and friendly. That tells it all to me. The staff is the reflection of the owners. I love that office and Dr Smith.

Negative experience: Told me I had 8 cavities and were gonna schedule multiple appointments for fillings I went and got a second opinion from my old dentist because this was a new one for me found out I did not need any of the fillings nor did I need my wisdom teeth pulled out witch is what smith and Larson told me so basically I think because I’m a younger guy they could get away with screwing me out of money and making me go through a bunch of stuff that was not needed at all I just don’t understand how you can drill into perfectly fine teeth that’s just messed up do your job better or stop trying to screw people over

Fantastic experience: A large chunk of one of my upper back teeth broke off . It left a very sharp edge but otherwise was not causing pain. I called the Dentist and they got me in right away the next day. Fortunately I did not need a root canal to fix the problem. an hour later I had a temporary crown.
