Positive experience: Good and quick work on my cavity filling with a lot of care for the outcome and patient status. Made small talk which isn't necessary and I felt kind of bad because my doctor had very automated responses to what we were talking about, which is why I say it isn't necessary. Sort of the sense of you don't have to talk to me about other things if you don't want to conversate. However, I was checked on repeatedly during the filling and felt very cared for, it was a good experience.

Fantastic experience: The staff and especially Dr russ went above and beyond their duties as dental providers !! I was unaware that I had (sepsis ) deadly lung and kidney infection!!! We'll waiting to have dental work started and see the dentist Dr russ , out of no where I was unable to breathe and I had no idea what was happening to my body and I had no control of my breathing and just like a true professional Dr russ came in took charge immediately,very calmly I must say! Calmed my breathing down and took the measure of giving me oxygen and encouraging me to relax and letting me know that he was here me and his staff called 911 as instructed by my great dentist was in control of the whole situation (very very calmly I might add) unlike me still frantic so I m so blessed to have a team like that at the Jacob dental group in grand island NE 68801,,( 2916 west stolley park road suite B) I m forever in awe of the professionalism and support of the entire staff for the love and making me feel as the most important person in the world at that moment!! SO I SUGGEST IF YOU HAVE ANY DENTAL NEEDS OR EVEN A ROUTINE CHECK UP WITH YOUR DENTIST? AND MAYBE LOOKING FOR A GREAT AND CARING DENTIST WHO WILL GO TO MATE FOR U , WITH DENTAL INSURANCE OR THEY CAN MAKE A DENTAL PLAN FOR YOU TO WORK WITH UR NEEDS AND WANTS!!
