Fantastic experience: Finally found a dentist in Monroe that doesn't charge for every little thing. My previous dentist recommended I get a crown to repair a chipped tooth. Whereas NELA repaired in one visit with a composite resin. Insurance covered everything. So far, everyone there has been friendly and very professional. 295-26.

Fantastic experience: What a great group of Dental professionals. Everyone that I have encountered at NELA dental seems to be the best at what they do. NELA dental has assembled a team that cares about your experience and your comfort during every procedure. I have had many different types of procedures done at NELA dental and they have all been perfect. From teeth cleaning to bone graph surgery and everything in between. The whole crew makes you feel like part of their family. They not only do a great job, they care about your experience and your comfort while doing it. 5 stars in my book. And kudos to the administration that assembled this team. Well done!!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and staff. I called Fri. morning before Labor Day in severe pain. NELA dental got me in the same day. I'd had 2 previous dental visits elsewhere the previous week where I was referred to an endodonist and an oral surgeon. and sent home with 2nd round of antibiotics. Both referral appointments were 2 weeks + out. At NELA Dental I was treated and scheduled for extraction and implant the following business day. It's awesome to have a turnkey dental office who does it all. So thankful I found this dental office. The staff was great. The prices were as well.

Negative experience: Everyone was great! The only thing is that I was charged $410 even though I have insurance. That was a shock!! I have never had this happen before! I don’t know if I will keep my next appointment

It hadn’t worked out, so yesterday I went back and Beth did her usual spectacular job of cleaning and polishing. It’s worth the extra drive to Monroe! I got a good report so will go back in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: A few years ago I had the worst dentist appointment of my life. I was in so much pain and the dentist ignored my cries. For years, I struggled to go back to the dentist even when I really needed to because I had anxiety just thinking about past experiences. However, I went to a new dentist yesterday and had the best experience I could ever have at NELA Dental they were so sweet to me. Treated me with such kindness and grace yesterday. If I even flinched they didn’t make a move til everything was perfect and my heart was settled. If you have anxiety or hate going to the dentist, please make them your choice. I will never go to another dentist. I love them so much for what they did for me yesterday. Dr. Pruden was a gem!

Fantastic experience: For the first time in my life, I don’t have to have a full-on nauseous panic attack leading up to going to the dentist! I didn’t know that was even possible! Dr. Rachal was friendly, extremely empathetic, accomodating, and explained my options carefully. The entire office is very nice and comfortable and everyone working there is so extremely sweet. It really shows that they treat their employees well, which makes a huge difference for the overall feel of going here.

The entire staff, from reception to the dental assistants, is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a positive and reassuring environment. I also appreciated the abundance of available parking, making my visits very convenient. Lastly, I was very impressed by the practice's investment in modern and advanced cleaning equipment, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience! The reception staff was very nice upon my arrival to the Dentist office. Wait time was minimal. The dental assistant who took my x-rays and looked at my teeth was excellent. Dr. Rachal took the time to explain what was causing my pain and even allowed me to look at my x-rays and CT Scan with him, to see what was going on. No drilling was necessary this visit! That makes it a great one!!

Fantastic experience: Every single employee was phenomenal! Their genuine kindness, smiles, and enthusiasm made for a great first trip for my daughter for her first cleaning. When having to do a procedure due to a large cavity, she was met with calm and patient dentists that explained every single step of the process by letting her see and touch anything that would be in her mouth. My 5 year old went through a whole pulp cleaning and crown without one whimper! That’s eye opening about their great care! Will definitely recommend and return for my whole family.

Ms Beth, the hygienist, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and a pleasure to be around. She did an excellent job of explaining to me what she was doing and why. Then, as usual, Dr. Costello’s professionalism and friendly conversation was an extremely pleasurable experience. They have a great staff and I have never had anything but pleasant experiences during my visits. If y’all haven’t been to NELA Dental, I highly recommend that y’all try them for your next dental visit. I’m confident y’all won’t be disappointed.
