He was able to find my xrays from 2014 with a click of the button and compare my teeth to the xrays from today showing no change over 12 yrs. Another dentist told me I had 10 cavities and he showed me how they could get to that conclusion and how they were wrong. He takes to the time to chat and learn about what’s going on.

Fantastic experience: I broke a crown on one of my molars one day ago while sitting on my boat transiting down to the Florida Keys . Lucky for me I called the dental office of Neil Friedman right in Key Biscayne where I was at anchor in the harbor at the Bill Baggs State Park . Within an hour of contacting the office by email , I had a call from the office scheduler who got me an 8:30 am appointment . I was able to dinghy ashore and easily walk the mile to his office this morning. I was in his chair by 8:30 am and out by 9:35 am . I had forwarded the contact for my dentist at home yesterday and when I sat in the dental chair, there was a copy of my full dental x-rays on the screen. I can’t say enough kind things about the experience and I am so grateful that Dr Neil and his entire office were able to accommodate me at the last minute and with no prior history with them . Thank you, Thank you, thank you !!! I have a temporary crown in place now and will be cruising Biscayne Bay knowing I do not have a tooth festering in my head. I will return in 10 days and repeat the trip for the new permanent. . Once again , I can’t thank you enough for.

I was greeted immediately by a lovely receptionist, and after completing a short form was introduced to Margie, the hygienist. She did a thorough job cleaning.
