Negative experience: Staff must’ve changed or had a bad day. I was the first patient, as usual, stepped in the door, said ‘good morning’, got no response. Walked to the window to sign in, no verbal communication or acknowledgment; turned around to have a seat, still no communication from ladies behind the check in. Kinda stunned. Have never experienced this before at this business. Once my cleaning tech retrieved me, entire visit brightened up. As I was completed, and entered the lobby, paused briefly to see if ‘someone’ would offer a ‘thank you for coming’ or ‘have a nice day’, I then departed with the same verbal negligence that I received upon initial arrival. Really disappointed to have to offer this rendition of quality of service.

Fantastic experience: I went in for Dr Black to look at my wisdom tooth. She advised me that I would need it removed. I got it removed within a few minutes and I didn't feel a thing! She talked to me the whole time and when it was happening I felt no pain or discomfort. Here it is the next morning and I still feel great! No pain! Would highly recommend her. I was extremely nervous going in but I look forward to seeing her again to have the rest of the work done!

There are also glass images of clouds and sky when you are facing the ceiling. I highly recommend going to Janet Black's office.
