Negative experience: I had an appointment for my daughter as well as I was eight months pregnant and had a seven month old. My daughter was too scared to go to the room by herself. She was eight years old, so I went with her during the whole process of them scanning and cleaning and doing her teeth no one offered me a chair or a seat anywhere while I stood there holding my baby and being pregnant then there was a future appointment that was supposed to be canceled. I called and let them know that my baby had Rsv and that we were in the hospital. Then I received a letter in the mail about owing for the appointment that I canceled. I called and spoke to someone and let them know and they apologized and seeing that it should’ve been canceled And that I wasn’t gonna be charged. And that it was gonna be taken care of and deleted, and then I received letters still continuing saying, I owed and them adding interest. I really liked the dentist office, but after being there pregnant and holding a baby and the dental assistant, just not offering, they just seem more upset that I was in the room And then charging me for something that I Canceled. I did not return

Fantastic experience: Always feel confident that any problems will be examined, diagnosed and treated with utmost care and professionalism. People are congenial. Not as enjoyable as going to the ice cream parlor, but I usually leave feeling better and my smiles a little brighter.

Fantastic experience: I have been Going to Dr. Sigler for the last 3 years and she is amazing! She makes sure I understand what she is doing and educates well on her recommendations without being pushy. She listens to my concerns and answers. Her hygienist are also very kind.

Fantastic experience: I'm a guy that generally hates going to doctors or dentists. In fact after bad experiences when I was younger, I didn't see a dentist for 10 years at one point. But Riverstone is amazing. Everyone from the office staff to billing to hygienists to the doctors are professional, friendly, and personable. I've had cleanings and fillings and all have gone off without a hitch and without pain. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they are the best!

They are all so kind and compassionate, and make you feel comfortable while there and amazing when you leave. Never any judgement or lectures, but very prurient and great at educating their patients. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I'm 77 and have very few problems and still have my original teeth with thanks going to Riverstone DentaI . I live one hour away from Decatur but I don't mind driving for good service. Fantastic experience: Just went for a preliminary exam and Dr. Sigler was really nice. Everyone else was kind and accommodating also. I have so much anxiety surrounding dental work, but everyone did a great job calming my nerves. I won't be nearly as nervous when I go back for the next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Superb atmosphere, great background music that’s at just the right volume, professional staff that make every visit feel comfortable & important. Very clean waiting room and facility. Only recommendation I have is to maybe add some veterans organization magazines to their Waiting Room collection since I know the VA sends veterans there. Just a thought.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, friendly technicians. My hygienist (I missed her name) was both professional and personable. My appointment was late, but my service was on time.Dr. Taylor took his time to listen to my concerns and explain my options. My bill for the services included the deduction for insurance. My entire visit was (relatively) painless and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: the facility is very very clean the staff very very professional,the prices are reasonable, they were very thorough in their examination.just wish I would have brushed and flossed more in the past now I got cleaning and Cavities to get filled.

Anywho riverstone dental is always so sweet and nice, recently got 3 filings and Jenny was just so easy to listen too (since it's difficult to talk back lol) just the whole staff is just great. I take the kids tomorrow and my husband on Monday!

Dr. Blake Taylor, a DDS and a Registered Pharmacist, is a brilliant professional, who again answered several of my health-related questions and concerns. I have never left that clinic without having felt better about my teeth and health, in general. I highly recommend Riverstone Dental Clinic!
