Fantastic experience: My first time at this clinic. I felt very “alone” when I entered at 7am. No one was at the desk but I could hear people laughing in the back. A couple times I yelled out “hello”. Finally someone poked their head out and said they would be out soon. I believe they were having a morning huddle in the back. I think they should have a sign at the desk saying as such. It felt like I was being ignored. Other than that, I really liked everyone I dealt with today. I will continue being seen at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful and convenient location. Love the staff. My hygienist is great and the dentist even took the time to ask if I wanted to have my filling done NOW as they just had a cancellation. Talk about convenience. Dr. Bevis is super approachable, warm and lets you know exactly what is happening and what’s needed. Can’t say enough good things about this practice in Chaska!

I used to be absolutely terrified of going to the dentist due to some bad experiences in the past, but Dr. Johnson completely changed that for me. He is incredibly personable, honest, and—most importantly—patient. From the very first visit, he took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and never rushed through anything. He explains everything clearly and always checks in to see how I'm feeling. You can really tell he cares about his patients and their experience. Thanks to Dr. Johnson, I no longer dread dental appointments. If you're looking for a dentist who truly listens and makes you feel at ease, he's the one! My kids, sister and mother all see him as well now.

Dr. Bevis and her hygienist Sarah were so kind and patient with my son who has autism. They weren't intimidated at all. Treated him with respect and care. Very thorough and very efficient. The office is clean and very convenient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I usually go to the Excelsior office but my appointment was cancelled there and I had to reschedule in Chaska. The drive was worth it I really enjoyed meeting Sara the hygienist who was so polite and thorough. I will definitely be going back there again. Sara is great!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chris Johnson is great! He is kind & thorough. I knew coming in as a new patient that hadn't been to the dentist for a couple years that I had some catching up to do, so I was kind of dreading going to the dentist in the first place, but he was so positive and confident with the work that I needed to have done that I left feeling really good about the treatment plan that I had in place. I also want to mention that his staff is great. I'm not lying when I say that my teeth have never felt cleaner than they did leaving their office. My husband also saw Dr. Lindsay Bevis, another dentist in their office, a couple weeks ago and had similar positive feelings after his appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have to leave a review for Chaska Town Dental and Dr. Johnson and his team. First of all, let me say, I do not enjoy the dental experience. I avoid the dentist, historically. I had not been for 3 years! I have a long history of avoiding the dentist, and not having a good time. I also admittedly am a handful, adhd- avoidance, and overall childlike behavior :) Dr. Johnson explained everything to me in a way that made it make sense, he didn’t pressure me to do procedures that weren’t critical, he made me feel like I was in control of my own health and I have a feeling I will actually come back in 6 months, and maybe 6 months after that even, and don’t have to fake my own death or a fake move to Yemen to avoid the follow up appts! I think at 48 this might be the beginning of my first beautiful dentist patient relationship! THANK YOU Chaska Town Dental, Dr Johnson, and your whole team for treating me with patience, kindness and value. ❤️ I highly recommend them, and can’t say enough about my experience.

Negative experience: Gotten too big for longtime customers. 11-years I’ve been going here, and they are fantastic if you can get past their front desk. I showed up at my last appointment and discovered that my company had changed insurance (that’s on me). The front desk lady loudly told me that my insurance stopped covering dental at the end of last year. Then she just sat there and looked at me. Didn’t offer any solutions…just stared at me. With a line of people forming behind me, and people in the lobby staring at me, I turned around and left. So I call back to schedule a new appointment today (2-weeks later), and they tell me they are scheduling into next year. …and this is how you lose a loyal 11-year customer.

Fantastic experience: Town Dental was there for me in a time of need with a dental emergency. Dr. Bevis took time with me to explain my case and never once made me feel bad since I was embarrassed that it had been so long. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Bevis and her team.
