Boro Dentistry- Dr. Kaitlyn Phillips

Fantastic experience: Dr. Phillips has been extremely patient with my dental issues. I'm an older person with many crowns and other dental problems that come with age. I would recommend her and her staff for their professionalism and overall niceness.

Fantastic experience: Very seldom do i enjoy going to the dentist, but boro denistry made the visit very informative and she explained everything in very simple terms. They made us welcome and very friendly. 07/22/22 I had my first fillings done today and i was very surprised at how professional kaitlyn was, usually u feel the numbing shots but i felt absolutely no pain or sting. And the filling was a great match to my other teeth. Highly recommend you give this dentist a try, i think you will be surprised how good she is. As usual when i arrived there was greeted with a friendly smile and attitude and was taken back on my scheduled time, no waiting and the services was all very professional and friendly. I can honestly say this is the best dental care i have had. Always on time and no pain with the injections.. thats a plus right there. Alway greeted with friendly warm attitude. As always greeted in a friendly manner and taken back on my scheduled time. Enjoy the conversations we have when her hands are not in my mouth. Just gkidding, she always make you feel comfortable and she is very knowledgeable in her profession. They scheduled me on a very short notice and got me in within 24 hrs. As usual was greeted with a friendly smile and was taken back on time and diagnosed and was on my way in a very short time. On Aug 7th I went to see Dr Phillips with a tooth ache. It had happened the day before. I called her office and they got me in immediately and done an exam and informed me I needed a Root Canal done and she done it that afternoon. Her and her staff worked me in and performed the service and as alway I felt no discomfort or pain. Dr Phillips and her staff are a very caring and professional.

I’m so happy they started business here in our little area.

Fantastic experience: Dr Phillips and her team are amazing. After 63 years of neglecting my dental health, Dr Phillips has corrected not only my tooth problems but my negative and fearful opinions of dentistry. She filled 7 cavities in one sitting without any pain whatsoever. Her professionalism and calming reassurances kept me calm through the procedure. If I knew dental work could be this pain-free and easy, I would have done it years ago. Her hygienist also performed a “cleaning” which was completely pain-free, which went against everything I had heard or expected. I had never had a cleaning in 63 years but was amazed at the results. Dr Phillips has my full confidence and support; the best dentist with the best staff ever!

My girlfriend told me I needed to go cause I had some really bad broken off teeth that kept getting infected,and she recommended I go see Dr Kaitlyn Phillips. I hated going to the dentist, but after the first visit with her, I found her and her staff very friendly and helpful with anything I needed to know. I enjoy going to the dentist now!!

Not to mention was half the cost of my previous dental work if not less and better quality work in my opinion. I had no insurance and a lot of work done and it was still affordable. She makes me feel so comfortable without even trying. I’ve never let her or her staff know about my situation. Once she did my cleaning I knew it wasn’t necessary and I was in good hands. She’s worked on 6 of my teeth and she does such an amazing job. She numbs me very well and always has concern for my comfort. I feel like I’m getting dental work done at home by friends and family. I love the atmosphere in her office. I trust her completely. She’s the best Dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve had several. She’ll definitely be my last.

Fantastic experience: Had to have a tooth that was abscessed removed today. The dentist and dental assistant were great. They both informed me on how the removal Would take place. After around an hour of the tooth was gone and so is the abscess! These ladies did a wonderful job. I will refer them and continue getting my dental Work at their establishment! Update on 10/24/24- I have been back for periodontal cleaning and each time I see Dr. Kaitlyn and her staff they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Boro explains how things may feel or sound before she does it so that there are no surprises! This is GREAT in my book. 10 ⭐️s for the whole team!!

Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant to going to another dentist. Once I start having tooth pain again, because everytime i went, the dentist was to rough or too expensive. Luckily this time I went here to Boro Dentistry - Dr. Kaitlyn Phillips when my very back molar started giving me trouble/ broke at the gum line and causing severe pain. She was able to get me in quick an get the tooth extracted. She was so gentle with the extraction and caring my mouth wasnt too sore afterwards. Just say the pain after that stopped basically after day 2 of surgery/extraction. Which i was surprised because every other time i went somewhere to get my teeth cleaned fillings filled etc. I'm in pain and I mean extreme pain for 3-5 days after. So I highly recommend this dentistry. The staff is very friendly and caring same with Dr. Kaitlyn.

Unfortunately, they don't take my insurance so I won't be making them my full time dentist but I would not hesitate to come back for another emergency in the future!
