Fantastic experience: A dentist appointment is typically one of those responsibilities that are necessary evils we just push through , but there's a certain relaxed peace working with Cypress Family that's become rather enjoyable. As a working Momma, life is non-stop "do this", "pick up that", "go here..." This was the second time my seven year old has seen Dr. Jeff and it's another world getting to see your child relax in the dental chair. They explained everything they were doing, showed him the tools, and chatted the whole time. He left smiling. On the "adult" end, the receptionists are always so kind, helpful, and personable. Phones calls are easy and feel relaxed, unhurried. They respect your time so your in and out quickly and smoothly. I've recommended Dr. Jeff and his staff at Cypress many times and will continue to do so. Really great, skilled, and loving care there.

They took me as an emergency visit because my bridge fell out ; I did get the bridge at another dentist a year and half ago . So I am glad to have Dr Reynolds again as my dentist. Negative experience: After being a loyal patient for the last 3 years I had an emergency situation, a very painful toothache. I called and was told they could not see me for 2 weeks. I expressed that I didn’t think I could handle the pain for two weeks and was simply told “ sorry, we are booked”.

Fantastic experience: It's time for another review! This was the first time I was humming and wanted to dance to the music while the dentist was pulling my teeth! This guy is so gentle! Every time he goes to work on my mouth! I don't feel a thing. Not even the first shot! I never met a dentist this great in my whole entire life! They even remember the music I like and have it always playing! You know how you're tense when someone is working on your mouth. I was kept so relaxed the whole time with no drugs. We all got to singing along with the music. Going to dentures isn't so great. But they make the transition so easy. Well I had another visit today with my dentist and my mouth has healed so much that when they adjusted my dentures I came out feeling like a million bucks! Great job too everyone that works with my dentist! I wish I had more work to be done with them. I love going to Cypress dental. They're so nice and friendly and do such a great job they make life so much brighter to be in. I recommend this place to everyone! My teeth feel so great now! I can't tell you enough how happy I am! Thank you Jeffrey Reynolds for doing such a great job! Another great visit with my dentist again today. I'm getting permanent dentures for the bottom. Now that I've completely healed they had this modern tool that was so cool. Just by looking at it. I know it's going to be a great job done great. It's amazing the technology they have. Those people are so kind and gentle and generous. They will always have job security with me that's for sure!

My dental hygienist, Marissa performed a thorough cleaning and instructed me on how to properly floss. Dr. Reynolds identified a small cavity and adjusted his schedule to repair my filling during my visit so that I would not have to return at a later date. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds and Cypress Family Dentistry.

Having called all over to get a walk in cash pay or find someone to take my insurance I stumbled across cypress & Dr. Reynolds’s took me that afternoon! His staff was great! Once arrival they immediately took me to back & done x-ray. Once they figured what needed to be done- they figured out a price, I agreed, Dr Reynolds got me numb & took the tooth out ! I was very surprised at such good care he did as well as the great staff- with quick response & handled my fear of the dentist with great attitude! Thank you to all of you! I appreciate you getting me relief quickly! I recommend 10/10!

Simone and the whole staff have been nothing but helpful and kind and I just really enjoy coming here for the dreaded teeth work. ALSO! for anyone out there having a hard time paying for dental work, they have a discounted program that you can sign up for and you get everything done through that, I didn’t know if this until I stepped foot in there. Go see them and they will be glad to help you get your teeth back right or just help keep them healthy. They even have a cute kids corner for your kids to hang out at if you don’t have anybody to watch the littles!
