Fantastic experience: Dianne was as professional as usual. This time she addressed my concerns about pain and discomfort on the right side of my face. The pain and discomfort seem to be receding and as Dianne suggested may have been due to irritated tissue inside my mouth. I'll be returning to BGH to have it checked on Jan. 16. As for my teeth, I was glad to hear Dianne say they look good.

Fantastic experience: Bree provided a thorough cleaning and exam of my entire mouth, checking teeth, gums, tongue, and lymph nodes. When I shared that one area of my gums was still a bit sensitive to the water pik, she demonstrated how to deal with that area with a water pik and a teeth and gums model. She even offered to take a bit of time in the near future to work with me to improve my technique if there was no improvement. Dr Hrinda also examined my mouth thoroughly checking the area still sensitive to the water pik. Everyone was friendly and polite.

Dr. Hrinda Has done great work on any dentistry I have had done by him. Staff greeting in and check out very friendly. Nice atmosphere. Been at this practice over 50 years. Have been there since start of this dentistry practice I believe, or at least since 1972 or 1973.. Before the move to Silver St.:). My children’s teeth benefited from going there, As did mine. Why still there.

I also have very high regards for Dr H and Diane my hygienist, always making me comfortable going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Amber, the hygienist, was terrific! It’s nice to see this practice updating equipment and methods keeping them current with the latest techniques. After switching from a zero cost Medicare Advantage PPO insurance policy to a zero cost Medicare Advantage HMO insurance policy, I needed new dental coverage. I availed myself of the dental coverage savings program offered by BGH which saves money over paying for a Medicare Advantage PPO insurance policy that would cover basic dental care.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist consistently in over a decade. I’ve had bad experiences with prior dentists and developed dental anxiety. I was forced to go somewhere because of tooth pain. I went here and it was actually really nice and i felt very comfortable. They are kind and patient and talk you through everything they’re doing and you can tell that they want to make you comfortable. I will be a repeat customer!

Negative experience: Update: they've contacted me after seeing this review to try to make things right; we'll give that time. -- Chose this dentist based on a recommendation and website pricing stating routine checkups were typically $100–$250 before insurance. I was billed $521. They charged me for X-rays not taken and removed them only after I disputed it. I emailed screenshots asking about the pricing discrepancy; instead of answering, they just quietly removed those numbers from the site and didn't tell me til I called back about it. Care was fine. Billing transparency and communication were not.

Fantastic experience: I take all three of my kids here and They have never once had a bad experience. Hygienist are all very patient, kind, and personable.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to BGH Dental for over 20 years and have always been happy with the dentists and the hygienists who provide care. Today a new-to-me hygienist, Diane, was friendly, considerate and very efficient. I recommend BGH for their professional skills and their people skills too.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Dr. Garcia’s gentleness, patience and care while working on two (which turned into three!) gum level cavities/fillings. He had to work at an awkward angle because I have nerve damage in my neck which makes it painful for me to turn my head. He was wonderful, kind, and understanding. I never had any pain- even when he injected the Novocain! And he explained what he was doing as he went along. It was a very good visit, and I usually do not like going to the dentist!

The overall office is clean and the XM music is enjoyable. The staff is very caring, kind, professional, and they are all good at their individual roles! Fantastic experience: Dr. Hrinda and colleagues have been providing me with my dental care for the last 12 years since I moved to Greenfield. This dental practice is cutting edge, professional, caring and friendly. They have recently upgraded their building, and it is beautiful with state of the art equipment and carefully thought out color schemes for each of the examining rooms. Preventative care is a high priority; my hygienist has been with me since the beginning, and my teeth have never been healthier. I have had several crowns done, and I have been very pleased with the process and the results. They are very considerate and accommodating of any health problems you have, and never make you feel self-conscious. Everyone, including the front desk, has always made me feel very special as if they have known me all my life, (even sending me a sympathy card when my dog died!). I can definitely recommend them as a first class dental practice. Almost 13 years later, I am still receiving excellent care from the Dental team at Bagley, Goodwin & Hrinda. What more can I say than the quality of care is still second to none- thoughtful, caring and professional and state of the art.
