I never had to wait when I arrived for an appointment, which was so helpful with my schedule. The journey was a long one but so worth it. I will no longer be the one not smiling in pictures or covering my mouth when I laugh. Negative experience: Although my daughter's teeth came out beautifully, she did not like Dr. Caskey at all. For reference she started treatment at 15 and just got her braces off recently at 18. She said he was rude and left her in the air with plans on what was to be the next steps in the process when she asked. Dr, Caskey did not listen and does not have good bed-side manner. Financing does not work with low income families (they think $150 is affordable for a family that lives paycheck to paycheck, do not recommend.)

They made every appointment feel comfortable and quick, which really helped make the whole process less stressful. My orthodontist did an excellent job explaining the treatment plan and making sure I understood what to expect at each stage. I appreciated how patient and encouraging everyone was throughout my visits. The office was always clean, organized, and ran on time, which made appointments easy to fit into my schedule. I only broke one bracket through my two and a half year treatment Most importantly, I’m really happy with my results. My smile looks so much better, and I feel a lot more confident now. I would definitely recommend this orthodontic office to anyone considering braces or other orthodontic treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous to start my journey with braces as an adult, but I’m so glad I trusted Dr. Caskey and his team. The entire staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is comfortable. Everyone is so kind and will take the time to answer any questions so you know what they’re doing. I’m always so surprised when they remember little things I’ve told them, even though they see so many patients. My only regret is not going to them sooner!

Negative experience: Your character doesn’t stop at the orthodontist office door, and this orthodontist’s personal choices severely put into question his professional, moral and ethical standards. Dishonesty is disappointing for any professional, especially an orthodontist we are suppose to trust. NO INTEGRITY!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for about eight years now. My oldest needed braces for an underbite and now my middlest needs braces for an overbite. I appreciate how they don’t push a treatments though, they just explain pros and cons and let you go from there.
