Fantastic experience: If you’re reading this review it means you’re curious about going here. Just do it. You won’t regret it. I cannot recommend Silva Family Dentistry enough. 100/10 I have had awful experiences with previous dentists ant other practices including poor bedside manners and long wait times past initial appointments. Silva Family Dentistry is the polar opposite. Dr. Shawn and all the staff are so welcoming and understanding even with my anxiety surrounding dentists. They explain all my options and allow me to make the decision I deem best for me. I’ve brought my 2 year old in twice and he loved it both times. He continues to ask to go back.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous about my dentist appointment this morning. I was there for the final step in a process to install a crown. I should not have been worried. There was no pain. It only took about a half an hour, and the crown good. Thank you Dr. Silva and you assistant.

Fantastic experience: This office is AMAZING! Last week I called the office Wednesday morning with an extremely painful tooth. I told the staff I was supposed to be on a plane that afternoon and may have to cancel my conference due to the pain. In spite of the fact that Dr. Silva and several of the key staff members were out with Covid, they STILL managed to get me in within a couple hours. Short-staffed, they brought me in, assessed my problem, addressed my concerns, and prescribed the medication to begin to eliminate the infection and control my pain. I was able to go to get to my conference and survive it! I called upon my return to say I still needed help. They gave me an appointment in 4 hours to see Dr. Silva! Amazing! Marcia, Laurindia, Robyn and Amanda, you are all a wonderful asset to Silva Family Dentistry. I heartily recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience. Been going here for a number of years, they got me in when I had a dental emergency and no one else had time to see me. Entire staff is great. You know from the moment you walk in that everyone genuinely cares about you. They all take the time to educate you and make you a partner in your health. Fantastic experience: Dr. Silva and his team really are the gold standard. They're kind, meet you wherever you are on your oral health journey, and take a whole-patient approach. What struck me most about being a patient is how detailed and holistic my care plan has been. Through the process, I've learned a lot about my oral health overall, not just my teeth. Things like the shape of my mouth and how it might affect my breathing, or how the shape of my bite might affect where my tongue sits in my mouth. My latest appointment made the biggest impression of all and is the reason I'm writing this review. I was nervous to go to my last appointment because life had made tending to my teeth very difficult and for the first time in my life, I was embarrassed. Shawn and Christine Silva both understood where I was coming from, offered help, and worked with me to get back on track. That's it. No judgements, just compassion and lending a hand. I am thankful to be their patient. They are genuinely good humans who care very much.

I had a very professional comprehensive examination, and they addressed all my questions well. I am very happy with all the care I received and know all my future care will be great.

Fantastic experience: So you probably don’t enjoy going to the dentist. Really who does? Well maybe you been going to the wrong dentist. I know I have been. Luckily my wife’s dentist took me as a patient. Sport injuries and just bad genetics have made visiting dentists more than just a casual hobby. Sean and Christine are so knowledgeable and talented I have complete faith in their abilities. Over 10 years I have been in less pain, have better breathing, and my teeth looked better. Sean is always there to listen to your concerns. He works with your schedule so that you can make arrangements to meet your needs. Christine (always with a smile) and the rest of the staff are there for the normal dentistry needs. So on my fifth dentist I finally found my dentist. If you don’t choose Silva Dentistry I hope you can find one as good. I know I’m happy.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL. WENT IN FOR BY BIANNUAL CLEANING AND GOT BILLED $265. ASKED WHY $130 HIGHER THAN USUAL WAS TOLD I WA CHARGED FOR AN EXAM, HAD A 5 MINUTE DISCUSSION ON WETHER I SHOULD REPLACE AN IMPLANT. SCREW ME ONCE, AND I WON'T BE BACK.
