Fantastic experience: I went today for my first cleaning at Serenity Dental Spa. The receptionist Amanda was so friendly and kind and explained everything. The dentist. Dr. Murphy did my whole cleaning and was so kind, caring and friendly. She was thorough in her exam. This was my first dental office that I felt comfortable with as an adult. I normally dread going back but this office was calm and relaxing.

Fantastic experience: Went in the week of Thanksgiving for a tooth cleaning that weekend I had a tooth get infected and went into my appointment in extreme pain. I explained this to the hygienist, when the doctor came in she evaluated the tooth as gently as she could due to how much pain I was in. She gave me two options, I could have the tooth cleaning or I could have them remove the tooth. I opted happily for them to extract the infected tooth there on the spot. I had no idea that the doctor used Novocaine because I did not feel the needle. She walked me through the whole procedure, gave me through instructions for after care. The receptionist also went over the after care instructions, which I really appreciated because after an extraction can be jarring. They called the following day to check in with me to see how I was doing. I am so glad we switched over to this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr. Cao and her practice. I have never had a dentist provide such great care in cleaning my teeth. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while I’m there. I have so much anxiety in getting my teeth cleaned, and at the dentist in general, and she has given such individual care. To those who complain about the cancellation fee… she is the only dentist in the practice. She doesn’t schedule multiple overlapping appointments, canceling costs her a lot of money. I find the cancellation fee absolutely appropriate, even if it isn’t convenient for me. She has bills to pay too. Love serenity dental!

Fantastic experience: So I have anxiety when going to the dentist. I willing go to serenity dental spa because Dr. Murphy is always so patient and understanding with me. Also they never keep you waiting and always out of my appointment in less than an hour. I highly recommend serenity dental spa especially Dr. Murphy. I continue to go even though they are out of network just because of the whole practice from front desk, to dental assistant to Dr. Murphy everyone is awesome.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in this place. I have been going to this dentist for years--- I needed old crown replaced. My old crown was taken out in July by this dentist office and a temporary was put in. Was told by their office they couldn't finish the work and put new crown in until October- that was the earliest appointment they had. Went in October to finish and get new crown put in and they asked me when the original crown was put in. Of course it was a long time ago and I didn't know on the spot so I was uncomfortable giving a date at that time and wanted to research. I was very upset with this office because I should of been asked this question back in July plus I find out my claim was not even sent to my insurance company. Because I have insurance I want to make sure everything is ok before work is started . The office then told me I would have to wait until January to finish putting new crown in because they were booked. I made the appointments for January and got everything squared away with my insurance company and called this dentist office to tell them everything is ok. Well a couple of days after calling the dentist office I get an email sent to me from the dentist office stating as of January 2026 they are no longer accepting my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for the full cost. Maybe they should of told me this when I called a couple days prior. Not nice ... What a Way to treat an existing customer.....And I was made to find a new dentist to finish the work. And when I called to have my X-rays switched to new dentist the office didn't seem to care and did not question why . The correct response should of been from their office let's get you in to finish the work we started. How many months to wait to finish crown. What a horrible experience.

Negative experience: very disappointed in this place. I used to go here as a kid and when my insurance switched I had to cancel (way ahead of time) due to them not accepting my new insurance. Fast forward to this year I got a new insurance and was able to go back. I made my appointment in May but I ended up having to go out of state and cancel due to personal family matters. My next appointment they could offer was all the way in August. On the day of my appointment that morning my horse colicked. He ended up needing emergency surgery and I called and left a voicemail as soon as I could because no one would answer the phone. I had to bring my horse and they threatened to make me pay 75$ for canceling multiple times when I was a kid under my mom’s insurance and I was sick one time over 10 years ago I would say. The man I spoke to was very nasty on the phone, and had no sympathy at all for me having an emergency for my horse. We were on the way to the clinic when they finally reached back out to me and he kept telling me to make my appointment. But it was impossible. My horse is my baby, and this place has no care for you or your actual life. They just care about money. Today I got the bill for 75$ for canceling. This place is just all in it for money and it’s actually sad. He was telling me I should not have confirmed the appointment days in advance… as if I KNEW my horse was going to end up on deaths door that day. Horrible customer service. They never even called me back to tell me they were going to actually charge the 75$ when I was nicely trying to explain the situation.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I love this location. Fantastic customer service and they’re always willing to work with your schedule. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth less than 24 hours ago, and the scheduling staff, Richard and Lisa, got me in to see the doctor almost immediately. They were such a pleasure to speak with and were extremely helpful for everything I needed. Sierra, the assistant, was amazingly informative, pleasant, and helpful for every step of the process. She took x rays, and gave me an idea of what to expect, but assured me I would not leave still in pain. Dr. Cao was simply phenomenal. She came in, assessed my tooth, and was able to repair the tooth so quickly. I was worried I would need to have it extracted, but she confidently completed a repair instead in what I feel is record time. I was in and out and back to work faster than I could have anticipated. I have always HATED going to the dentist, and when I say I have never felt more comfortable and relaxed in a dentist chair, I mean it. Dr. Cao ensure I was numb, could not feel anything, and both she and Sierra made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Feels weird to say that I can't wait to go back for my exam. Highly recommend this office to anyone who is apprehensive about the dentist. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I always had pain in my bottom molar teeth when getting a filling no matter where I went and how many shots I got. Dr. Cao did it painlessly, first time in my life I won't be afraid to go back for any work on my bottom molars. Amazing

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first visit at Serenity Dental Spa and it was such a positive experience! Dr. Marmora was very gentle and thorough in his examination, his dental assistant Sierra was gentle with taking my dental x-rays as well. I selected this office as a recommendation from another doctor in the dental field. As I needed to change dentists, since the office I had been an established patient, no longer took my dental insurance. I am very comfortable in the dental setting as I am a Registered Dental Assistant with a specialty in Orthodontics for 40 years and well versed on how dental offices should follow OSHA protocol. Although I didn't identify myself as having dental experience initially (not intentionally) I would definitely give this office 2 thumbs up, from what I observed. The office staff- Lisa was also friendly in scheduling my visit and followed by my recall visit in 6 months. I had a great experience here at the Serenity Dental Spa and would confidently say anyone searching for a new dental office, your search is over!

Fantastic experience: Serenity Dental Spa is all about gentle dentistry, always. I have been a patient for about 8 years. Went in recently with an emergency repair situation. Was seen quickly (during a snow event). Saw a new Doctor (Dr Murphy) She is wonderful. Explained everything before doing anything at all. Explored the what-ifs and possibilities we might encounter. Numbing process is super efficient and effective (didn’t feel one bit of work happening and I have some tooth sensitivities). Hygienist was very kind and polite. New billing information was explained thoroughly by an awesome new office manager. Followup appointments were easy to schedule. Texting confirmations made it easy to keep it all at my fingertips. I typically hate the dentist, but not anymore.

Negative experience: First off I hate going to the dentist so I try to keep all my routine cleanings. My first experience at Serenity Dental Spa was great I was seen by the male dentist(forgot his name)he did a great job, this was September of 2022. Second visit October 2022 was for a filling replacement, I saw the female dentist Murphy I believe. She was nice but the filling she put in was terrible bothered me, was thick, could barely floss it, it was misshaped didn’t feel like my teeth nor my other fillings felt. Fast forward to November of 2023, My filling fell out!!! Only a year old, I’ve never experienced this before and was freaking out. I went to Sparta Dental Associates and got a new filling that feels like my actual teeth. Routine cleanings here are ok but if you need work done might not be the best option.

Fantastic experience: Serenity Dental Spa is absolutely incredible. I had a terrible toothache that I was putting off for far too long due to issues with a FEW prior dentist. I was terrified to trust another Dentist or deal with trying to even get an appointment. I called on Monday as a new patient, and was seen the same day! Not only was it the same day, but they worked around my time as I was actually traveling from another state, 3 1/2 hours away as I was away on vacation. I called with very low expectations of number 1, being seen right away and number 2, being greeted on the phone with someone who truly seemed to care. Sierra, who took my initial call, is fantastic and very calming/understanding. I think she could tell in my tone how nervous I was that she immediately calmed me down and talked to me as if she and I had been friends for years. I think we can all agree when calling a doctor's office, typically the person who is scheduling appointments is hardly ever pleasant. What a wonderful surprise! I have medical insurance but not Dental and she was upfront with the estimated cost and no hidden fees. It's great that they are willing to work with everyone and not break the bank while doing so. I was seen by Caroline who I believe is the hygienist or assistant.. She is so sweet! Made me feel right at home and talked me through everything she did with the x-rays etc.. PS this was the first set of mouth x-rays I ever had that were seamless. Typically it takes a few tries and is very painful or uncomfortable. Carloine made it a piece of cake, in one shot. Dr. Murphy - Unreal. What an absolutely wonderful doctor she is. The sense of calmness she brought was exactly what I needed. I was so anxious, worried about everything that could possibly go wrong and she was quick to make me feel relaxed and explained step by step everything she was going to do. Also explained everything while she was doing it. Her and Caroline really work well together. I had some minor issues after my tooth extraction (no fault to anyone but myself!!) and each time I called the office with any silly questions I had answers and solutions immediately. I was seen twice after my initial visit and each time was so pleasant. Again, she talked me through everything and spoke to me so I could understand what she was about to do. Not in medical terms for me to just guess. She is also on time for her appointments, I have never waited. Lisa - Every office should have a Lisa! I had so many questions and concerns in the initial visit and she explained everything thoroughly. After my tooth extraction I forgot something the Dr recommended, called the office and had a call back from her within minutes. She also followed up the next day to check in on me. She is super sweet and I wish all offices had someone like Lisa to help the patients behind the scenes. I believe the person who answers the phone, anywhere, sets the tone for the rest of the practice. I was originally referred to this office by Dr Marmora himself, however he was unavailable on the day I needed to be seen. He was not wrong when he told me I would be in good hands with anyone in this practice. Dr. Marmaora, thank you for taking my phone call, when you were off, and helping me through what I thought was an "emergency". He even offered to come into the office on his day off, or call one of the other doctors to come in when they were closed. I kindly declined, as I did not want anyone coming in on their well deserved day off, but that was so kind for him to offer. I can't think of any other of my doctors offices that would do that, let alone answer my call on a day off! The office itself is beautiful. You walk in to spa music, a tv with calming spa-like scenery. And never anyone waiting in the waiting room. They do not overbook themselves and when they say your appointment is at a certain time, you are seen at that scheduled time. How rare is that? It is no wonder this place has over 200 perfect reviews. Thank you ALL for all you do! You truly care for your patients and it shows.

Fantastic experience: I can tell everyone that I Love Serentity Dental Spa! I've been going there for a couple years now and would never go anywhere else. Dr. Cao is so very professional and caring. I went in for my cleaning and mentioned a problem with two of my teeth. She was in a hurry to leave the office but told me that she would fix it. Dr. Cao and her assistant finished the problem so perfectly, working together. Everyone there is so professional and kind!!! Such a calming atmosphere, also. My husband and grandson go there, also. I would recommend Serentity Dental Spa % I really do appreciate their kindness and patience ❤️

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had to change my review for Dr. Cao. I know that the review given by Deb B is all true! "The Owner " says; the practice was being defamed and I know the patient was telling the truth of everything that happened to her. I am a witness. They did not deny anything in her claim nor did they (the owner) apologize. If you are truly wanting the best for the patient, you would take care of their needs and not dismiss them. If she chose you as her dentist and has confidence that you could do the job, then it is her choice and you should've taken care of her needs, not dismiss her because "you didn't feel comfortable or send her to someone else!" I will no longer go there for my future dental care that I was going to schedule. She might've sent me away too. Sorry Dr. Cao but I don't think a dentist should refuse to treat someone because the case is a hard one. I'm glad her life didn't depend on it.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. It's amazing to think that in a little more than an hour a compromised tooth can be restored to fully functional. Dr. Cao has been treating me for years. She's a true professional and very skilled in her craft.

Negative experience: Firstly let me say that when I told her "office person" that I thought her decision to NOT TO MAKE MY NEW DENTURE because "She didn't feel comfortable" was outrageous and I would be putting in a review on it, he said " Ok then, if that's the case we would have to dismiss you!" Oh really, since Dr. Cao is not willing to help me, I guess I am already dismissed right?!! That tells me that only good reviews are welcomed and bad ones would have repercussions! Well so be it and here it goes!!! I had to have full upper denture and a partial lower denture made. The upper eventually was good however the lower was the problem. It was first made in metal which gave me thrush mouth. Then it broke and had to be repaired, again giving me thrush mouth. Dr. Cao said " She never saw this happen before." So..she VERY RELUCTANTLY,made the piece over again in the pink material. Like any other new piece, it had to be adjusted. It's not my fault that I kept getting sore spots and the piece and to be adjusted. Afterall, that's what the dentist is there to do, adjust it until it fits. Now because it had to be adjusted so many times, Dr. Cao says that "I wasn't happy with it." It's not that I wasn't happy, it just had to stop hurting me and needed to fit properly!! The piece eventually snapped! Right away she started to suggest I go to a Prosthodontist (which are no where in my area). I tried to located one and could not, therefore, I had to rely on the original dentist for repair and service. Since the piece broke and she tried to glue it numerous times ,she told me it would keep happening, I said I would like a new piece except THIS TIME I WOULD NEED TO ADD A TOOTH BECAUSE I'D HAD ONE REMOVED SINCE THE ORIGINAL PIECE WAS MADE. I told her I was confident she could do it and we would just have to make adjustments. Well, today 11/1/23, she told her "office person" to tell me that "she would not do it and I should go somewhere else since she did it three times already and I wasn't happy and she didn't feel comfortable.: Well, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND INACCURATE WAS THAT?!! Dr. Cao only made the bottom piece twice and the upper once, first of all. I think it's more about the money and time she had to put into it and not about the patient's needs. There is nothing special about the bottom piece. Infact, I only have five teeth so any dentist worth anything should be able to do it and adjust as needed. I even bought her a patient and she didn't even give me so much as a thank you for your referral! In closing I will say, that I even asked if one of her other dentist could do it since she wasn't willing and I couldn't even get past her "office person" before he said, " I don't think they would be willing to take over a case that she had." Again, UNPROFESSIONAL! They didn't even give me the courtesy of calling me in to discuss my case like any GOOD DOCTOR WOULD DO WITH THEIR PATIENT, but she tells her "office person" to deliver this message!! Dr. Cao, you should not have your staff deliver messages that you should be giving the patient yourself in a consultation. But you are too busy and apparently don't care enough to give each patient the time and explanation/clarity they deserve. Your staff are not dentist and should not be tasked with saying and explaining the things and procedures you should be!! If you are that busy then maybe you shouldn't be taking on new patients and stop worrying about the money!!!! I paid for every service she gave me and nothing was done for free. The patient I bought to her will also be leaving!!Well, everything I've said is the truth whether she likes it or not!! Take it from me, IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE TO GET DENTURES MADE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE APPARENTLY, IF THERE ARE MORE THAN A FEW ADJUSTMENTS, OR THE DENTURE BREAKS THEN YOU MAY BE TOLD TO GO TO A SPECIALIST!! Since I've told the truth, I guess I am dismissed. I was already dismissed when you refused to continue my case so what's the difference? You should be ashamed. Let your "Office person" explain to you why I feel that way!! I hope this helps many people!!

They NEVER over book so you’re not in a crowded loud waiting room and they take their time with you. The dentist does your cleaning along with a complete exam. VERY relaxing and a peaceful place! Fantastic experience: First time going here and it was a very pleasant experience from the start. There was hardly any wait, which is a first at a dentist office. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the office itself was a very calming environment. I didn’t get the dental assistant’s name, but she was super nice and we had a nice conversation that made my x-ray process a lot easier. Dr. Jung was very gentle, continuously asked if I was okay/comfortable throughout the cleaning process and answered all my questions. My teeth looked fantastic after the cleaning, Dr. Jung was very thorough! I’d highly recommend this practice :-)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marjora has always been extremely patient and knowledgeable. He explains what needs to be done and why. I have always followed whatever he decides needs to be done, and very happy that I did. Because of Dr. Memora I no longer dread going to the dentist. I have been going to him since he has been at Serenity and plan on continuing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marmora is the best dentist my family has seen over the years. We have 2 family members who have severe phobia and he is so patient and kind. They won’t see anyone else. The entire office is professional and friendly and always a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic experience: If anyone has any apprehensions about the dentist or is uncomfortable in any way then Serenity is the place to go. I cannot say enough about every aspect of my visit. I was confused why it was called a spa at first, but now I understand. Not only was I the only person in the waiting room, I only waited 1 minute, and the staff couldnt have been more personable and compassionate. You can feel how genuine their desire is for you to feel as comfortable as possible. Needless to say, I highly recommend and will be back!
