Negative experience: I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after my experience somehow affected people who aren't me, I feel like I have to. I have gone to see this dentist for most of (if not all of) my life, barring pediatric dentistry. Today, I went in with a hole in my tooth, and when asked for my social security number (I am a recent victim of identity theft, as in last week) I was uncomfortable and whispered it to the receptionist (the brunette). She then rolled her eyes, and asked me to repeat myself again, which I did. I did not curse or refuse to give the information, but I was incredibly uncomfortable. As soon as I get to the back, they survey my tooth and determine what should be done. When discussing pricing, Dr. Aron takes his mask off, and alone, in the back, he proceeds to tell me “When we do insurance we need sensitive information, and I cannot have patients speaking to my staff like that.” I immediately asked if I should leave, since the initial reception had already made me feel exposed, allowed the lobby to hear my ssn when I specifically indicated I was uncomfortable, and offered no assistance in providing privacy when she noticed my discomfort. If this is a personal refusal, I saw no reason to sit there and put my teeth in the hands of people who didn’t want to care for me. Also, the issue of my identity theft is not, in my opinion, a office topic of conversation but I assume confidentiality must not exist between coworkers. Dr. Aron is correct in that they deal with sensitive information, I suppose I simply didn't have the money or the correct insurance for respect. In hindsight, she probably could have offered to allow me to whisper it behind the door, but again, I assume I am not their preferred patient. However, the real issue is they cancelled the person who drove me’s appointment too, prior to him ever speaking with them, which feels discriminatory, as he had nothing to do with my appointment. It was my decision to leave, and I felt cornered by an older man, it had nothing to do with anyone else. I had a great many years at this office, but in this current economic climate, they provide too expensive and sensitive of a service to consistently be rude, unaccommodating, and the real kicker—they‘ve consistently billed my bills to my mom and my moms to me for years, so there may be some training issues. Dr. Aron will fix your teeth, but remember to always advocate for yourself (unless you want your friends and family to be unaffected, then I assume just take the backroom cornering and pay them.) Oh, and make certain you’re in network!

Fantastic experience: I needed an urgent appt for a broken front tooth. They got me in very quickly. I had an issue with my dental insurance, so I paid out of pocket. The total price for the work done was awesome. I was expecting much more. All of the staff from the front desk, assistant, Dr. Aron and checkout were wonderful. I’m thankful for this group because now I can smile and laugh again without being embarrassed.

Once he thoroughly evaluated the issue with my tooth, he fully explained the condition and outlined the best course of action to repair it. Without delay, they made the necessary follow-up appointments to make sure my issue was resolved as soon as possible. Dr. Aron and his entire staff have gone above and beyond to take me in, and have treated me with much patience, kindness and compassion. I am 100% satisfied with the care I have received and look forward to this practice handling all my future dental health needs. I am extremely grateful I found Dr. Aron and I would highly recommend him and his practice for all your dental care needs.

They explained everything that they were doing clearly and took time to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I appreciate how welcome and valued that they make me feel as a customer. They also do a great outlining any dental plans with treatment options and potential payments costs with insurance. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Quick check-in, courteous front desk staff, great dental assistant who worked quickly and gently to get my teeth cleaned, and then very friendly, knowledgeable conversation with Dr. Aron after he saw 2 of my older cavities that will need help before long. No pressure to do something the same day, but an estimate for the services to walk out the door with and know how to plan. I really appreciated all of the above. By far my best dental experience in a long time!

Fantastic experience: I chose this practice because Dr. Aron volunteers in the community. He is humble. He introduced himself by his first name. His staff were all so nice, friendly, and caring. I need a procedure to be done. It was so kind for him to give me 2 options - 1 option that is less money, but a short-term solution and the 2nd option is costly. However, they explained to me how the procedure could also be paid for in payments. These things are so important when thinking about genuine care for people. I am glad I found this practice! I highly recommend and I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!! 5/14 I had my 2nd visit and I remain so appreciative of Dr. Aron, his wife, and their staff. Everyone is kind, gentle, and helpful.

Once I sat down and started chatting with Carlie, I knew I had found the dentist for me. Carlie was very nice and gentle during my cleaning and x-rays. She explained all of the procedures and I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Aron was very personable and nice. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Greetings, I have been a patient of Dr Brandon Aron since I moved here in 2015. While I was actually posted in Afghanistan, I needed some work done on a cap Those usually take up to 1 month to complete and put in I explained to Dr Brandon, my predicament in that I only had two weeks at the most to get this resolved. He did. I was back in A-Stan with my new cap. Recently my wife and I had our teeth cleaned and x-rayed. I specifically ask for Carly the Dental Hygienist, she is the best. Very cautious and thorough. I have such a great time getting my teeth cleaned I forget about time. What a great experience for me. I highly recommend Dr Brandon, his staff and office.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Dr. Aron’s office for a cleaning, X-rays and evaluation. His office is very modern and his staff is very friendly. My hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She explained each step (of the many steps she completed) while continually asking how I was feeling. Dr. Aron then completed my evaluation and was also very professional while making sure I was comfortable to have an open, honest discussion about my dental needs and the best plan to get them done. If my visit today is any indication of what my further dental work will be like then I’m sure it will all go very smoothly.

Negative experience: Absolute trash dentist, have had extreme issues with my teeth to which I asked for a “good dentist” my wife referred me to him I needed an eval on what to do with an extremely troublesome tooth and to start the crowning process on an already root canaled tooth which he knew about prior to coming including the need to get a crown process starting. He never even spoke to me about starting the crown. Which I realized as he walked out so I asked his receptionist for a quote (to apparently delay for another time?) on the crown and she quoted something like 1460$ (she didn’t write it down or offer me an appt) which is the absolute maximum, according to Google. I was under the impression he was a dentist, the only thing preformed was him referring me to two a dental surgeon and an Endodontist (after legitimately 3-4 minutes of speaking to me) and walking out. I went to the local dentist down the road and they quoted me 800$ for my crown and have an appt for everything I neeeded done that he “doesn't do” which is apparently anything above fillings and rapid referrals. I returned and explained that I expected dental care from the dentist and they said he does not preform extractions or root canals himself which is….. amazing to say the least. I told them I knew they wouldn’t refund the money for this “appointment” to which they responded of course they would not. The front desk staff was nice enough and civil when I told them my concerns and issues with what had just happened. While they were a little caught off guard they were vocal and pleasant while rejecting my refund. They informed me they could not shred my personal info because of “legal reasons” which I was wasn’t thrilled about but I will take their word for it. If you have dental insurance and don’t mind using this guy as your referral source and for teeth cleanings and fillings then I’m sure he’s fine, he was a nice enough guy outside of being aloof but if you’re paying with any real money and need any actual dental work done this is a waste of time and money. (Although even with insurance they’re billing the top possible price so if you have limits on your insurance watch out.)

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience. However, if you have to do it, Doctor Aaron is the guy to see he's very kind, very patient and he doesn't try to push services on you that you don't need. I really like that about him and his office stuff.

He was able to give me varying underlining problems in the matter and provide different solutions that were left up to me to decide which option I felt was best.
