Fletcher & Phillips Dentistry

Fantastic experience: I went to Fletcher & Phillips today for my first ever major dental appointment. I was a total wreck - My anxiety was through the roof but the phenomenal team walked me hand in hand through the process. I was treated so kind...bed side manor was the best I've ever recieved! Dr. Mason Bishop was really helpful in explaining everything that was happening and his assistant was very attentive and soothing. Thank you all for making my experience less worrisome.

Fantastic experience: I was super SCARED to get my extractions done but they were super nice and professional I felt nothing even when they gave me the shots in my mouth best experience I could’ve had at a dentists

Fantastic experience: I had to take my Mom up here to get her teeth extracted. The dentist all of the staff was very friendly!

Negative experience: Went there and got complete extraction and wanted immediate dentures but was told it would be better to wait til I heal and he would do them everything was covered with my insurance and now saying that my insurance won't cover it they should have done what I wanted immediate dentures

Fantastic experience: I have came here since I was a baby and started growing my teeth in, I have had the best experience ever since I have started going there, and Dr. Brandon got my wisdom teeth out it may have hurt but i was funny after it on the ride home I begged my dad to let me drive but i couln’t and there nurses are so sweet. Fantastic experience: Had the best experience today. The dental assistant went out of her way to make sure I was okay during my procedure(wish I remembered her name because she was lovely) and Brandon made sure I knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way to help me feel more comfortable. I couldn't have asked for anything better in that moment. They were so amazing and helped this panicked woman make it through. Thank you all so much!

Negative experience: Messed up my tooth, went in for cavity feeling came out with pain got it adjusted to later find out the cavity feeling is rejecting because they missed part of the cavity. I now have to have a root canal.

Negative experience: The people who work there are rude and don't offer service to everyone. I called after having a botched root canal and them causing my face to blow up like a puffer fish. They literally told me on the phone that they do not work on back teeth and gave me another dentist number. Like I had done something wrong and after extracting my front tooth it took a whole year for them to have the replacement made and available to me talk about feeling bad about yourself. A whole year with out your front tooth and they have the nerve To blacklist me?! WOW

Negative experience: If there is a definition of the worst dentist I have ever been to it's this one. I lived in WV for a short period of time, before moving back to PA so I thought I try a dentist in WV. While the office staff was pretty nice , the hygenist and dentist was horrible. But what can you expect for a state that has the worst healthcare in the country. The hygienist cared more about telling her life story then cleaning my teeth. She barely even cleaned them, they felt so disgusting when I left, not even clean or fresh. When you go to the dentist that's how your teeth are expected to feel! Then to top it off, the dentist comes in. He was just as bad.. he was wearing ONE GLOVE and he didn't use tools or anything to check for cavities and things. He had the non gloved hand behind his back, felt around my mouth with his gloved hand real quick and said no cavities.. your good and left. What in the world?! Awful! Then they have the nerve to call and ask if I want a check up. That's a heavy no. Never again!

Fantastic experience: AMAZING!!! I had an extraction and I couldn't tell if they working on me or examining me. It was honestly the most pleasant dentist experience. Alex was giving very much Barbie and Dr. Bishop was very much giving Ken. They were so kind and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist office. They care about the patient. Friendly staff and the dentist in this office are the best. Great service and fast appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling break out of a tooth and needed an emergency extraction and a filling in the tooth behind it, and Fletcher & Phillips were able to get me in the next day. I saw Mason for my procedure and let me just say.....don't let his youth worry you. He's very skilled at what he does. Mason has the best chairside manner I've ever had in a dentist. He's realistic about what your options are and what you can expect from the appointment. He checks in regularly to make sure you're not in any pain, and he doesn't act like it's a chore if you need more numbing mid-appointment (my last, very seasoned dentist did that). Haha he seemed a bit confused when I said "I'm just happy to be here," but I didn't mean I was happy to be at A dental office. I was happy to be at THEIR dental office. I've had some awful experiences with dentists, but, from start to finish, my appointment was a good experience. I would easily recommend Fletcher & Phillips to any of my friends who need dental work. Everyone in the office goes out of their way to ensure a calm, relaxing environment, so even if you have a hard time with dental offices, this would be a good option for you.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience at Fletcher and Phillips Dentistry. Odd thing to say about going to the dentist but it's true! Everyone is so friendly and my treatments have always been pain free. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My daughter got injured during wrestling. She broke her two front teeth. Her regular dentist was out of the office. They got her in immediately. They were great to her. Dr. Fletcher was extremely patient and made her feel comfortable. Her teeth looked like nothing ever happened.

My very first time there, all I did was call and they got me in the very same day and did X-rays and cleaned my teeth. With No Dental Insurance. And THANK YOU Christina, she is amazing. First time I've had my teeth cleaned and not hurt me one single time. Friendly and very Professional staff, I Never ever thought that I'd say that I can't wait to go back to my Dentist, lol.

Fantastic experience: Very polite and friendly and if I had a little pain when starting to pull my tooth he stopped and applied more numbing. It did not hurt at all when he really had to get into it to remove it completely. Definitely a 5 star visit.

Fantastic experience: took my husband in to get looked at see what our next steps was with his teeth and Dr Phillips walked us through it and set up an appointment to get my hubby's teeth all pulled out my hubby was a nervous wreck and his anxiety through the roof but he left there feeling a lot better about the process to come 10/24 well got all his teeth out and i can't wait for him to feel better THANK YOU DR PHILLIPS ♡

Fantastic experience: I went there today and had a consultation about me getting all of my teeth removed and getting my dentures in and they was very nice and very helpful I recommend them to everyone. I went on October 19, 2023 n had all of teeth removed and my dentures in and the staff was very nice and respectful

Fantastic experience: Had 1st tooth ache and tooth pulled at 46. Dr.Brandon was fantastic took less than a min to remove once the numbing kicked in. He has treated my 11 yo and 5 yo since they were 3, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Well when I walked into the dentist office I was welcomed with a smile and was taken in within 10-15 minutes the nurses were awesome very kind and very considerate and my dentist Dr Fletcher explained everything and offered me some other options which I gladly accepted and I can't wait to start the show lol I can't wait to go back cuz I know it's going to be another awesome experience

Fantastic experience: Dr. Phillips was excellent today, my son has SCA type 7 and can't lay back because of his condition and the doctor and his assistant was very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had in my lifetime! I had a molar that was abcessed and had my whole head and neck swollen and aching. Two other dentists had already refused to extract it. Fletcher and Phillips didn’t hesitate a minute and had it out in no time. Everyone there is very efficient and professional. The dental assistant is awesome! They make you feel like you’re family. The whole process was unbelievably pain free!

Fantastic experience: Was having issues after my extractions with bone spurs causing too much pain. They listened to me and didn't try to get me out the door. They were able to remove some for me and I had instant relief.. after having the pain for weeks. Will definitely be going back for any issues I have in the future..

Fantastic experience: Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Staff was extremely friendly, and answered all my questions (and there are always a lot of questions from me), the office and exam room was VERY clean, x-rays were a breeze. Both Fletcher and Phillips were very professional, and did a fantastic job (I had a toughie of a tooth). F&P will be my first call when I have dental problems in the future. I had to pay out of pocket because I do not have insurance and it was surprisingly affordable, whether that was fate or someone’s choice idk but I appreciate it either way. The office itself was also very easy to find. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: They made my experience an awesome one. I’ve been fighting with dentists in the past over my wisdom teeth because they aren’t bothering me and I don’t want to go through an unnecessary procedure. Brandon listened to me and said we will watch them and if anything changes then we can decide about taking them out. This was the first dentist visit that I felt listened to and that I’m actually looking forward to going back to my appointment and not just cancelling and letting my teeth get bad again.

They are wonderful with children and explain everything they are doing. The dental team is so nice and accommodating too. A great establishment with wonderful employees! Fantastic experience: Took my daughter, Emma for her first check-up. Bob and his crew did an excellent job making her feel at ease and comfortable. She had to get her first filling and she did well. Explained everything as they did it and explained why she needed the filling etc. and scheduled for a follow-up. Highly recommend for kids and adults!

Negative experience: In all honesty this dentist office is the most incompetent dentist I’ve ever seen in my life and the nurses, dental hygienist and the receptionist are also very rude. The only person in that whole entire office that has any manners to him is Dr. Mason. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
