Custom Dental of Yukon

Fantastic experience: It was an awesome experience. I went on Facebook fairly new in the area look for a dentist. I was in excruciating pain been in pain for a week. Dr. Mack reached out to me got me in the next day. Found I actually split a moler perfectly in half. I got it pulled and set up for a bridge. I thanked her so much, I had never been in so much pain. Everyone there was kind and polite. I am loving Dr. Mack she has done everything in her power to make me feel comfortable. She is doing all she can to make my removable bridge comfortable and fits correctly. Best Dentist caring, and listens to what you have to say. Her staff is awesome, polite, very helpful, makes you feel comfortable from the time you walk in until the time you leave. They are the Best.

Fantastic experience: Went to Custom Dental to start process for new dentures. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They took my impressions right away and let me know I’ll get a call when wax set is back for review. Always before at other dentist this wouldn’t happen until at least second visit maybe longer.

Fantastic experience: Best dental treatment in Yukon and the Staff are friendly! Took out a wisdom tooth and they make sure your are numbed correctly. Would recommend if I could give 10 stars most definetly would.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mack and her whole staff are exceptional. I started bringing my kids here based off a couple of glowing recommendations and started going myself afterwards. The front desk, assistants, hygienist, everyone are great at what they do! Dr. Mack really cares about her patients and doesn’t over or under treat. So grateful we found her! Fantastic experience: I had to have a molar that was cracked removed. Dr Mack gave me every option for this tooth. After a lot of consideration we made the best decision ! From start to finish the pain was very minimal if any. Can’t wait to go back in and get fitted for my partial.

Idr her name and I won’t put her children’s names out there. I just remember at least of them is a Greek name!

From the moment I step in the door, they greet me and are very friendly. The office is beautiful and very clean. The whole atmosphere is uplifting and enjoyable. When they call me back to the patient care area, they are always polite and respectful. Each part of their team knows their job and they work very well with each other. They uplift one another and they’re very encouraging to the patients. Dr. Mack is a phenomenal dentist. She’s very kind and excellent at what she does. I trust her 100%. When I check out, they have already scheduled my next appointment and they hand me my appointment card and send me reminder texts. It’s so efficient! All of this makes my experience fantastic. It has changed my thinking about going to the dentist. I am no longer nervous about having dental work done. This is all thanks to the Custom Dental team. If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Thank you for all you do.

Fantastic experience: After a massive issue with another dentist office today, I found custom dental! They were able to get me in same day! The Staff is so friendly! The ladies here were sweet and enjoyable! Dr Mack is friendly and thorough! She was able to give me the help I needed and peace of mind! This is my new dentist in Oklahoma!

Fantastic experience: Custom Dental is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Mack is kind, patient, and explains everything clearly while giving realistic treatment options. Pricing is fair, and I never feel rushed or pressured. Everyone on the staff is incredible, but I have to give a special shout-out to Amber, who was incredibly empathetic and kind during a really tough visit, and has remained a friendly face on every visit since. The front office team is always kind and patient, and the whole place has a calm, relaxing vibe that actually makes going to the dentist easier - and coming from (self-admittedly) the world's worst dental patient, that says a lot. And then, there's Buddy . If you call for him (just do it in a deep voice lol) you'll be greeted by the sweetest, most comforting little guy. Clean, welcoming, and just all-around wonderful. So thankful I found this office and can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mack and her staff made me feel safe (I get nervous), explaining what they were going to do before doing it and making sure that I was comfortable throughout the process to diagnose my broken molar (I bit down on a popcorn kernel and cracked it). Dr. Mack explained to me my options and answered all of our questions while I was trying to decide to just pull it or crown it. While the cost was reviewed with my husband and I we learned a huge lesson in assuring that we were carrying the insurance that Dr. Mack was “in network” with. To our great relief we had the right insurance company that made all the financial difference saving my tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Mack’s Custom Dental of Yukon.

The dentist also very friendly, knowledgeable and the filling and extraction went smoothly with virtually NO Pain. I highly recommend Custom Dental of Yukon.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve always struggled with a lot of anxiety around dental work, but every time I visit Custom Dental, they take such amazing care of me. During my root canal, they offered me a blanket, sunglasses, and even a stress ball to help me stay comfortable. The staff was so kind and walked me through every step of the procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. I also tend to have a hard time getting numb during anesthesia, but they’re always so patient, gentle, and encouraging through the whole process. I genuinely feel cared for every time I’m here — I can’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: All of the staff at Custom Dental of Yukon were fantastic! After a bad experience with a different dental office years ago, I was very hesitant about going to the dentist. I went to Custom Dental for some tooth pain, they took lots of X-rays and photos, laid out the best course of action and all the options that came with that, which was a deep cleaning accompanied by some prescription at home treatment, as well as let me know what the options were if the cleaning and rx didn’t solve the whole problem. Every member of the staff took excellent care of me during the cleaning, making sure I was comfortable, that I was numbed up enough, asked if I needed a break in the middle. For being a deep cleaning dental appointment, it was a very pleasant experience! I will most certainly be going back there from now on!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience, I’m no fan of going to the dentist but everyone I interacted with during my visit was exceptionally professional and supportive through the entire process. I’ve had other dentists in the past that I felt judged by, whereas here I felt nothing but “hey, you’re here, we’re going to help you regardless of the issue,” and that was absolutely huge for me.

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Custom Dental for the last two years and I have been so satisfied with the staff and care given. They do not push products on you like a salesperson or somehow always find something to repair in your mouth. I've had terrible experiences with another local dentist who made me feel like a customer to squeeze money out of in anyway possible. The staff at Custom Dental of Yukon is knowledgeable and takes the time to fully explain things when needed. I recently had an urgent issue with a tooth. I called them when they opened and I had an appointment booked two hours later. They even took the precaution of calling my OBGYN to confirm what medications were approved to use during my pregnancy before prescribing anything. The problem was solved immediately and I walked out of there feeling so thankful for the quick care I received. I would and I have recommended this dentist to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: The place is really nice and clean, the Drs are very nice and actually listen to you, i.e if you come for an extraction and tell them that's all you want, nothing more nothing less they'll actually listen to you and do it. Very cheap in comparison to the other dentists around the place. Listened to Michael Jackson while I got my tooth yanked. 10/10 will be going there for any other dentistry stuff. This is coming from someone who is terrified of dentists and all doctors.

Negative experience: My wife entrusted this business with her dental care. They performed extremely poorly. We had to get the work repaired by another doctor. Insurance paid this first firm for the work that wasn't proper. Extremely poor work done on her implant. I will be coming in to discuss in person very soon. I will also be notifying our insurance that you got paid for improper work. See y'all very soon.

Fantastic experience: This is the most amazing dentist and staff I’ve ever been to. We just moved here from Colorado and I had a severe dental situation come up, they assisted me right away as a brand new patient. My daughter referred me as she loves them , also. Plus, the office is beautiful a nice side benefit.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a new dentist to go to, this is a good one to choose. Everyone was friendly and professional. Their evaluations of my teeth, gums , etc., (which hadn’t been looked at in 6+years), were direct and thorough. I really appreciate that. I was brushing to hard and wouldn’t have known that had I not gone to them. Dr. Mack gave a clear plan of action for me and gave the up front financial adjustments for my wife and I to look at. Their office was clean and bright. I’ll be back for my next cleaning.
