Fantastic experience: Having to have your teeth replaced isn't naturally a good experience. Centerville Family Dentist however, makes that experience the best it possibly can be. The friendliest most attentive staff you've ever seen and great doctors leading the way. They are a model of customer service.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Chad and Dr. Libby are AMAZING! I have been in their care and expertise for several years now, and I am always so well taken care of. This practice is so clean, family-friendly, and willing to help out in any way they can. I am an RN, and I am impressed by the excellence they hold themselves to. My 3 kids are also patients here, and they are never afraid to come to the dentist. I recommend this practice 100%. I know that my family is in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with everyone from the minute. I walked in the door from the desk, help receptionist to every person I spoke to after that very thorough very understanding made me feel very comfortable. It was very difficult for me to step inside there a lot of insecurity issues and after speaking with the dental hygiene, assistant and The dentist, I felt so much more comfortable, and everyone from that like I said the receptionist to the billing financial person everyone I encounter made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend if anybody is feeling insecure and uncomfortable about going to a dentist. You will be impressed by Centerville family dentistry

Fantastic experience: I'm just starting to get treatment but everyone is very nice and they listen to whatever input you have. They want to know anything that might help them give you the best treatment. I'm hoping to be pain free soon! Update: I've been getting treatment for several months now and I'm seeing results. Every time I visit the office the staff are very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend them. If you're thinking about going, stop waiting and let them help you too.

Fantastic experience: I lost a crown off my FRONT tooth, which for me was earth shattering. Lol. I could not & would not leave the house & have an upcoming surgery. I called here & they didn't know me whatsoever, but got me in the next day. I had a wonderful Dentist, Dr. Chad, who took care of what I needed right then, glued my front crown back on for me & discussed all my questions I had. This Dentist was amazing in knowing shortly after he met me that I had airway obstructions, etc...which may cause some of my dental issues! I'm like...yes, I have obstructions in my nose & throat. It was pretty cool how he explained it all to me. I can't tell u how much I appreciate them & what they did for me...a total stranger to them. I plan to go back soon! Thank you so much.

Then on to Zoey who took dental information, xrays and determined what my goals were for my smile. Next was Dr. Hailey who gave my teeth a good look over and set a plan in place. I feel I'm in good hands at Centervill Family Dentistry. I'm well beyond my first visit and still love this place. Wouldn't trust my teeth to another office.

A 45 minute commute to visit an office outside of my health insurance network is well worth it to receive the care provided by this amazing team. They hear your concerns, are thorough in identifying exactly what's going on, and they're understanding of the influence that past experiences can have on desires for a dental journey going forward. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: All of the staff were super friendly and respectful. The Facilities are clean and very welcoming. The consultation process takes a couple of hours, but they individualize it and take time to really get to know you. Everyone from the business office to the dentist reiterated the need for me to feel comfortable with my decisions in regards to the investment I wanted to make into my teeth and my health. I love that they look at dental care as an investment into your overall health!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had bad experiences with past dentist, but if that’s what you’re thinking I’m going to do here you’re dead wrong! This place has changed my opinion on dentist at least this place. They were very friendly and informative. Answered all my questions and concerns. Informative of the next couple visits and who would be seeing me.

Fantastic experience: I was a little apprehensive having someone other than Dr. Libby taking care of my teeth. But I gave Dr. Haley a try and I was not disappointed. Dr Haley replaced a filling and she was awesome. It was painless and she took very good care of me.

Negative experience: I had a positive and negative experience with this clinic: I want to start with a positive note about Dr. Hailey. She did a great job with my crowns and fillings and was professional and kind throughout the process. I also had a consultation with Dr. Chad regarding a night guard and clenching treatment. Before the consultation with the doctor, X-rays and photos were taken as part of the initial evaluation and were later referenced during the consultation and treatment recommendation. During the consultation, I was informed that the recommended treatment was intended to help address my clenching, breathing, and sleep-related concerns. On the same day, I was presented with a treatment costing $4,858, and I proceeded with payment based on that discussion. At the time of payment, I requested a detailed written treatment plan explaining the treatment approach, services, and breakdown of what I was paying for, but no detailed written plan was provided before payment. After I later decided to cancel the treatment, I was then sent a written treatment plan. However, it was very general to me so I decided not to proceed. A partial refund was issued, but $485 was retained, which I was told was for X-rays and photos. Since I had already paid a $303 consultation and exam fee for that visit, I understood the imaging to be part of the consultation process. The X-rays and photos were taken before the doctor entered the room and were later referenced during the consultation and treatment recommendation. I was not aware there would be a separate additional charge for those images, which is why I later emailed requesting clarification regarding the retained $485. As of now, 6 days have passed and I have not received a detailed explanation beyond being told it was for X-rays and photos.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my first appointment with Family Dentist. I informed the office staff on my fears and anxiety about coming to any dentist due to previous experience as a child. My purpose for going to Family Dentist was to get information on the potential for implants. They took a lot of time and examinations of my teeth, mouth and bone structure. They reviewed all the findings with me along with recommendations. They offered a way to pay for implants which is not covered by insurance. The only drawback is the exam and getting implants are not covered by my insurance. I suggest before making an appointment to talk with the staff about if your insurance is acceptable at the office.

Fantastic experience: A few years ago, my daughter was told by a different dentist that she would need braces. After a recommendation from a family member, we decided to look into Myo functional therapy with Jenny at Centreville Family Dentistry. We live about an hour away, but the drive was worth it. They were very flexible and willing to work with my whole family, taking care of all of our individual dental needs. Years later, my now teen daughter had an appointment with her current dentist for a cleaning. Before they went back they asked all of the questions about her history, and I told them that she did not have any orthodontics but did complete Myo functional therapy with Jenny. After the appointment, the hygienist came out to let me know that they were amazed at how straight and perfect her teeth were. Myo functional therapy with Jenny worked like magic, and the effects were permanent. Thanks Jenny and Centreville Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Centreville Family Dentistry is such an amazing organization. From Dr Chad and Dr Libby to there entire team, they always go above and beyond to take care of not only your teeth but also your over all health. They are so passionate about what they do and they do it with excellent customer service and patient care. They clearly care deeply about people. I recently worked with Dr Chad and Amber on a TMJ and sleep treatment. They have helped me so much and are so knowledgeable and kind. They have gone way beyond my expectations to help me sleep better. It is a blessing be a patient at CFD. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: We got to the office 5 min. Before our scheduled time I saw 4 people come in after we arrived and they we asked to see a dentists before us I waited 15 minutes after our scheduled time to ask, "hey, why are we still waiting"? The desk clerk had to go to the back and fetch the dentist to see us. I wonder, how long would we have still been waiting if I wouldn't have said something to the front desk. We wasn't happy especially since we had a ride waiting outside for us

Fantastic experience: Centerville is so good with my young kids. They have helped my babies with tongue ties and even toddler cavities. This is a special place. I drive 50 minutes just to get here.

Fantastic experience: I am thrilled to have found an office that my kids are comfortable with, and that I trust entirely with their care! We have seen Drs. Libby, Chad and Haley, and had wonderful experiences with all three. Jenny is also amazing for myofunctional therapy and assessment and working with kiddos. They take their time answering any and all questions regarding care, treatment plans and finances. Great office and great team!

Fantastic experience: We’ve lived many places and these dentists and hygienists are the best we’ve ever had. Knowledgeable, skilled, gentle, friendly. My 7 yo just had a cavity filled with zero pain or discomfort and then Dr. Chad and Dr. Libby went above and beyond helping us figure out the reason he is susceptible to cavities and what to do to prevent them in the future. This whole office prioritizes health rather than simply fixing teeth. We’ve recommended this practice to everyone we know and all who go agree, this is a stellar practice.

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of Centreville Family Dentistry. The hygienists, dentists, receptionists and financial gals are all so incredibly nice, up front & honest and so helpful. If you or your children have any anxiety going to the dentist, CFD is the place to go. Our daughters and myself have seen Dr. Hayley and love her. She offers so much calmness, comfort and is gentle. I’ve seen Dr. Chad one time and enjoyed him as well. He thoroughly explained everything regarding a tooth infection and root canal. Answered all of my questions without making me feel like an annoyance (as well as Dr. Hayley). Very happy we have found our “home”.

Fantastic experience: Jan 28 I broke a tooth, called in, went in for a consultation on the 29th, our plan was to leave on Feb 1st to go to Fla. so they allowed me to go in on the 30th and get 4 teeth capped. That's what I call great service! After returning from Florida was able to get in in a couple of days and have two high teeth ground down that were a bit high! They are the best!

I have super bad anxiety with denist office and they always talk me thru my visit and it helps. 6 years ago Sherry and Shelly came in for lunch at my job and talked me into coming into the office and meet doctor chad after being in pain for years. They have all worked with me over the years to come up with a treatment plan to feel better and have my beautiful smile again. I appreciate everyone here so much and I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I have always hated going to the dentist. BUT THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! There is really nowhere else I’d even consider taking my family. They are so kind that it feels like we’ve been friends forever. They are efficient, gentle and honestly seem to genuinely care about the health and happiness of their patients. My family of 5 has been going to this office for about 4 years and none of us have had even a close to negative experience.

Positive experience: My husband and I have went here for YEARS. But my recent visit for a cleaning cost $104 with double insurance! They do not bill the insurance and accept pmt now it is up to you to pay for any services first then wait for reimbursement.. A quote for a cap & filling almost $2,000!! Ridiculous .. we are now looking for a new dentist. Sad to go but the prices are crazy, who can afford that? Yes they did agree to work with us but I pay for coverage for a reason and it’s not to fork out $$ and wait n hope I get some back.. Done!

Fantastic experience: I take my granddaughter to CFD and couldn’t appreciate them more!! She has never been a “good” dental patient bc she struggles a lot with her anxiety and sensory issues, especially when it comes to what goes in her mouth. No matter how difficult she has been, every staff member has always been so kind, so patient and so understanding. (even when it gets frustrating & takes a lot longer than expected) Well… their kindness, compassion and patience with her paid off bc today…. my sweet girl was finally able to sit thru an entire exam with no fear!! She had ZERO tears, complications, complaints, fidgeting, “wait, wait” waiting or her best one…flat out refusing to even open her mouth!! ‍♀️ Well done CFD!! And Ashley, thank YOU for taking on the challenge as her hygienist today!! (I know there’s notes in her file! Fantastic experience: I always enjoy my visits to Centreville Family Dentistry! OK Enjoy may be a bit hyper complimentary for dental work. However, the receptionist is always welcoming, using my name and looking at me. This time I had a dental cleaning. The hygienist was informative as to what she was doing and didn’t try to sell me on other “dental must haves”. I compliment the entire staff for creating a pleasant dental experience.

She also made efforts to have a conversation, despite him being so little, which he loved. Rachel also let him check out her cool tools (Mr. Thirsty), sit in a way that was most comfortable for him, and take his time picking out a polish flavor! When Dr. Libby came in, she made it a point to greet my son and connect with him, even though he was pretty into the pictures of his teeth, at that point! Dr. Libby was extremely informative and took my concerns seriously. As a parent, that means everything. I also really appreciate that this office lets parents and caregivers accompany their kid(s) during their appointment! I don't leave reviews often, but I have to praise this office. They remind you of what gold standard patient service should look like!

Fantastic experience: My visit today was great! I was surprised to get a new dental hygienist. As I will miss Andrea, I had the opportunity to meet Rachel....She cleaned my teeth and gave me good compliments about how I have been taking care of my teeth. I also want to give her the greatest compliments. She is very good at her job and has a great personality. We laughed and talked together and had a great time. I can't wait to see her again...What a great person to have at Centreville Dentistry....
