Fantastic experience: I had a good experience in this office. I was getting a second opinion, and it verified what I already knew. They referred me to a specialist. The dentist assistant seemed knowledgeable and was very willing to answer all my questions.

Fantastic experience: Look, if you want the real deal, go see Dr. Rasbornik and his amazing team. I have EXTREME dental anxiety and Dr. R has ALWAYS been 100% understanding of my fear(s) and extremely educated in his field—I definitely feel safe in his chair and trust his work/intuition/judgment. He is also a TRUE human being who understands that not all of us are made of money—TCD WORKS WITH YOU FINANCIALLY! I lived in Charlotte and continued to travel to Cleveland just to see him and his team. Now, I live in Asheville and I drive TWO HOURS. If that doesn’t prove how amazing this team is…I don’t know what will!! 10 out of 10 EVERY visit, no doubt. Keep it up Third Creek, y’all truly are amazing.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dentist at all. They never sent me a bill for any services but yet sent a bill to a creditor saying that I owe them money. I did not owe them any money, any services they provided were paid for during the date of service. I told them I was moving out of state and would no longer be a patient and within two week of telling them that I was moving out of state they sent a bill to a creditor that I would need to either pay or dispute within 30 days Or I agree with the bill. They never even sent me a bill at all I’m not even sure how that’s legal . I would stay away from this dentist or this might happen to you. What anyone who is going to deal with this dentist office needs to understand is that when they tell you how much your bill is going to be that may be false information. They told me in February that my bill was going to be a certain amount of money. I paid it out of pocket in full. Then six months later they sent a bill to a collection agency. They never sent me a bill at all. If they would’ve told me before, that the service was going to be almost $600 out of pocket I would not have had it done. It wasn’t life-threatening. I should have been given that choice but I was not. They gave me a lesser amount told me that, that’s how much it was going to cost. I paid it and then six months later they sent a bill to collections without ever sending me a bill at all. They called me August 8th left me a message to call them back I did and left a message. They never mentioned a bill and then sent it to collections without ever discussing it with me. Don’t let them gaslight you. Be careful with this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Dr. Ras. for approximately 20 years, started when my previous dentist couldn’t get my mouth numb. I was referred to him he handled my issues with no problem and I’ve been here ever since. We recently upgraded my mouth to include a bridge and it looks fantastic.

Megan was even able to remove cement glue on the back of my teeth from when I had braces many years ago! They explained everything and I’m glad to have found them!

Everything is state of the art equipment. The dentist was professional and made sure he took the time to explain my procedure to me in great detail so that I felt good about what needed to be done. Both of my Sons use the same dentist with nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend this office for any dental hygiene you need.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best dentist I have ever been to. He seems he genuinely cares and has excellent side chair manner . He is very thoughtful to not hurt you and checks on you every few minutes to make sure you don't feel anything. I've never been to a dentist where it didn't hurt to be numbed for your procedure; until now! I called about a painful tooth and they got me in same day. When I got there they took me back quickly and numbed the area. So while waiting for this awesome dentist to come see me (which was fairly prompt) I was in zero pain. I can't stress enough how thankful I am to this dentist and his office for their help and compassion. His staff are very helpful and friendly. The Office is very clean and welcoming. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

From the ladies at the front desk to Megan my dental hygienist, to Crystal the office manager who sat down with me and created my personal care plan. I was blown away! Of course, Dr. Rasbornik was caring and always made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. ( had to have a crown).
