I have the utmost trust in their expertise and experience in the dental industry especially with my cosmetic procedures to improve the appearance of my teeth. I love that they are always at the leading edge with technology and practices.

Negative experience: This dentistry is private and doesn't take any kind of insurance. They will send you a link to fill out a form all about your insurance and all your private information and in the end will tell you they don't take any insurance.

However, Dr. Haerter is so experienced, kind and gentle that I am able to get the care I need (without a Xanax ;)). Kari, my dental hygienist, is also wonderful! The whole team are welcoming (and insurance is processed quickly). And, they can create things like crowns, etc., in office while you wait. I used to have to take time off from work on two days for these types of services. No longer. One and done. State of the art equipment and services. My husband goes here as well and we consider ourselves lucky to be in such capable hands! Whether or not you have dentist anxiety like me... you will not be disappointed. I cannot thank Dr. Haerter and his team enough for all of his/their invaluable assistance!

Positive experience: I’m in from out of town for the season and have been very pleased with the quality of service at Basalt Dentistry. I had a minor emergency right before Christmas and the office saw me same day (within the hour) and resolved the issue. I then scheduled a cleaning for the following month and the hygienist did a fantastic, thorough job. She spent close to an hour cleaning and polishing my teeth. Highly recommended!
