Fantastic experience: Complete Dentistry, couldn’t be more happy we choose this place to take care of our family. The place is clean and well kept. The Dentist and staff are friendly, they surely know their stuff. The doctor explains and provides you with information you need to know direct to the point, very professional. My children are comfortable with the staff so Im happy. This is definitely a place to go if you have small children, they have a box of fun toys which most kids love at the end of their appointments. Also the wait is not long unlike to previous places we have been.

Fantastic experience: Went in very nervous, left very very comfortable. The girls had me laughing the entire 2 hours. Wow 2 hours, time flies when your having fun! They will not do things that are unnecessary just to charge you or insurance company. i.e. x-rays etc...

The two hygienists I have seen for cleanings are both very personable, thorough, and gentle as well. The dentist is nice too, and understanding that I only want X-rays every other year. Complete Dentistry has been a completely good experience!

Negative experience: Went in today for a scheduled cleaning. The hygienist began by asking my health history and after answering all her questions she replied that she was happy to hear it as I have no health problems, take no prescription medications and have no issues with my teeth. Next I was informed that with the new dentist on board, their new policy requires x-rays every two years. I do not prescribe to this idea that x-rays are necessary, especially considering my current good health and teeth, and told her I was just here for a cleaning and if that was unacceptable I would go somewhere else. She was willing to ask the dentist about my request to not have x-rays at this visit, which I appreciated. When she return she informed me that it was not an option to not have x-rays. I have never seen this dentist before. He did not speak to me, come out of his office or look at my records that I know of. I have no idea what the hygienist said to him. I chose to leave. The hygienist did give me a phone number of an 'independent' hygienist in New Sharon, which was nice. According to the American Dental Association website: "The ADA encourages dentists and patients to discuss dental treatment recommendations, including the need for X-rays, to make informed decisions together." I guess this new dentist does not agree with the ADA. I do not recommend this dental office if you are interested in being a part of the decision-making process for the health of your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Maine in January and needed to find a new dentist. I called Central Dentistry and they were able to fit me in for a cleaning in September this year otherwise I would have had to wait until next year. Everyone there was very pleasant and professional. Erica the hygienist was very nice and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. The dentist Dr Daigle was very sweet and didn’t have any issues with my teeth. I will be going again in 6 months for another cleaning and continue using them going forward. Also the office was conveniently located just up the road from my house. I highly recommend using Complete Dentistry for your dentist needs.

Negative experience: Called because my son has an infected molar. Because he isn't a current patient even though it is an emergency they can't get him in until April or May of 2026!!! Not going to stay in business long with attitudes like that. Absolute garbage!!

Positive experience: Love the service and staff but the prices are quite a bit higher than other dentists and the appointment wait just for cleanings is 7 months out.

Fantastic experience: I have always loved Complete Dentistry. Today was the first time I have had work beyond a cleaning and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Daigle performed my block without me feeling it at all and since I have never not been in tears when receiving a dental block, this was a first for me. The filling was quick and my bite was normal after the procedure. As both a physician who performs the same dental blocks regularly and someone who has some significant trauma from prior dental procedures I could not imagine seeing anyone else now. Dr. Daigle and his team at Complete have my highest recommendation. Thank you for giving me the best dental experience I have ever experienced!

Just finished 2nd part of crown procedure, very professional work. They were very concerned for my comfort, both visits were basically pain free (and I’m a wimp). Dr Daigle and his staff won’t disappoint!! 5 stars for my hygienist, Randi!! Very friendly staff and always on schedule. However it is a little disappointing that there such turnover in dentists, although they’ve all been good based on reviews…

They are the most knowledgeable, efficient and friendliest dental professionals I have ever met, from the office manager, to hygienists, to the dentist himself. I would highly recommend them for any dental needs you have. You will not regret seeking their services. Just had an appointment today on 4/8/2025 nd it is still the best dental experience I have ever had and I am 65 years old and have had more dental work in my lifetime than anybody else I know.

Fantastic experience: Today I was there for a cleaning and an exam. I like the girl that cleans my teeth. She's to only reason I went back. A new dentist this time and I need a crown.i am willing to give him a chance, but the crown is a double visit. I am afraid that he will do the first one and then be gone before the second one as no dentist stays long and the last filling I had by that dentist office will never touch my mouth again. It was a complete horror show. I have never been afraid of the dentist. But I am now! So unfortunately I will not be getting the crown I need at this time.
