Negative experience: Today, they finally answered after several calls for days and several online requests. They only have one dental assistant currently and are not able to get you in for almost a month, regardless if it is an emergency. Maybe they are a great practice once you are able to get in the building.

Negative experience: We scheduled an appointment months ago for a cleaning and I'm very aggravated we wasted our time. My daughter had an appointment on the 6th. Yesterday @11:57 they sent us a text to requesting a copy of the insurance card but yesterday we spent celebrating the holiday. This morning they called @10:00 while she was at the doctor then sent us a text message telling us they cancelled her appointment. I was looking to get a dentist closer than OKC but I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use this dentist as they have bad business practices.

Fantastic experience: Friendly Efficient Explained the treatment plan and cost Great experience today. Setting the crown was quick. Out in less than 30 minutes. Slight discomfort a time or two but I declined a shot. I'd rather not have that fat lip feeling.lol

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tracy and his dental hygienist were SO good to me to help with my neck and back pain-making sure I was as comfortable as I could be even though they were having to bend over and down in awkward positions to fill my cavity! I couldn’t believe how calm he was about the situation, even offering to put off my appointment! These people are amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever going to this facility, I had a infection that needed taken care of. They got me in that afternoon, I called in the morning. The staff was wonderful, the Dr assistant was amazing as was the Dentist. Couldn't ask for better people, they treated me as a person and Not a number. Outstanding customer care, will be telling everyone about them for sure.

Negative experience: The front desk staff is absolutely amazing and kind. The hygienist is also super friendly and sweet as can be. But the dentist himself is lazy when it comes to fixing problems, I feel like he purposely creates extra issues so you’re forced to come back and pay a more expensive bill. He only cares about what insurance will cover and not the actual patients or their concerns. He caused a tooth of mine to chip and he refused to fix because he stated it’s cosmetic and not an actual issue that the insurance would cover. When I brought up my concerns to his assistant she had a huge attitude, argued with me about my medical facts and history and the both of them made me feel completely uncomfortable. Now I’m worried these are going to crack again due to his negligence. I’m reporting all my concerns to the insurance company.

Negative experience: Tried for an appointment for an exposed nerve, told they "couldnt" schedule me due to my type of insurance

Negative experience: Normally not one to leave reviews but this place is a major scam for cash paying costumers. Temp crown fell off almost immediately after it was put on, when I mentioned that the assistant became rude and hostile, I almost left but had already paid $1300. The Dr. came in and also called me rude. I was teamed up on and felt very uncomfortable considering they were both looking over me while I was in the chair with my mouth open. I should have left then because what came next was worse, the assistant was extremely rough with my mouth. Regardless of the situation, working in healthcare, she should know better. I left with the glue all over the bridge of my mouth I was supposed to receive a refund for the unfinished work instead I received two bills for rescheduled appointments that I rescheduled a week in advance. I have NEVER NEEN TREATED THIS WAY AS A CASH PAYING CUSTOMER.

Fantastic experience: I am amazed by this dental care facility, I had to have some dental work done, and let me tell you that they have went top notch in performance with working on my teeth. They are honest and judgment free, and they do their job excellently. Let me also tell you that they don't beat around the bush, they get right to work and get the job done quick and efficiently!! I have had a 99.99% pain free experience both times with getting my teeth pulled. The doctor and staff, they comfort me (pun intended, lol ), but seriously they made sure I was pain free with the removal of my bad teeth that needed to pulled. I have future work that will be done on my teeth, and I will say that I actually look forward to my visits as they are nice, respectful and pleasant people there. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they are absolutely phenomenal and deserve the highest ratings through and through, at least by me. I will be more than happy to be their customer for many more years to come

Fantastic experience: This was my first time using Lone Grone Dental Care. They were all very nice and professional. I went in for an exam and X-rays. They worked me in to clean my teeth and to fill 2 cavities due to someone canceled. I would recommend them.

Negative experience: This so called dentist told my husband he could perform a wisdom tooth extraction. Almost 2 months later my husband has nerve damage and this dentist just throws more and more antibiotics at him and says “I don’t know what you want me to do for you bud”. Anyone know of malpractice attorneys?

Fantastic experience: i had a traumatic experience the last time i went to the dentist so i haven’t been in 6 years. i’ve been having some pain in my teeth and decided to try this place out after reading reviews. scheduling the appointment was easy and quick with availability the next day. i had a lot of anxiety about going back to a dentist, but left so very happy. i didn’t once feel shamed or judged due to not having been seen in the last 6 years and the front desk woman was so sweet. the kindness and understanding i was shown today warmed my heart and soothed some of my anxiety around dentists. i cannot wait to return for my care plan!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Lone Grove Dental Care Center, and I have to say that it was amazing! I haven't had a regular dentist that I have routinely gone to for quite some time. The entire office staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is a doctor office, but the environment was very low-key and stress free! I already have my second appointment scheduled and am planning on continuing on with Dr. Tracey, and his wonderful staff, for all my future dental needs!

Negative experience: I do not appreciate the Doctor trying to push a cosmetic crown due to color mismatch on a chipped tooth repair on my 17 year old daughter when she is there for a routine cleaning without a parent present. She likes her smile and is not unsatisfied with the slight color difference. Extremely poor bedside manner as well. We will be transferring our care elsewhere

Negative experience: I still hurt where they pulled my teeth out of my jaw and the filler they tricked me into buying fell out as soon as we got home it's been a year. he didnt get my husband's gums numb like he was supposed to even tho he gave him 6 shots when he did start to work on him he damaged his jaw when he drilled into it instead of the tooth it was at the same appointmenttime as me he was tring to do multiplepeple at once nota good practice. This dentist isn't a good one we will Never go back I like the other dentist that was there that is why I even drove all the way to Lone Grove to see him that was a big mistake that will never happen again.
