Positive experience: My son went see the denist there and he has a cast on..a d they dentist and the dentist nurse was more worried about his cast than his teeth...they should be talking about his teeth and not10 million questions on his arm

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr. Blazek and I'm so happy I found her. She's very caring and thorough, would recommend 10/10

Negative experience: This is the worst place I have ever dealt with in my life. They don’t bill things correctly and I have been trying to resolve it for 6 months and all I get is voicemail and no return calls. My insurance would’ve paid 100% for a wellness visit but their incompetent staff screwed that up. And now I’m stuck with their bill and a lab bill from another company. I was well when I went there. There was no reason to order labs EXCEPT for a wellness exam. Unless they do this to all their new patients. If I was dying and this was the only place I could go, I would rather die

Negative experience: Worst care. Called for advice, was told to come in immediately, numbness in leg & foot. My knee gave out. Was brought in by ambulance. They took an x-ray. Loosely wrapped my knee in an ace bandage. Released me and told me to walk the 2 miles back to my hotel. Guess they didn't want to deal with my insurance since I was from out of town. I'm in shorts, a t-shirt and sandals. No crutches. No brace for my knee. No offer to get me someplace safely.

Fantastic experience: I receive the best care with the staff at SIHF clinic. My PCP Rebecca Dotty is amazing! I always feel so comfortable when my visits. She takes the time needed to discuss anything I have concerns about or to let me know information I don't know to even ask about. Her bedside manner is impeccable! She goes above and beyond for her patients care. Explains things so that I understand. Appointments are always quick but effective. I never leave feeling like something was missed. The nurses are always kind, helpful and polite. Front desk greets me with a smile and helpful. I highly recommend this office for any PCP needs. Rebecca is all about fixing the problem and not masking it with medication. I absolutely love that about her. I became a type 2 diabetic and no have kidney problems, due to a previous Dr whom I fully trusted. Huge mistake! Instead of helping me they put me on steroids for almost a year. At the time I had no clue what damage was being done. When Rebecca took over my health care she was now responsible in helping me heal. She had a lot of work to do but she didn't hesitate to give me PROPER care. I was on so many different medications. 18 different types daily at the age of 43. She helped me to understand what each was doing both positive and negative to my body and health. Giving me the honest truth and not trying to snowball me into taking medications for her own profitable gains. I am not on a total of 5 medications, my health has drastically improved and my outlook on life has also improved because of it. My lifestyle is much more manageable and I cannot thank her enough for truly caring about me as a person and not a guinea pig. REBECCA TRULY WANTS her patients needs to be met. She is an amazing health care provider and I'd recommend her to anyone.

My son had 6 cavities from his braces ... she filled 4 of them with no complaints from my son. We thought she was very caring compassionate and professional. Now to go back for the other 2!!

Negative experience: Horrible dentist, they do flouride treatments on your child after you specifically told them not too, wont do a referral to get an impacted tooth out of my child. Switched dentists and will never go back!!!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to SIHF healthcare for over a year now. We see Shelbi B and I could not ask for a better health care provider. She is very good with my children and she listens to my concerns and hears me out. She will go out of her way to provide the best care possible for her patients she truly wants the best for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Lost a third of my forehead do to cancer. Up till then I never got sick much less missed work. It was a nightmare dealing with the 6 doctors and their incompetent staff in a different state in just a months time. My cancer brought out many underlined issues, diabetes, very painful neuropathy, and barley any immune system to speak of. So I have been in constantly with anything from a giant infected cyst on my back, sleep apnea, cellulitis, rhino virus, and a delicious slice of covid. Shelbi Birch is hands down the best I have ever worked with in the medical field. Up till her I've been treated like a number and a medical liability passing me on to so many other doctors. Not caring at all about me, my life, or my career. Shelbi truly cares. She talks to me and listens. Her and her entire staff are just the best! Give every one of them a big fat raise! Thanks Shelbi, it means the world to me.

My new doctor Rebecca Dotty checks up on me to make sure I'm doing good, she has helped me get on the right track with medicine and stuff and every time I go there she greets me very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Well let's just start by saying words can't describe how grateful I am. For Miss Shelby and her staff. Super helpful, caring, an I was scheduled to see her for a 10:30am appointment an was called back. She got everything I needed addressed. And I was finished before 11:00am.
