Negative experience: So i met with countless all on four providers before choosing Dr Chris for a few reasons I am petrified of anything to do with dentist and they made me feel okay and safe and the second biggest thing was because they were willing and made it clear to me that they would work with me about being late to my business because I because there are no replacements for me in my job I am I am a contractor so there is nobody else needless to say this is what they agreed on as they were taking my $40,000 and then after screwing up my teeth and pushing and shoving 5 hours after my anesthesia wore off on my new implant causing severe trauma and pain my teeth were never connected he could not get them lined up so he just started shoving and pushing and causing extreme pain and then never attached to the top teeth and just told me oh well just don't chew on that side after he grinded and cut them and I've been walking around like this since they've broken twice and now they can't see me after hours anymore the past three times I've taken days off to go in again one of the major reasons I chose them is because they were absolutely willing to stay a little late for my visits when they put their hand out for my $40,000 cash they suddenly changed our agreement almost 7 months into it I am trying to attach photos as well I hope they will load thank you for your time I would absolutely think twice before using this facility in Payson

Negative experience: The worst experience of my life! They kept telling me I was pressure not pain. They said it was no one’s fault because of some kind of build up(soft tissue) that was around the original implant that kept the numbing agent from working. If they knew that why didn’t they stop!!! By “they” I mean the surgeon and his assistant. So, if you want a really, really bad day go there.

I know for myself these real reviews are so important when comparing options (update) my surgery to remove all my upper teeth went well. I now have my healing implant teeth screwed in and still a little swollen but the teeth are looking great. Dr Chris Winterholler is really fantastic to work with and an awesome dentist I also want to mention his Staff is excellent to work with.

Positive experience: Everyone was so friendly and all worked together. I love that. I was well informed about what is happening in my mouth. Definitely worth the trip. Different stages. They are very thorough on explaining step by step what to expect. I am bruised but I have leukemia and that will cause me to bruise more easily than most. Love my teeth.

At my first visit for a check up the staff was professional. The office was clean and modern, with newer 3D scanning. My only complaint was probing the Gums was little uncomfortable. Next visit for a cleaning. Hope to be in and out as quickly. Update my last cleaning was very easy no pain.

Fantastic experience: I went to Winterholler Dental for a mouth device for sleep apnea. I had one in the past but it was very bulky and uncomfortable to wear. The Winterholler Dentist office has state of the art equipment for fitting these devices. They are precise and efficient with an excellent result. The dentist and technicians are pleasant and explain the processes well. Follow up had been good. Wait times are non existent. They have always been ready when I checked in. Everyone on the staff is very nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would recommend with no reservation.

Fantastic experience: 5 Star all the way around from me ! My total experience was awesome ! I learned so much about maintaining my crowns, my Lower Partials, and especially maintaining my implants! I also was instructed on my proper need for getting my teeth cleaned by your Amazing Implant Orthodontist every 6 months as well as what signs to look for while brushing and the proper necessary cleaning of my Partials . I learned also exactly the right way to use my Oral B Super floss. I had been pulling the tail of the floss out to quickly. Also just how deep to floss without disrupting the Crowns . She also could tell I was clinching my teeth at night and recommended a custom made upper implant Rubber guard so I will be back next Monday to have my impressions done so we can protect my precious implants ! Thank you again Winterhaller Dentistry for always being there and making my appointment such a rewarding experience ! It was a very rewarding experience for me ! ❤️

They were of course professional, but what made this entire experience different than me just going to the dentist was the fact that they looked at me and treated me purely like family. Any questions? Answered. Concerns? Remedied. Not only during business hours but helped me on the weekend. If you are questioning where to go if you need help, call them. 10/10 would go there again!

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth pulled because it was causing a gum infection. One of the Payson dentists said he did not want to pull it but referred me to a Mesa oral surgeon. I'm not sure why but he had a difficult time extracting my wife's tooth that broke into pieces and he didn't want to go thru that again. 4 1/2 hours of driving and who knows what shape I would have been in had I followed thru. Dr Winterholler took a look at my x-rays and tooth and had no problem extracting it. She is an incredible dentist, the quintessential professional anyone would like to have working on their teeth. I will continue to go back for more treatments, though not inexpensive, if I can keep my teeth healthy, it will be more than worth it. Thank you, Dr Winterholler.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patrice is the best! She is very knowledgeable in the area of sleep apnea. She had me complete a sleep study, reviewed the results with me, but I didn't want to believe her solutions would resolve my issues, so I procrastinated for 2 months before I moved forward with her solution of a nighttime appliance. Once I started using it, the results were instant. Wearing the sleep appliance (6 months now) improved my sleep (no more sleep aids), stopped snoring and no more dry mouth (couldn't swallow in the mornings). The appliance is comfortable to wear and wish I had done it sooner. I tell everyone to consider this as an alternative to wearing a CPAP. I haven't slept this good in YEARS!
