Fantastic experience: So, what can be said about Tosh and the Gang that hasn’t already been said? The Team at Tosh has nothing but your complete satisfaction and comfort in mind. Last time I was at a dentist was 10 years old and have never went back. Absolutely traumatic!! Needless to say at 48 I needed some serious work done. They handled me and my anxiety with care and sensitivity. 13 extractions later a new set or pearly whites, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Thank you so very much!!

Fantastic experience: I chipped my tooth last night, but was able to get in and have it fixed this morning! I’ve had fillings in the past at several dentist offices, but this was BY FAR the BEST dentist visit I’ve ever had! The staff made me feel so comfortable through the whole process, explaining the what they were doing and making me laugh:) I almost wish I’d chip another tooth so I could go in for another visit!

Fantastic experience: I have a great deal of anxiety regarding dental visits and dental work. I had put off seeing a dentist for quite some time because of this anxiety. Being a grown adult I felt foolish and embarrassed because of my high level of anxiety. Dr. Tosh and his entire staff are fantastic. From the first phone call I felt very at ease and not judged at all. I knew I chose the right place. Then I had my first visit and my confidence in them just continued to grow. The entire staff is professional, kind, knowledgeable and very empathetic. They are great at answering any questions and explaining procedures. I cannot say enough good things about Tosh Dental Group. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I did not like that they type on the keyboard and work in your mouth with the same gloves. I was told that they are special wipes so it is alright, but it made me uncomfortable. The desk staff and doctor were all very nice. I called and asked if they accept Aetna and was told by the office that they did. Tosh does NOT accept Aetna. We pay extra for the best dental insurance at Aetna and it is not accepted at Tosh. I didn’t learn this until after we got a relatively high bill and called Aetna to ask about it. Lessons were learned on my part. I was never told to check with Aetna only told they did accept our insurance. This is the first time I have switched dentist and didn’t know that they wouldn’t check or know. When I called to pay our bill I asked them to please start informing people to check with their insurance first instead of saying they did take Aetna.

Negative experience: Im 68 years old with no history of any addiction, I have a chipped tooth with an infected nerve and I'm in excruciating pain and have had about 4 hours of sleep in two days but, no help. Dr. Tosh talked to the back of my head and not to my face, and acted like I was asking for a loan when I requested 4 tablets of Tylenol 3, to get me through the antibiotics getting into my system. Still a very stern absolutely not. I will not return to a dentist that doesn't care about how the patient feels and how much discomfort they're in. I just wish there was a dentist that had a backbone and tell these bureaucrats they're going to take care of the needs of their patients like it or not. What has our world come to?

Fantastic experience: I went today after not going to the dentist in almost 5 years. Natalie was wonderful! I love that she found her calling so early on. I’m jealous. Lol. Technology has come so far especially in the dentistry world. I had been agonizing and worrying about my visit. And it was done in less than an hour and a half. That was including the cleaning and dentist visit. And X-rays! I had psyched myself up for the worst and it wasn’t half as bad as I anticipated. Thank you again to Natalie! The staff makes it so easy to schedule, re-schedule and confirm appointments because they embrace technology and use it so well.
