Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist is Tessa. She is perfect. Did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth as well as being concerned about my needs.

Negative experience: I started coming here in 2021. I had a great experience with Dr. Brad. He was wonderful and I was so sad when I heard he was retiring and Dr. Andrew was taking over. At first it seemed to go well. If you just need a quick dental cleaning, you most likely won't have issues. But if you need more in depth dental work - I'd recommend going elsewhere. I needed my 18 yr old bridge replaced and it was a nightmare from start to finish. In the beginning, he'd cut me off and tell me he needed to go check on another patient and then come back. So it seems like he over books patients. Then when I'd address issues, he'd tell me I'm hard to please and maybe I'll need to look elsewhere to get this fixed. He always seemed very bothered when I'd bring anything up. He would be working inside my mouth and then start talking about me to the hygienist, saying "she's more concerned with aesthetics and I'm more concerned with functionality." And of course I can't respond because he's got tools in my mouth. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional. And absolutely not true. Once I got the bridge placed, I brought up concerns that one area wasn't flush against the gums and food continued to get stuck, my top lip would get stuck when I would speak and I could even fit a finger nail underneath it. After I expressed this, the dental assistant working with him proceeded to stick her gloved fingernail inbetween my gum and bridge on the opposite side (no issues on that side of the bridge) and say "see, that happens on this side too." It was extemely painful and I was in absolute shock that she would do that. I got the final bridge placed in Oct 2025 and its now about 10 months later, and I've had nothing but issues. It does not fit properly. Anytime I chew food, the ligaments underneath are shifting. They constantly get "stuck" and I'll have to press my finger against it to get it back in position. I've been told multiple times that there is nothing wrong. And then on my last visit, Dr. Andrew told me "well, hopefully you just get used to it." I was constantly made to feel like I was imagining things, I felt very gas lit by him and his assistant. Fast forward, I've now seen two dentists since then for another opinion and have found out the right bridge is not placed correctly which is why I continue to have all of these issues. Giving 2 stars because I loved having Jodie as my hygienist the past few years. She's great! :)

Dr. Carly has been my dentist from the start, and she consistently does exceptional work while genuinely prioritizing my best interests. Although I haven’t personally worked with Dr. Andrew, it’s clear from interactions in the office that he brings a great attitude and truly cares about his patients. I’m so grateful to have such excellent dental care and look forward to being a patient here for years to come.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency issue that happened on the weekend. I called, left a msg. Dr. Carly called me a bit later (this was on a Sunday) and fit me in on Monday. Issue was resolved in about 30 minutes! Did I mention I wasn't a client?? I am now!!
