Fantastic experience: today 30 Sept 2026, my 1st visit as new Patient, Morgan's assistant was awesome using lastest technology making pictures of all of my teeth, Then I meet Morgan for first time.. She was awesome ALSO.. She actually found 3 cavities that another local dentist at different location missed 2 days before today... If I could I would give Gibson Family Dentistry., 10..STARS... This is " hands down " the best dentist that uses the lastest technology to treat Patients.. This place is.. AWESOME and why not just go to the BEST.. with lastest technology... ! !

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Gibson. Very knowledgeable, kind, and shares your entire dental plan with you. Has a great entire staff that are on the ball helping and answering any questions you may have. Definitely recommend Dr. Gibson and her staff to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Gibson Family Dentistry! I called on Tuesday because I’d been dealing with tooth pain on and off for months, but that day the pain became unbearable. I had been putting off going to the dentist because I don’t have dental insurance, but when I called, Brittany at the front desk immediately put me at ease. She explained that they offer payment plans, which was such a huge relief, and she got me scheduled to be seen the very next day. At my appointment, they discovered I needed a root canal, and Brittany told me she would call the endodontist the next day to get me scheduled as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I woke up the following morning in excruciating pain. As soon as the office opened, I called Brittany, and she worked quickly to get me in for a same-day tooth extraction. I was so grateful because I honestly didn’t know how much longer I could handle the pain. Dr. Oden and her dental assistant were absolutely amazing throughout the entire procedure. They made sure I was comfortable, explained everything they were doing during the extraction, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. From the front desk to the dental team, everyone was welcoming, compassionate, and truly cared about helping me. If you’re looking for a dentist who will take great care of you and make you feel comfortable every step of the way, I highly recommend Gibson Family Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Best Dental office I’ve ever been to. I have really bad Dental anxiety and you don’t have to ever worry about that here. The entire staff is great and make you feel the most comfortable and at home. After 20 years of trying to find the right Dental office I can truly say I am happy again with a dental office and none of the staff harp on you or belittle you for certain habits you may or may not have obtained over the years and it is truly refreshing. 100% recommend Gibson Family Dentistry. They also carry Cherry which allows you to make payment monthly and are more worried about getting your oral health the best it can be instead of the almighty Dollar. Because no one should have to go without dental care and treatment just because insurance doesn’t want to do anything but line their own pockets and not pay a dime for dental work to be done.

Fantastic experience: Great kids’ dentist! 3 year old enjoyed her first dental visit and can’t wait to go back! She told all of her friends at daycare what a great time she had at the dentist!

They treat you like family from the time you walk through the front door. And Dr Gibson is the real deal. She will be honest with you up front about an issue you may have and whether she can repair it or replace the tooth with a crown.

Negative experience: Buyer Beware…. I used to think so highly of Dr. Gibson as she can be spunky and fun. I didn’t realize her temperament behind it. Unfortunately after seeing her for a few years and sending her patients over, including my son, she disagreed with me on an issue regarding my bridge where she was incorrect and discounted objective evidence. My bridge cost several thousands of dollars and after having it only around two years she mentioned during my last appointment I may need to have it redone. This is the same Dentist office that has told me in the past how clean my teeth were. I thought everything was fine but after nicely sending her evidence regarding my bridge and letting her know not to worry as my gums were doing better, her way of handling it was to me make me feel uncomfortable around her staff and calling my primary doctor’s office berating me. I was in shock. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced such abusive and unprofessional behavior from a Medical Professional. Dental work is expensive and bridges are supposed to last longer than 2 to 3 years. Everyone needs to be able to trust their Dentist and Doctors. It’s very unfortunate but her hateful actions have shown that she cares more about money than her patients. I could never humiliate and hurt someone like she did me. No one deserves to suffer at the hands of any professional that they intrust to take care of them. On September 24th of 2024 Dr. Gibson was in violation with Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama.

Fantastic experience: Sweet, friendly, patient and caring staff. After my daughter had several bad experiences at other dentist offices. We found this one and we are finally able to get the major work done that she has needed for quite a while. She's comfortable and not afraid here and they watch and listen to her. They will break up the visits if she needs it and care for her every time we've been here. I love this office.

Fantastic experience: Wow is all I can say about this place. I chipped my tooth and with the Fourth of July holiday next week most places were closing. My regular dentist could not see me until 2 weeks out. I called Dr. Gibson’s office and they got me in same day. The staff was absolutely amazing and super friendly, The office manager was so nice and Dr. Gibson was top notch. It was such a pleasurable experience.

Leisha was my dental assistant today, and she did a wonderful job. We laughed and had a great time. Not only was the experience a pleasant one, my teeth are sparkling clean! Fantastic experience: I called needing an emergency repair (chipped tooth) and they were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. When I arrived, they were fast getting me back and the dentist (Dr. P) made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, explaining the what not to do with my repaired tooth and things to consider in the future. I’d give the overall experience more than 5 stars, if possible.
