Positive experience: The experience with this office in the beginning was great bc the older orthodontist was there and over time in the last year of my treatment there was a younger Dr and much younger staff. Because of my age and patience that was a big change for me bc the younger staff overall does not have the CUSTOMER SERVICE skills that they need to have in this day and age of BUSINESS. The receptionist was older and had great CS skills. The overall treatment of my care was ok and the appliances that I paid for was a fair expected amount but I would not recommend older patients to this office. But for young people yes it’s great.

Positive experience: The staff was wonderful. The Dr. was pleasant. I love how everyone made sure we didn't have any worries.my boy is super excited about getting his braces. My only complaint was that the technician that set him up for his invisalign braces made sure he could put them on but not that he could take them out so for several days he eat very little because he couldn't get them out without help and was embarrassed. Add on the fact that because they where new they where already sore was unfortunate. Other than that we loved the experience and would recommend them. I would mention to parents to make sure a child knows how to remove them before leaving.

Positive experience: Some of the staff are very aggressive and I get stabbed multiple times with tweezers when dealing with my braces. I also had to ask for my power chains to be put on all of my teeth after my bracket broke. When it was on there before it broke so I was confused as to why it wasn’t on there afterwards
