Fantastic experience: I had a procedure that I was very nervous about before I got to my appointment this morning. . Dr Jay asked me how I was doing and told me I would be fine. Amazingly he and assistant made me feel comfortable and trusted what they were doing. All the staff are friendly and respectful. I’m glad I found this office, my third dentist since moving here.

Fantastic experience: Recently relocating from another state, I feel fortunate to have found this office and great group of people. All the staff are very welcoming, helpful, and go above and beyond to get treatment scheduled and completed. The doctor seems very knowledgeable but does not talk down to you when explaining treatments and procedures. I don’t think my dental anxiety will ever go away, but it’ll definitely decrease by coming here.

They always take care of every detail with care and professionalism. I've had extractions, cleanings, and dentures made and adjusted through the years, and the staff have always been wonderful to me. My wife had two implants done there, and she is very happy with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of dental work.

Fantastic experience: As probably most of us can agree the Dentist is the least favorite place we have to go! Because of this I continued to put off proper tooth care and tooth decay has caused me to incur excessive pain, embarrassment and now money! This is my fault, but luckily I followed many favorable reviews to McCauley Dental. Together we formulated a long term plan with my goals always being put first. Very professional, both doctors and staff! Communication and my well being has been exemplary! I am more than pleased and very satisfied! Fantastic experience: I had to go in for a pre operative evaluation before knee surgery and had no idea a dental exam was part of the process. They were able to get me in within 48 hr, they were extremely kind, efficient and caring to my extreme fear of dentistry. They listened to my concerns and history of why I had fear but turns out I had a clean bill health, and passed with flying colors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MacCauley Dental and their entire staff. Negative experience: Would appreciate communication either with me or my insurance company to resolve the matter involving multiple visits with impressions being made and upper and lower dentures billed to my insurance company yet not delivered. Multiple calls with manager in meeting and promise to call me haven't happened. Do not recommend this place and encourage all my followers to leave reviews,as the reviews left for this place are computer generated.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today with the friendly staff, assistants, and Dr. J. I had a hurting tooth, and they worked me in as soon as they could. Love the people who work here.and how they work with you for appointments and tell you up front what needs to be done and the costs. They will also work with you if you need a payment plan. I highly recommend them. I also love Shelly as my dental hygienist.

I love the way every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. You are never waiting in the waiting room for your appointment. Negative experience: I went there to get a tooth pulled instead got a comprehensive and how much you going to cost to fix my teeth my original dentist told me that before how much going to cost me to fix I needed a tooth pulled so now I got to wait until next Friday to get my teeth pulled so I've got a week to work on this bad tooth again

Negative experience: I’ve used this place for years me and my children. When the old people were replaced by the new staff if where they began to lose. Today was my apartment at 1:30. They called me, and said how far are you, and I told them I thought it was for tomorrow. She said let me check, and I waited for the answer. She said yes. So I got in my car and went. They call while I’m in the parking, and said sorry since it has been I think 24 minutes late we can’t see you. I’m freaking mad, my appointment was at 1:30 they called at 1:32 and I was on the phone about 3 minutes add the 15 minutes. So I drove for nothing when they could have just rescheduled my appointment. I will not go here anymore, for one they could work me in, or consider the time I just wasted. I did go in and tell them I won’t come back and I would leave this review…. So they dont care for you personally or the business. ✌

Fantastic experience: Dr Jay Stephens is wonderful! I am 72 yrs old and he has worked with me for the last 2 years and doing everything possible to save my teeth. He's very good at explaining the condition of your teeth and your options for treatment. He's highly respected by the staff and has certainly earned mine. In addition, the entire staff is wonderful, professional and takes very good care of their patients.

Negative experience: I know that they knew I was coming. Especially Kim, the person responsible for grossly overcharging me and pretending like I wouldn't notice. So. In general, Dr Fell is GREAT 10/10 would recommend. That means nothing when the person you have to see at the END of the visit looks you DEAD in your face and tells you that services are not covered by your insurance that ARE covered, then proceeds to CHARGE you FULL PRICE for said services....then also charges your insurance. Oh. Insurance is complicated, you'll say. Maybe they were out of network and had to charge you full price until they knew what your insurance would cover, you'll say. Nope. Nope. Already verified all that with my insurance company and my cleanings were in network because the hygienist is billed under Dr McCauley and he's our network so there was NO question what my insurance would cover, the dental work done in December was out of network because it was billed under Dr Fell and would have been harder to calculate. Let's go ahead and break this down December 22nd I had a series of services performed due to a couple of cavities that needed attention. I was in bad shape. Dr Fell got me taken care of immediately. And to my relief. So Kim wasn't in office that day. There was a woman from administration that had to handle my insurance and billing for the services performed. I ultimately had to take out a loan for that because who carries around 4,114? So the woman calculated what my insurance would cover for what was needed and told me what I would need to apply for and I did that. The loan was approved and 4,114 dollars was sent to their office that day. I had to have 2 crowns placed. The woman that day calculated everything to the DOLLAR AMOUNT ALMOST. Let's look at it. December 22nd- 3,940 for my crowns December 22nd - 142.00 December 22nd- 36.00 December 22nd- 27.00 Add all that up and the total amount for services performed in December of 2023 is 4,145.00. My loan amount was for 4,114. So that woman was able to calculate what my insurance would cover and what I would be responsible for almost to the EXACT DOLLAR AMOUNT. I OWE THEM 31.00 ON MY LOAN AMOUNT FOR DECEMBER. SHE WAS 31.00 DOLLARS OFF FOR WHAT MY INSURANCE WOULD COVER. So in Jan I had 4 appointments. 1 to see why my gums were swollen from my temporary crowns, which should not have been charged ANYTHING, but my insurance was billed. 2 for cleanings and one for a filling. This time, Kim was there. Now. Let's look at this. Jan 2nd- (I can't find the receipt for this visit but I'm pretty sure I paid this day- regardless I have been gracefully not even counting this in the total of money she has wrongfully charged me) my responsibility was 27.00 and I was charged 127.00 Jan 11th- my responsibility was 96.00 but I was charged 775.99, and my insurance was ALSO billed for the full amount Jan 18th- my responsibility was 56.00 but I was charged 615.46 and my insurance was ALSO billed for the full amount (on this day I asked Kim specifically, 'My insurance isn't covering ANY of this at ALL???' AND SHE LOOKED ME DEAD IN MY FACE AND SAID 'NOPE. BUT WHEN YOU COME BACK IN APRIL FOR YOUR REGULAR CLEANING IT WILL GO BACK DOWN TO YOUR REGULAR COPAY) Jan 22- my responsibility was 216.20 but I was charged 587.00 and my insurance was ALSO billed for the full amount. Now. Add all that up. I haven't been giving them 9 kinds about the Jan 2nd visit because I can't find the receipt, so for just the 3 visits without the Jan 2nd visit included I should have only paid 368.20 out of pocket. Instead Kim charged me 1,978.45 (For all of the visits combined in January, I should have paid 395.20 out of pocket but I was charged 2,105.45) then my INSURANCE was ALSO charged!!! I have only recieved 1,185.80 of my money back and I have had to raise hell to get that. I've filed formal complaints with insurance and disputes with credit card companies. IF YOU ARE A PATIENT HERE CHECK YOUR EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS! THERE IS THEFT TAKING PLACE AND IF YOU DON'T CATCH IT YOU WON'T BE TOLD ABOUT IT!!!

I was impressed by the professional who carefully x-rayed each of my teeth. She was so mindful of the uncomfortable position caused by some. Appreciated that greatly. We met Dr.Cam Witt who clarified some misconceptions Ronald and I had from previous dentists in the area. We appreciated his honesty and direction. We both look forward to years of dependable care from this firm who is accustomed to delivering the same to many people without fail.

Fantastic experience: Have found my new dental care professionals. These folks are outstanding with the care and service of my dental needs. They greet me when I come through the doors to sign in, this may not seem like a big deal to some but it is to me. My dental Hygienist is Great, with a genuine concern for my oral health. Going to the Dentist, or any health professional has always made me nervous, still does, but these folks make this part of healthcare a much smaller challenge and even an enjoyable journey.
