Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning with Monica yesterday. She is very thorough and just does a great job. She is gentle on my gums and never pokes me. I feel relaxed while I am in her presence and trust her. She also has great visuals all around her room to help take your mind off of things.

Negative experience: I have been going to this office since I was a teenager. Dr Gross was great. This new company is awful. I had a crown done last November. They ground so much off of the top crown that there was nothing left of it and the crown that was done in November had a hole in it. Needless to say I had to have two new crowns. Then they tell me I need a filling and another crown. I got a second opinion and only needed a filling replaced. The teeth cleaning that is done in a whole 15 minutes with a dr checkup that lasts 30 seconds is not acceptable. The last thing is the people behind the counter talk about patients in not a nice way and everyone can hear what they are saying. Terrible!!

Negative experience: Dia is fantastic and the only good thing going here. Went twice with scheduled appointments for a filling and waited 30 mins to be told the dentist is running behind. Unacceptable and now I will be finding a new dentist. Figure out your scheduling issues and address them.

Negative experience: *shortened version of events* Went in with a toothache and was told the filling and new crown done 1 year and a half ago was “terrible work” and all had to be redone (by the new dentist)to try a d save the tooth. Came back almost 3 weeks later and the dentist came in loud and aggressive telling the assistant that I was going to need a root canal and all this stuff. When I reminded him that I wouldn’t have a root canal and that if it can’t be fixed it needed to be removed. He was loud and informed me how the appointment was going to go. I asked him if he was aware I was a patient and he was being rude and unprofessional to which he then refused to see me. I asked to speak to the office manager who I could hear the reception staff telling the whole story to while waiting in the lobby. The office manager told me that she was told I was “unhappy” and being uncooperative even after the dentist was seeing me during his lunch hour. She made multiple excuses for the dentist behavior and placed the blame on me for standing up to the dentist. When I told her her there really were no excuses for his behavior she spoke over me and told me she’d call me tomorrow and hung up on me. This used to be the best office before Dr Gross retired … definitely will not be recommending this dentist or office to anyone I know

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for 20+ years so when Dr Gross retired I was nervous. However, I had a pleasant surprise. I met the new dentist today to examine my broken molar. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is working on a plan to fix the molar and head off a couple of minor issues that would be major problems if left untreated. Cherie and the office ladies were very helpful and friendly as always too.

Positive experience: Under new owner, not sure if they can step up their game, wasn't impressed with the service I received from DR or assistant. Was rushed through and dismissed with only one option. Didn't feel the compression I was used to. Office staff was awesome though. Understood my situation and responded to it.

Negative experience: This is absolutely THE WORST Dental Office I've EVER been to. Start to finish the whole experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. I will never go back here and recommend that NO ONE ever go here for anything related to your teeth. Terrible place to go in fact THE WORST. Never again.

Negative experience: My daughters had gone here from very young. One daughter recently ended up with 2 root canals and 2 fillings. Switched to another dentist and they could see the issues on the X-rays that village dental had taken. Doctor does not check X-rays or something. Cost around $6000 to fix her teeth. Not happy when it could have just been fillings instead of root canals. Be wary the doctor is definitely not thorough looking at X-rays. I would not go here.
