Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit. Ashley was exceptionally gentle and thorough during my cleaning. She was awesome at what she does and deserves a 10 outa 10. In fact , Everyone on the staff was professional, helpful, caring, knowledgeable etc etc. etc. They were willing to listen to what I had to say and give great feedback. In general the whole atmosphere was great and it’s nice to see so many smiling faces. I could go on and on but trust me they’re on their game!! If you’re like me and you hadn’t been to the dentist in many years due to fear or whatever the case you should contact these people and they will help you out. The dentist doctor was also on point and gave me a good game plan to help with my teeth. Lastly even the girl at the front desk was super friendly, helpful, and patiently explained my payment options while working with me to set up future appointments that work well for me.

Fantastic experience: I was traveling and a veneer came off a tooth. They really took the time and used their expertise to do the repair even though they knew I probably never be in this area again.

Fantastic experience: I must admit that I have very bad dental anxiety! I went to Waterway Dental with a broken tooth. I was greeted by two lovely ladies, checked in and called about 5 min later. Miss Kayla explained everything she was doing and was most pleasant. Then I met Dr. Burton who put me at ease immediately. He is very professional, explained what he found, what I needed and I will be going back. I also met Miss Brenda who is so sweet, friendly and quite knowledgeable, The office is clean open and I do believe I was in good hands. I will be going back!

Fantastic experience: Awesome, Great Service. Explained everything wrong with my upper left side. REAL REAL easy to talk to and explained my options. The Tech that took the xrays etc, was just as friendly and easy as could be. Swelling and very sensitive on the upper left, and she made sure not to hurt it anymore than it was. 10 Stars.

Fantastic experience: I went to several local dentists, but was not impressed with any until I found Waterway Dental Care. Ashley has been my hyginest for several years, and does a through job cleaning my teeth. I went in for a root canal, which I put off for a year, out of fear. Dr. Burton was great because we talked in between the procedure and before I knew it, it was over! I'm so thankful that all went well during and after the procedure. I highly recommend this dentist and hyginest. Thanks a bunch Dr. Burton and Ashley!

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth and my regular dentist couldn't see me for 3 weeks. Waterway Dentist saw me immediately. Dr. Burke was fantastic and the office staff was so wonderful to me. The facility was clean, organized and well equipped. I am changing dentist based on how I was treated. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I cracked a tooth the first day of a weeks vacation in Myrtle Beach. I booked an appointment on line and was seen next day. The dentist fixed my tooth beautifully and I was on my way to enjoy the rest of the week with my family!

Problem areas were brought to my attention and home care to address them rather than expensive treatments by them. Continued monitoring of areas suggested. The entire visit was very professional in a friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: My son chipped his tooth when we were on vacation and we made an emergency appt to get it looked at. Several other area dentist either didn’t take emergencies or wouldn't treat kids. The staff and doctor were accommodating, kind, and attentive. They treated the tooth so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation in peace. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Waterway Dental is a great place for dental care. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. They’re honest with their pricing and insurance coverage. Their Dentist Grace Monette is outstanding. I saw her for the first time yesterday. She was very personable and caring. She tells you exactly what’s going on with whatever problem you have with your teeth. She offers multiple treatment plans and their outcomes. Exactly what I like in a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Grace Monette by a friend. I called Waterway Dental Care Tuesday and was seen Wednesday AM by Dr. Monette. She is very professional and we discussed my tooth problem. I was impressed by the kindness and knowledge of Dr. Monette and her staff, who treated me kindly and respectful of my tooth problem. Negative experience: Terrible service. When waiting for the dentist to see me, I left after waiting for over 20 minutes. Won’t be returning because this was not the first time.

Fantastic experience: Ive been coming here for a while now and can't begin to say how Happy I am. The moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and welcomed in. Everyone is so incredibly nice I couldn't help but feel my anxiety's fade Won't lie and say they are gone as I don't think anyone truly enjoys going to the dentist but let's say it's Not something I dread anymore! They are so kind and caring I recommend this place to everyone I talk to.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to express that I was very happy with the care that myself and my entire family had at Waterway . I was waiting for my appt for about 20 mins ( hygienist that was supposed to take me was running late ) and I needed to go back to work . Anna ( hygienist ) was up at the front desk and she overheard me speaking to the receptionist . She said she was able to take me in . She took X-rays and did my cleaning in a timely matter . And I was able to get back to work without using a lot of my time

Fantastic experience: Waterway Dental is THE BEST! Everyone on staff there including both Ashleys,Sarah, Katie, and Dr. Monet were phenomenal. So organized, empathetic, kind, skilled, and thorough. And they discussed financing, insurance, and pain prevention and management. So lucky to have found Waterway Dental Care!! I just updated this review from last year because Kim, the hygienist I had recently completely blew my mind! She taught me things about my dental health that nobody has ever explained in my entire life, and I am almost 70 years old! She was gentle, fast, thorough, and hilarious, too. She also showed me interoral pictures of my teeth and discussed the wear and tear in my teeth. I'm a visual learner, so a picture really is worth a thousand words. This practice is the G.O.A.T. and the office is always spotlessly clean. I only wish I was able to give Waterway Dental 10 stars! I would never go anywhere else!! Thank you all for being so wonderful!

Negative experience: I am 65 years old and just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. After I arrived and spoke with the dental hygienist and told her I had had a deep cleaning at a periodontist she then informed me that I would have to get a more expensive cleaning because I had this done. I do not have insurance and just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. I was told it would be at least $450 every time I came. I eventually walked out because I cannot afford that. I just want to keep my teeth healthy and get them cleaned and it doesn’t seem like anybody will help me. You would think a dental office would want to make you happy and your teeth clean so they stay healthy. But they don’t want to do that. Without paying extra money

Negative experience: The worst place to go for dentures of any type. We have. Been back several times for adjustments and they still don't fit. They won't remake them without charging full price. Stay away!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this dental office. I was a bit apprehensive as I really liked my previous dentist and hygienist. I had been going to them for 4 years and my insurance changed, so I made a move to Waterway. This office is very clean and nicely appointed office. I was greeted with friendly hellos and checked in quickly. The hygienist, Jasmine, was EXCELLENT. I have dental-anxiety and she put me at ease, laughed all the way through X-rays, scraping, polishing, scanning of my teeth, and flossing! She educated me on my gums and she is the reason I will return in October. Fantastic experience. My dentist was warm and friendly and I liked her too. I highly recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: I had an absolutely horrific experience at waterway dental with grace monnette. When my permanent crown didn’t fit properly, after adjusting the crown, and it still not fitting , the dentist suggested shaving down my healthy tooth. I was clear that I was uncomfortable, but she insisted it was “standard procedure”—then she got upset when I pushed back. After I reluctantly agreed, the drilling was excruciating—she couldn’t finish and started drilling aggressively on the tooth under the crown, “to make more room”. Then left the room without telling me what was happening. Her lack of communication and dismissive attitude was appalling. I was left in pain and confusion. I would never recommend this dentist—

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth. The dentist I was currently going to couldn’t/wouldn’t get me in within 2 weeks. I called Waterway and they got me in within the week. They told me my options and gave me prices. They offered me a 1 year option to help with the bills. They scheduled my second appt within a week. Everyone was very kind and helpful
