Fantastic experience: Beautiful office, very professional staff and warm kind dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Eskarose for a few years now and I always found her very professional and attentive to my needs. I recently called Dr. Eskarose office requesting a visit with urgency because of a sudden toothache. Her office was very accommodating and they scheduled me for a visit on the same day, taking care of my condition.

Fantastic experience: I had the 1st step for getting a new crown and Doctor Eskarose made it painless. I barely felt a thing. The process was quick and easy. I highly recommend her as a dentist. Both she and her staff are always cheerful and friendly. The temporary crown was just as good as the final, and I had no problems with it at all in the interim time, while I was waiting for the real crown to be installed. The final product, the real crown, was installed a few months ago, and it's just like having my own tooth there. I have 2 other crowns that were done previously by other dentists, and this was definitely the best experience of all of them!

Negative experience: DON'T GO HERE I HAD TO GET A ROOT CANAL AND I ONLY GOT JUST THE FILLING WITHOUT THE CROWN!! THEY'RE ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED AND THERE'S AN OLDER WOMEN BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I GUESS IT'S BECAUSE I AM ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY INSURANCE!! THEN RIGHT AFTER TYPING THIS REVIEW MADELINE HERSELF CALLS MY PERSONAL CELLPHONE NUMBER asking me do you really think I should finish your root canal after writing a bad review? Right there and then I knew that I made a bad decision by making an appointment now I have to find another place that will finish the crown on my root canal but whatever!! Also a day before the appointment Madeline had called to confirm my appointment for the next day I showed up an hour early and my appointment got canceld and never rescheduled and she took other people in front of me when I had an appointment scheduled for that day!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been of Dr Eskarose for six years. She is an excellent dentist. Because she cleans my teeth, as she does with all her patients, she knows them especially well. Her office is not hurried and aesthetically pleasant. Her staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I am grateful that I found Dr. Eskarose. I am a relatively new patient and she has been doing a lot of maintenance work that my previous dentist let slide. She is redoing a handful of old fillings for me and I can see (she actually shows me pictures while she works) when the fillings are removed that there has been a lot of decay over the years. Better late than never, but I wish my last dentist had been as thorough. I am thankful the work is being done now. Very happy with my 4 visits!

Who cares about her patients concerns. Always willing to carefully explain any procedures that she’s diagnosed. These qualities are very rare these days.

Fantastic experience: I chipped one of my front teeth and asked if I could get seen ASAP via text and they responded immediately. I was seen that same day and Dr. Eskarose repaired my tooth. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and Dr. Eskarose did an amazing job repairing the tooth.

Positive experience: My experience was not positive. The care I received was too quick and superficial, which left me with the feeling that the necessary time was not taken to properly evaluate my case. In particular, no reading of the X-ray was performed, which I consider essential for a responsible diagnosis. I expected a more thorough service and a stronger commitment to patient care.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, understanding, and real compassion. Everything was explained to me step by step, which helped ease my anxiety and made me feel comfortable and informed the entire time. My girlfriend had been raving about Madlene Eskarose, D.M.D., and after finally checking it out myself, I completely understand why. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was welcoming, and the experience was surprisingly fun and stress free. If you’re someone who normally dreads dental visits like I do, I can’t recommend this place enough. Truly a great first time experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Initial visit for routine hygiene and to get a broken tooth looked at. The office staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. The reception/waiting area is clean, orderly, and comfortable. The dental staff are efficient, friendly, and polite. Dr. Eskrose is very professional and efficient yet still finds time to be warm and friendly. The recommended treatments and insurance concerns & options were thoroughly explained. Highly recommend. December 29, 2022 hygiene visit. Dr. Eskarose and staff are efficient and friendly. Obviously they are concerned about my oral health, but it is clear that they ay also concerned about me. March 7, 2024 two really old fillings needed to be reworked. The degraded condition of the fillings (+20 years ago) and some minor decay was noticed at an earlier hygiene visit. The new work was completed by Dr. Eskarose very quickly! May 6, 2024 semi-emergency: I thought I had chipped a tooth. Dr. Eskarose said she could see me at the end of the day. She took a good look at the tooth and determined that it was merely chipped porcelain. The tooth was fine. She smoothed the rough edges. Time from in the door to off the the chair, work complete: 8 minutes! Fantastic! August 1, 2024 Regular hygiene visit. Quick and easy! Everyone in the office is so friendly and personable. We (wife and I) look forward to our visits. I highly recommend Dr. Eskarose. December 9, 2024 Semi-urgent visit. I was quickly fit into the schedule so that Dr. Eskarose could evaluate a slightly chipped tooth. Turned out I had a hair-line crack. She quickly repaired the tooth and sent me on my. Easy and no discomfort. Excellent work. Highly recommend February 13, 2025 Regular check up visit. The exam and cleaning was quick and thorough. I had a couple of concerns that Dr Eskarose addressed. She listened to me and made my concerns her concerns. I'm very pleased with the outcome. January 15, 2026 First of two visits to remove and replace a damaged (and very old) crown. A quick and easy visit, I'm always amazed at how Dr. Eskarose has laid out her treatment areas for efficiency.

Fantastic experience: If you are shopping around for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr Eskarose. She is very knowledgeable and professional with her expertise in dental care. I have been with her for several years now a long with my husband . We both are extremely happy with the services rendered especially knowing she does the cleaning and checkups herself. Making appointments are easy and especially friendly with her receptionist Amy. They make sure you get in for a visit with out long wait times. Some of the Dr Eskarose’s expertise are crowns and placing of permanent teeth after having implant surgery is some of my experience with her. Have not had a bad experience thus far. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience with this office!! We were in town visiting when my daughter fell off a swing which resulted in her tooth out falling out/breaking. I was really concerned it broke off in her gums and wanted her to be seen right away. They were able to get her in within an hour and were SO unbelievably kind and helpful. The receptionist even helped me back out to my car as I had my hands full with kids and a stressful situation. Cannot thank you guys enough!! You truly helped to make this experience go as smoothly and quickly as possible. 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My teeth were way way overdue for cleaning. They were very sensitive But Dr Eskarose was very gentle and quick. Now my teeth feel smooth again all the tartar is gone. Also her assistants are very sweet and came over and sat down next to my in the waiting area and explained how my new insurance works. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for maybe 20 yrs. Appointments are almost always right on time, and she squeezes me in if I have an issue come up between cleanings. She seems thorough. I never feel like she tries to do unnecessary work. Friendly but no nonsense, tells it like it is, puts just enough pressure on me to keep me flossing at least sometimes. Always been happy with the service.

She's just the best; I'm not a huge fan of dental work, and she is gentle and conscientious of my slight phobia. Her work on my teeth has been absolutely top-shelf, too, even improving some work done by my previous dentist. EDIT: Dr Eskarose just did some work on my teeth two hours ago and I have to say, she's got a very delicate touch. As I mentioned, the dentist's chair isn't my favorite place in the world, but she's great; didn't feel a thing, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you, Dr. Eskarose! (I had a bad experience with a different dentist, hence the phobia, but she's won me over for sure.)

Staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. After moving to CT, I called about 10 offices and Amy was the only one who took the time to look into my insurance and help my family to be seen quickly.
