Fantastic experience: My children and I have been coming to Galloway Dental 365 for several years now. All of the staff are overly kind and helpful so much that they feel like a part of our family. They truly care about their patients and what's best for them. Everyone there including the office staff are helpful and communicate well! Of ALL the staff that my children and I love, there is one hygienist in particular that is our favorite! My children are excited to visit the dentist knowing that he will be there to make them feel safe, confident, and happy during times that can be scary for anyone. Liam is one of the kindest and sweetest hygienists we have met. Even though my children may not brush or floss the best Liam ALWAYS makes them feel the best. We have been to several other dental practices over the years and switching to Galloway Dental has been the best decision we've made. My kids LOVE going to the dentist now and the Galloway team and Liam have made going to the dentist a nice thing instead of something traumatic. I thank you all for everything you do for your patients and their families. And a special thanks to Liam for capturing my kids hearts and making them love the dentist again!

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit to this dental office and I’m blown away by how helpful and friendly everyone is. Maureen and the front desk crew have been wonderful. The hygienist, Liam, was fantastic. He was thorough and gentle with the cleaning. Dr. Klein was also very friendly and showed me my x-rays and explained everything very well. Highly recommend!

My hygienist Liam was very sympathetic to my healthy fear of having dental treatments. My mother is currently having extensive dental work with Dr. Klein, and I escort her to appointments regularly. Fantastic experience: Can I just say I have had an unreal fantastic experience. From the dentist to the front desk and in between. I honestly HATE every dentist I go to EXCEPT this one. No crazy scams, no crazy wait times. I went to Aspen Dental and they wanted $1700 to clean my teeth and some other work. Here told me we could get on a cleaning schedule, do a filling for like $80 bucks. Glad I sought out a second opinion. I’m gonna try and take my entire family here. Just really happy and means the world to me to finally find a dentist I felt comfortable with. Special shout out to my hygienist Brenda and my dentist Dr Schachtel. Helps put faith back in the dental industry

Negative experience: Not a one star because the dentists and dental assistants were great. The staff was also nice at first but the lack of accountability when it comes to billing and insurance was unreal. The blame game - never once did anyone take accountability for any of the problems that came up. I paid for my service in full. The insurance mailed them a check. They said they would call me when they received it. They received and processed it over a month ago. Guess who never got a call or a check. That’s one of the many problems I’ve had with this place.

Positive experience: Really like the doctors and the staff. Taking off 1 star because off on weekends with message saying go to ER for emergencies. Like an ER doc is experienced in dental matters. An on call for true emergencies should be worked out.

The staff consists of many different skills - I've had cleaning, filling, root canal, cap, extraction, implant, etc. Amazing people, amazing place, cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: They’re amazing. I even had my two-year-old and seven month old with me and they put on a cartoon for them and made the experience so much easier. This place is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. They always tell you what they’re going to do and what you’re going to feel so you don’t have any surprises. Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to Galloway Dental 365 for more than 15 years now. I’ve experienced everything from preventive maintenance to root canals, crowns, and most recently a night guard due to grinding and trying to preserve existing dental work from many years ago. I believe I’ve seen every dentist and most of the hygienists and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly, informative and patient, I ask a lot of questions, have deep grooves in my teeth, and some OCD, so finishing work is tedious and they stay with me until I’m comfortable with the results. Our family has had very good experiences with this group.

Fantastic experience: i have been using gallaway for several years, there's not a single person in that office,that doesn't go out of thier way to make the trip better, hard to find if not impossible a better one stop dental group ,

Negative experience: I waited 3 months for a cleaning. They texted, emailed me all the time with reminders and to confirm appointment. They called me the day before my appointment and said my insurance wasn't going to cover my cleaning. I waited 3 months for this cleaning. If they would have told me earlier, I could have already seen a hygienist. Not cool with me. They should have never book my appointment if my insurance didn't cover it!

From Melissa who cleans my teeth (and we have way too much fun) to Robin who is my moral support for special procedures. And of course Dr. Klein - he does excellent work and is a very calming person. Whenever I call with any questions or concerns they are always ready to help. Lynne who handles appts and billing always is a pleasure and does her best to accommodate my schedule. I am taken right away at my appointment time which is a plus. My Dentist is Dr. Travan. He is very knowledgeable. I am very Thankful for his calm demeanor and whenever I have questions or concerns he answers them honestly. The work he has done so far has been exemplory. I also saw the Oral Surgeon Dr. Kim. He is fantastic and is very calming talking to me every step of the way. I am so glad to find him. I highly recommend both Dr. Travan and Dr. Kim at Gallaway Dental. When I am done with my Dental work I will write a final review.

Fantastic experience: I walked into this place about 12 hours after a bad skateboarding accident that took a tooth and severely damaged a few others. Over the past year, I have spent a lot of time here getting my smile repaired. The whole time the team at Galloway Dental has been great, from the front desk to the rooms in the back. They are friendly, and know what they are doing. I am glad to say they fixed my teeth and most people can’t even tell it happened :D

He clearly explains his treatment and performs it beautifully. Lynn in the office is extremely helpful. Among other things, she will spend time with you explaining the ins and outs of your dental insurance; no easy task…even I understand it after speaking with her. Maureen in the office is a pleasure to work with. She is usually the first friendly face you see as you enter the office. All interactions with Maureen are the best. Jared in the office is helpful and friendly. Robin, the dental assistant is always friendly and warm. The waiting room is beautiful; the treatment rooms are spotless and state-of-the art. The atmosphere in the entire office is upbeat. Lucky to be a patient here.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 20 stars to a dental office I'd give it here!!! Beyond highly recommended!!!. My dads 95. Our dentist retired a few years back. Dad broke the last teeth holding his bottom denture. It was a Friday and 3/4 of all local dentist offices are closed Fri thru Sunday. ( Imagine the money you could make being open a weekend day and closing 1 week day) I was recommended here and called because ...you guessed it they were open. Best thing I did. Jarrett answered the phone and it was because of his professionalism I booked the same day appt. Maureen and Lynn at the desk are rock stars. I waited 3 min or less for each appt and was taken in. The person who led us to the room introduced themself & actually started working on xrays etc asap. Dr. Travan came in right after to take a look. He was efficient...patient and answered all our questions. One week later he took the denture impression and in 24 hours added teeth. The next day Dr. Kim extracted them. Dr. Kim is a courteous oral surgeon who listened carefully to the patients history and did all the right things. His assistant Tara was amazing as well. Teeth out ...and Dr Travan put in his bottom denture and we were on our way home. All dentists are expensive however not all offices are created equal. You have a choice go where customer service matters, , the office is super clean, with just about no wait time at all & a staff who truly cares. This is where I choose to spend my hard earned money.. A+++++ EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU ALL FOR CARING & MAKING A DIFFERENCE
