Fantastic experience: My first visit. Everyone was helpful and friendly.My hygentist was informative and kind. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. They were both very professional., The view from my chair was spectacullar. Each window in each of the offces had veiws of the flower garden where plenty of wild life, butterflies, birds, dragon flies and squirrels It was very calming.

Negative experience: Had a great first visit and staff was extremely friendly. Upon returning for my cleaning appointment that was scheduled weeks in advance I was told they did not have my appointment & they were fully booked out. This is extremely unprofessional as time was taken off work for this appointment.

Negative experience: Bad experience - years ago, after piling up costs, THEN they announced they don’t accept my insurance. This time I stopped in person to specifically ask if that had changed. Nope, you’re covered. Had work done NOW they tell me insurance isn’t accepted. You cannot trust what they tell you.

Fantastic experience: Being new to the Eastern Shore I found myself needing urgent dental work to reduce my pain. From my first phone call, the young lady on reception was absolutely amazing, she was so professional and went out of her way to help me, she scheduled me for 8am the next morning, I was so relieved! My visit was first class! From the young lady on reception, the dental nurses and the doctor everyone of them were amazing, professional, welcoming and made me feel at ease immediately, I can't thank them enough for looking after me so well. I strongly recommend this family dental practice, you are the best!!
