Fantastic experience: Great experience. Going to the dentist usually kind of scares me but they are VERY helpful and sympathetic with any anxiety and are very thorough with their patients. knowledgeable and efficient staff.

Fantastic experience: The staff was so amazing and knowledgeable. They do offer their own amazing plan if you dont carry insurance to make keeping up on your dental care easy and affordable. I went in on an emergency basis being i just moved here. I have officially found my new dentist

Fantastic experience: Very nice and accommodating staff, the dental assistants are kind and patient, the dentists themselves are kind, non admonishing, and understanding, wait times are not long and the turn around to call to visit is short (about a week), the office is well-decorated, and well-conditioned, important for the local weather, by far my most enjoyable experience at a dentist, would recommend to basically anyone especially someone who avoids the dentist becuase of tooth related anxiety and/or shame.

Negative experience: Our first appointment here and our last. Regretfully the hygentist tore my child’s mouth up and we are still dealing with it a week later.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fischer was very kind in completing my filling for a very sensitive tooth cavity. Let's be honest, the Novocain shot is supposed to help, but the shot is painful. For the first time, it did not hurt while being administered. And her assistant was polite, and they seemed to work as a team. Lane & Associates Family Dentistry will always be the go-to for me.

Fantastic experience: The Richlands office is absolutely amazing! Especially the Head Assistant and front staff, kind, caring and friendly are just a few of the words I would use to describe them. I needed some cosmetic work done that an out of state dentist couldn’t finish in time for our move. The dentist here came up with a completely different treatment plan than I originally had planned on. And it turned out so much better and less invasive! There were some bumps with getting things from the lab and tweaking what was sent, they wanted it to be perfect and so did I, so I didn’t mind this at all. Then it finally all came together, I couldn’t be happier. If you need cosmetic work, or a clean they are the ones to go to! Thanks everyone, and I LOVE my new smile.

Fantastic experience: This was definitely a 5 star visit. I had a front crown to come out. There was not enough tooth to put it back in . So Alicia (hope that’s spelled correctly) took the time to make a retainer so it would keep my crown in place. They were closing early because it was Friday. The Dentist was great. Everybody there was very nice & not in a rush to get me out. Thanks to all of you guys for taking such good care of me. My Dentist office was closed.

The front desk is very friendly with a smile and I love the doctor. He do take time to explain things to you and ask questions but most of all I love, Mrs. Deanna, she is a wonderful assistant. She takes time with me explain things to me and check into my insurance about my and let me know if what it cost and what I would have to pay. She is very patient very very patient with me with her attitude. I’m sure she’s very patient with all the other patients. I love her and Miss Deanna. Fantastic experience: Alicia and the whole staff is so nice and professional. Dr. Mclaughlin even called me a day ahead of time because he had a couple of questions he wanted to ask me. The workers up front and the Dental Assistants are nice and professional as well. I fell off a ladder and damaged my teeth, and they were the only ones around that will file my state Humana Medicare insurance. If you need a good dentist, check them out for yourself.

Fantastic experience: This lane and associates facility in Richlands, North Carolina is not comparable to any other dentistry My family’s been a long time patience of the Morgan dentistry on Henderson The Richlands facility is impeccable when it comes to customer service and taking care of my needs my parents my wife and myself all go to the Richlands facility now because the facilities in Jacksonville have lost touch in reality

Fantastic experience: From the time I opened the door I felt that loving care. The smiles that greeted me from the receptionist was identical to the smile from dental hygienist, dentist and scheduler. Such nice atmosphere. Glad I found them.

Negative experience: I went there for an estimate on some caps & a bridge. They wanted a brand new car! So I flew to San Antonio drove to Acuna, MX. And paid $4000 instead of $30,000.
