I’ve also found their pricing to be very fair and reasonable compared to other offices. It’s refreshing to find a dental practice that combines great service with honest pricing. I was anxious about my results and already am anxious at the dentist but Jason was very kind and explained everything to me. Fantastic experience: Very helpful -- the staffer JASON was efficient and used terms and strategy descriptions that I could relate to -- I gladly recommend LIGHTHOUSE Sleep Apnea Center for those who have begun after a sleep study to learn what options are available whether a dental appliance or other help needed as far as C-Pap or Nasal Pillows. I requested the Center's help and was scheduled within 5 days. Much more responsive than other informative approaches I learned about in phone conversations alone!

Negative experience: The dental hygienist was rude to my daughter . She made her feel very uncomfortable. She questioned her choice in her college decision and what she wanted to do with her life. Criticized her for how her teeth were. After two years in braces and how she took care of her teeth with braces and then when she brought her out to the front embarrassed her in front of the staff about how bad it was to clean her teeth and make an appointment in three months so she wouldn’t have to deal with teeth like that again. Her teeth weren’t that bad according to the dentist. Dentist was great .. she will go back but not to that girl.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown detach while flossing. The dentist got me in the next day and cemented it back on. Easy peasy. And the dental assistant was kind, calm and efficient.

Positive experience: I'm not sure if this is a dentist office or a sleep apnea store. They really focus on upselling you on other services besides just getting your teeth cleaned. Don't get me wrong, they are all very nice there, however they really are focusing on sleep apnea now...and it's a bit overwhelming as they have no less than a half dozen screens/posters in the rooms.

Negative experience: I love Dr. Christy & hygienist Chad & Jason. They are amazing! But the young girl at the front desk has an attitude. I owed a $39 bill, mind you, I am on a fixed income, so my bill was 90 days overdue. She got smart & said.. 'It's over 90 days overdue, it's going to collections.' I had already talked to a young lady about it & said that I would bring it in the next week when my check comes in. The 'girl' said SHE was the one I'm supposed to talk to. Now mind you I have been grieving, I have lost my husband & my dog in the last year, then 2 brothers a month apart just this last 6 weeks. I already told her that I talked to the other person, again. She just kept up with the attack on me, I got loud. She refused to let me continue with my appointment. If I don't hear from Dr Christy that something is done about the 'girl', I may have to find a new dentist. I have been going to this Dentistry for 32 yrs & have NEVER been treated so poorly!

Negative experience: This place is a joke!! This guy Mike is responding to my review to make them look better by downgrading me when they added to my bill when I never received that treatment and then wants me to pay for it. They'll do the same to anyone who goes here. Stay away!!!!
