Fantastic experience: Talice is super sweet and easy to talk to. She is a kind-hearted and genuine just an all-around great person. Every time I go get my braces changed she always gentle with my mouth.

Negative experience: Constantly changing appointments without confirming with patient. You can not reach them by phone and they never call back to assist. They are only accommodating to new patients. Too many problems with communication at this office. Covington office.

Negative experience: Online it says they are open till 5 They don’t answer calls Nor return calls How is this place still operating Im so glad my niece is finally a lawyer Im gonna need a lawyer for this false advertising Lack of communication place. Do not come here somebody warned me and I still came to this place smh! Run DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES!

Negative experience: Will not return your phone calls, left several messages for 2 weeks. You walk-in on appointment day there’s 3 people at the desk. Paid 497.00 on a 1,097 bill, my daughter was rejected an appointment for 52.00.. until it was paid. Please don’t reply with your number to this review, I’ve done that several times already..

Fantastic experience: This place is outstanding!! Everyone is so nice and made my baby feel so comfortable while she got her braces. The financing options they gave were flexible and very reasonable. I’m so glad I chose this business. After putting on my baby’s braces, they gave her a bag full of goodies to help her successfully navigate her journey having braces. I highly recommend, everyone in the office is amazing. Thank you Braces Braces Braces for the awesome customer service.

Negative experience: This office is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Being able to reschedule appointments has always been a struggle, but most recently the financial department. We financed my kids braces through orthobank and paid off their accounts in Feb of 2025. I received a letter from their office in July stating the account was past due. I called multiple times to discuss the balance and was given the run around multiple times. I was told at least 3 times the manager would call me and she or he never did. I double checked my ortho bank account and it shows my account is paid in full, but then today I receive a letter they are going to send my daughter's account to collections because it has not been paid and they have tried to contact me multiple times. They have not tried to contact me. No one ever returns my calls and when I try to address it in office the manager is never there or too scared to return a call. Their office screwed up and now they want me to pay an additional $46 although my contract with orthobank was paid in full. Do not reccomend them at all.

Positive experience: I really like this orthodontist office – the staff is professional, friendly, and the care itself has been excellent. However, the biggest frustration is trying to get in touch with them by phone. Whenever I need to reschedule an appointment, no one answers. I understand they may be busy, but for a medical office, communication is important. The quality of care is great, but the lack of phone availability makes scheduling unnecessarily stressful.

Fantastic experience: Got my braces here with full & complete treatment. The ladies at the front desk are professional. Everything is done here with care, attentiveness, and with routine. I've had 0 issues with treatment, appointments, etc. I called one day, the nextbday I came in and they put the braces on. My teeth are now perfectly staright! 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: Braces Braces convington give the WORST customer service. My son missed his appointment on 4-28 and the reschedule is almost a month away. The amount of time they cancelled appointments we had scheduled way in advance. I was very accommodating and understanding, even when I drove all the way there to be told the doctor can’t see anymore patients. They even recently cancelled my son’s appointment the morning of the appointment, telling me that all the staff is sick. Do I look stupid, y’all need TO DO BETTER. Horrible service and very inconsiderate. And then to top it off, I asked to be seen at another location and was told, I can’t change location because of treatment. That’s some bull.

Negative experience: New patient can never reach anyone I know everyone in patient registration by name at this point That’s how much I’ve called and have not been successful with speaking to anyone in the Covington location.

Fantastic experience: Professional, courteous, and timely treatment.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I was scheduled for an 8:30 AM appointment to have my braces removed, arrived on time, and waited about 10–15 minutes before being told that my permanent retainer, which goes behind my teeth, hadn’t arrived yet. Instead of notifying me beforehand, they waited until I was already there to tell me and asked if I could come back later in the afternoon—something I couldn’t do due to work and transportation issues. On top of that, my in-office retainer took 45 minutes to an hour to make, meaning I wouldn’t have been able to leave until around 11 AM. All this wasted time, just to STILL not have everything done and now having to schedule yet another visit to get my permanent retainer installed. The manager never once came out to apologize for the inconvenience, which made the experience even more frustrating. This office used to run much more smoothly under the previous orthodontist. Since new management took over, the service has become unorganized and unprofessional. I’m just relieved that my braces are coming off so I won’t have to deal with this office anymore. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Showed up for an appointment that was scheduled weeks in advance just for the office to be closed. Come to find out my appointment was canceled without my knowledge. Have to wait another month for an appointment. So inconvenient and unprofessional and the number they have is just a call center it’s pointless to even talk to them bc they can’t help with anything useful.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience as a new patient. I was seen promptly, and I was provided with adequate information about my braces. And -- and get this, my braces were put on the same day in about an hour! An hour! That's ridiculous. In a good way. I only wish they offered Whitening of the teeth, however basic, prior to putting braces on (just saying). The staff was very friendly, and the doctor -. Dr. Ash, he's very cool! Would I recommend? With flying colors, a mariachi band and a firework finale!

Fantastic experience: Appointments are very quick for the most part. My daughter does say that they are very gentle with their process. Edit: I came back to edit my review after speaking to the office manager and the doctor. They both expressed their apologies for the scheduling experience and explained that they have a call center answering service that follows a strict template when scheduling appointments and if anything like this happens in the future to get in touch with the direct location. They can review the patient plan and determine average appointment time needed to accommodate as best possible even during busy times. I appreciate the quick response and the next day appointment and for that, I feel they deserved an updated review.

Negative experience: I love Braces Braces, have been taking my grandaughter there for almost a year. However, every time she comes back outside to the car to tell me her experience, she tells me about the lady at the front desk. She has colored highlights in her hair, and my granddaughter explains that she is very rude and always acts tired on the job. Why is a child getting the cold attitude for wanting to have a great smile. Do better at your job lady or don’t come to work!! Thanks

I never had any problems with Braces Braces Cov. always friendly with a warm atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic experience: This review is well over due. I have to give this place 5 out of 5. Hand sanitizer is everywhere around the office for your convenience. The front desk reception, Brittany greeted me as soon as I arrived. She was just so professional. Advised me to fill out paper work and bring back to her once I completed. The next person I came in contact with was Savannah. She took x-rays of teeth and then explained thoroughly all of type of braces I would be able to choose from. (She even showed me her own) The last person Kaitlyn, this girl needs an award because I know I asked 50 questions while she was putting on my braces.(LOL) I have to say she answered every last one of them (with a smile) . Fast forward a whole month later I returned for a follow up appointment. I was sitting in the chair while Talisa was working when I hear a little voice “Hey Ms Warren” I look over to see Kaitlyn smiling. When staff members remember you from over a month ago and really makes you feel good. I strongly would recommend this location in COVINGTON! You girls ROCK!

Fantastic experience: Im currently a patient at braces braces and i love it! The staff is very friendly, and time efficient. Also the scenery is bomb especially right now with the halloween decor. The techs are so helpful and supportive with decisions about what color to get that service to telling you your smile will be perfect in the end. My personal preference is Yessie!! She is so gentle, and take your “fear for the dentist” away.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome very nice and friendly staff my son loved the Halloween decorations the office was very clean the prices are amazing I was very nervous at first but they made me feel welcome and I got my braces the same day I wanna take every one for all y’all help and following all social distance guidelines.

Positive experience: My daughters love the staff here and so do I! The only issue I have is that they are dang near impossible to get ahold of. They do not have a direct phone number. All locations have the same number and no one is hardly ever available. I've experienced wait times over 30 minutes and still did not talk to anyone. This needs to be addressed. Other than that, I recommend BB @ Covington to everyone!

Negative experience: My retainers (wired) was not permanent as advertised...it fell of off within a month. The top one fell off within 2 months... poor workmanship. Don’t waste $400 on those tiny wires...the staff might not glue it properly. Now the space on my front teeth has opened back up.

Negative experience: When I first came here for my orthodontist appointments, the staff was kind, showed experience, and got me through my appointments in a timely manner. But as the couple years went on, it seems as though the entire staff was switched out with new people. One of my first encounters with a new staff member was the way she spoke to me and the way she did things. She was taking my rubber bands and wire off so that I could go brush, but as she was taking them off she was looking elsewhere, talking with her coworkers and hit me in the gums with the tool. I don’t think she noticed and I didn’t bother to say anything. Then after she finished taking the rubber bands out, she left a couple in my mouth that I hadn’t realized until I went to go brush. Afterwards, I had to get the wire and bands back on and once that was done I could feel something on my gums and it turns out it was one of the old rubber bands stuck under the new one. Also, she rushed my color choice and I couldn’t even decide what I actually wanted so I picked a random color. On my appointment to get my braces taken off, I feel that the staff was distracted with their own personal conversations. While my teeth were being cleaned to remove the glue, the lady who was suctioning continuously poked me in my cheek and gums with the suction because she wasn’t paying attention. When they were done with that and it was time for me to go brush again, I stood up and hit my head because they moved the light to the side where I had to get out of the chair. I think the worst part is that when they were fitting on my retainer the top one was too tight and didn’t fit. So far I had already been there for an hour and a half. So, the lady redid it. When that one was ready, she shoved the retainer on my teeth to make it seem like it “fit”, but it was super tight and I didn’t want to say anything because I had already been there long enough, so I just let it be, scheduled my appointment and left. But I knew I couldn’t wear a retainer that didn’t fit. So, I had to go back to do the mold again and get the retainer done.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Braces Braces and they were awesome! Dr Levine has the best chair side manner. His staff is pleasant, friendly and very efficient . They provided me with everything I need to get started with my ortho treatment. Not to mention he is very good to look at when you are scared! Mico T

Negative experience: Got to my appointment today to find out that I had another new orthodontist. I’ve been going here for over 2 years now and I have had 3 different doctors. No prior notice was sent to inform me of either change. Why keep changing providers. I am very unhappy with my treatment now.

Negative experience: I do not like when you call to check the balance Laney do not call you back. I called Monday and today is now 3/28/19 I still have not heard from her. Calling again today to speak to someone about this now. . Not understanding why they not posting the payment to Orthbank. Two payments received and it's not reported.BILLING DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE.

Let me not fail to mention, the services are very affordable and they get you in and out so fast! We love it here!
