Fantastic experience: Extremely pleased with my experience at Bartlesville Family Dental. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly and got me worked in on a busy Monday morning. I had broken a crown and they got it fixed and a temporary in place until I get the permanent replacement. Kudos to the staff.

Fantastic experience: Patient, professional and friendly staff and a very clean office. Highly recommend for people who are nervous and unsure about going.

Negative experience: Started great visit/appointment set up plan and printed copy of future work with prices. People/staff nice and friendly. But 2 hours before 2nd appointment they left voice mail appointment canceled. They wouldn't answer phone. Finally reached them. They did set up appointment the next day, but they then seemed to add on extra work/ charges from the original printed copy I received upon my first visit claiming she doesn't know how it wasn't originally printed on the copy I received on my initial visit. Not sure why they would try a dirty tactic like that. I hope my experience isn't the norm. Word of advice if you read this please keep copies of original documents. I can not recommend this place in good faith

I was then greeted by a professional of a hygiene assistant Travis, very kind and knowledgeable. The Hygienist Abby was an absolute whiz and a true master of her craft. The dentist absolutely stole the show, she is as amazing at her job as she is beautiful; and needless to say, she is very very amazing at her job. Thorough, kind, caring, transparent and knowledgeable equals best dentist ever. I have been going to this dentist for quite a few years and I will never go to a different one for the rest of my life! Fantastic experience: It was a really good visit. Not the "trying to visit with slobber dribbling everywhere" but you know, the overall visit. I can't call it home yet but think I'll keep going back there. PROS A masked stranger didn't make me feel like I had to lie about my chaotic flossing ritual. I never just sat in the chair, staring at the ceiling tiles, realizing that this was the closest I would ever get to a spa day. Not even once. Their suction tube doesn't gurgle like it’s drinking your will to live. The overhead light doesn't flicker in Morse code that translates to “good luck.” Their drills don't start before the dentist picks it up. Then tells you that they do not know why they do that. And finally...when it’s over, they didn't hand me a free toothbrush and make me feel like it’s a consolation prize for surviving another round of “Your Body Is Slowly Falling Apart: The Experience.” CONS I mean, it's a dentist office. It's not going to be as much fun as standing in a thunderstorm throwing marshmallows into the wind or playing extreme hide and seek in an IKEA but what really is. Overall thoughts, I wouldn't want to try to live my life without dentists. As far as my top 100 favorite dentist offices, Bartlesville Family Dental, ranks at #1. Friendly, knowledgable staff makes you as comfortable as a therapist’s couch that’s heard everything and no longer cares. I've never left their office feeling like, "It’s time to launch all dentist to the moon for a whistling competiti on.” All kidding aside, this really is a great dental establishment and I do highly recommend them. These folks are fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Livi is the best!! She was so attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my new dentures. She would squeeze me into her schedule by skipping lunch! She let me fuss over how the dentures looked and felt and stayed patient with me during the whole 3 month process! I would absolutely recommend Livi for all your denture needs. The ladies in reception are fantastic! They greet you by name with a smile and endured all my calls to make extra appointments lol As I do not have any teeth, I don't know the other staff well, however since what I do know of the company is great, I will be bringing my son to Bartlesville Family Dental when he turns 18.

Fantastic experience: I was able to be seen at Bartlesville Family Dental very quickly. Dr. Molly was unable to help with my problem but the staff got me in with a referral to an oral surgeon very quickly. She and her staff explained many aspects of why she felt I needed the referral, which I appreciate very much. They were all very kind and didn't rush me through.
