Fantastic experience: Update: Had cleaning appointment today and set up appointment to have the other side of my mouth done with the deep cleaning. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and caring! Dr Wallace and Julie took very good care of me today! I’m gonna need some work done and Dr. Wallace explained the procedure to me and had the young lady at the front desk get an estimate to see what my insurance would pay. I felt very comfortable and very cared for. Highly recommend him, Julie and the staff!

He and his staff take the time to explain what’s going to happen, which really puts you at ease. He even calls to check in after procedures, which shows how much he truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a periodontist that knows what he’s doing.

Negative experience: I used my last vacation day to have my dental procedure. And they called and cancelled my appointment. Now I'm out of my deductible and my vacation day for the year.

I wrote this several months ago after th extraction. I had my final check and referral back to the regular dentist and I second the the first comment which I forgot to send. He did a great job- little pain or discomfort except that thing that takes X-rays. I recommend Dr. Warren’s staff as well as him!
