They were so good about easing my anxiety and walking me through step by step to what is being done. I mean out of this world bedside manner . Thank you ladie❤️ Dr. Hegmann was professional, smart, and absolutely outstanding and got me in and out. They all made me feel so comfortable!! Will always recommend this place to ANYONE!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I went in to have a root canal and this was the smoothest dentist I’ve ever been to. The communication and team work with the entire staff is amazing. You don’t see that very much anymore. They did such a great job with their work and also very cheerful and funny during the procedure.

Everybody is super nice and the facility is super clean and modern. I want to give a special shout out to Dr. Patel and his assistant Lakyn for the excellent work and care they provided!

Negative experience: I’m only giving one star rating to reflect the service and care I received on 4-28-26. Went in for scans for my partial and an extraction. When called back Laken informed me that Dr Patel was out of the office due to an emergency. Due to the amount of pain I was in she asked if I wanted to go ahead with the extraction if another dentist would be available to perform it, my response was, of course. The dentist that was available at that time was Dr Hegmann and if I knew then what I know now I would’ve probably waited and rescheduled with Dr Patel. Dr Hegmann came in injected lidocaine into my gums and I set 15-20 mins to allow the medication to take affect. Dr Hegmann comes back to start the extraction. As he begins using the tool to extract the tooth I made him aware of the pain I was experiencing, he continues as if I didn’t say anything. I made him aware again of the pain and that it hurts, his response was I’m almost done in a very nonchalant manner and proceeded. I’m lying there in pain and he acted as if he didn’t care or if I was an inconvenience to him. I was just another task that he was trying to complete and my pain was dismissed. Afterwards he exited the room without saying a word. I’m thankful for Laken because she’s the one who suggested I be prescribed pain medication, Dr Hegmann sure didn’t. I have encountered some wonderful people at eagle dentist center, Dr Hegmann sure isn’t one of them.

Fantastic experience: Had to have some teeth extracted. Dr. Hegmann and his assistant Christy were amazing. The whole atmosphere in general is awesome all staff I've encountered are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Eagle Dental a little over 5 years now and we have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. From the front staff, hygienists and assistants all are very thoughtful and helpful, making it a lot less stressful having procedures done. I was a Dental Assistant for 20+ years and can honestly say I’ve never experienced better well-run practice in my professional and personal life. Dr. Patel has been my dentist and I can say with all honesty he is one of the best, he is professional, calm, detailed and very good at what he does. I have worked with and had dental procedures in the past and Dr. Patel is a perfectionist who cares about his patients. I’m so fortunate that when I first visited the practice that Dr. Patel was ‘assigned’ as my dentist, I’m sure the other dentists are just as professional and skilled but I have only experienced care by Dr. Patel and the staff. As a patient I can’t say enough good about the practice, staff, hygienists and assistants.

Negative experience: I won’t come back to this dentist office because their parking is too small. In addition to that, they set the appointments so close together so that they can maximize their profits, but they don’t care about their patients. They make your gums bleed when they do your flossing and they make you wait for one hour in the seat telling you that the dentist will be right with you and then after an hour, they say it’ll be a little bit longer for the dentist by that time you just wanna walk out the door and never come back.

Fantastic experience: My whole family started going to Eagle Dental Center several years ago because we were following our exceptional dental hygienist Jill Rice. She is an outstanding professional in her field, performs her tasks like the cleaning of teeth, x- rays , listening to and explaining any questions we have ..... with utmost care and always make you feel comfortable and well informed.She makes you feel like at ease and is an absolute gem! Recently I needed a new crown on an old existing one and Dr.Patterson and his technician did an outstanding work. For me to be at ease I need to exactly know the individual steps along the process and after expressing this Dr.Patterson and his technician were accommodating me. The office staff is also very friendly which helps tremendously when you have to enter a dental center. The facilities are very clean and high tech which I still have to get used too and that's why Jill is this warm, welcoming human touch that is so very needed !

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Eagle dentistry was today. The staff was excellent. Dr. Patel and Laken were courteous, nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Patel was very sympathetic if I had any pain and Laken did a great job of explaining the procedure and aftercare. Honestly I will be back as needed and will specifically ask for those two.

I was treated like family everyone is amazing but I have to tell you about Laken ( sorry if I spelled it wrong) but she is so amazing , helpful, very knowledgeable and CARES about you she’s definitely a blessing to know Thank you for everything you do

Negative experience: Saw Dr. Punit Patel on December 11, 2025. He has always maintained a hurried and dismissive demeanor each time I have seen him after a cleaning. I was scheduled for a filling on my front tooth due it being chipped and a cleaning. He came in and announced that a crown had been recommended for my front tooth, which was incorrect. He then stated that it had been previously filled, which it had not. He shoved his fingers in my mouth without asking or notice and began scrapping my front tooth with a metal object. Finally, he requested an x-ray. While waiting for the x-ray, I decided that Dr. Patel would no longer be providing my dental care. I opted not to have the filling done, which the assistant seemed to understand. I called back the next day to receive a refund for the procedure they asked me to pre-pay for, which is not something I have ever had to do at any other dentist's office. I am not certain how he maintains a position treating patients in this manner.

She makes the whole experience comfortable, and my teeth always feel squeaky clean when I leave. Dr. Patel is equally great. He’s so nice, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel taken care of. MC was my hygienist for years before she transitioned into a new role and she shines a bright light too. Eagle truly has the best staff ever!! I always look forward to my biannual visits. How many people say that about going to the dentist? :)

Fantastic experience: I went on March 13th to have my teeth cleaned. Savannah did an awesome job cleaning my teeth, but KB came through sweeping the floors and apologized for interrupting. KB did an incredible job keeping the place pristine and had the best manners. Savannah was every bit of precious. I couldn’t brag on this place more. It’s clean, employees are precious, hygienist, dental assistants and doctors are the best. And if you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting MC you’re missing out. All in all, this place Is every bit of professional, comforting, and accommodating. Spend your money here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Eagle Dental for years now & would never go anywhere else. Everyone there is professional & friendly. They also have really good chapstick.

Negative experience: I had a cavity filling 5 and a half months ago. At the time of service, I paid the estimation fee based on the treatment plan. Fast forward to 5 and a half months later to have a regular cleaning and afterwards I get a text with a link to a statement. I call the office and state that I had came in for a cleaning today and I received a bill for the visit. I was informed that the bill was for work done months ago and the remaining balance was what I owed. Not disputing I owe a portion as I am financially obligated per the disclaimer. But to receive the bill several months later with a status of 120+ days past due and be told that it took this long because I hadn’t came in since then is a little bizarre. Not to mention the fact that the week and day before I was called and texted to confirm the appointment but couldn’t get a bill at any point between then. Another funny thing, the estimate has my address on it… why not send a bill?

Negative experience: First time going was great, however it was 15 days past 1 calendar year since last visit and had to go through the new patient thing again. Get in to the chair and now they have to have new x-ray and giving me high anxiety I explained to her that their office set up was pushing buttons on my ocds that really had me frazzled. She made light of it and left without telling me and scared me showing back up without knowing she was there. Laught at me then told the DDS I was disrespectful towards her after she scared me the third time popping out and back in. So please be warned they have woke hurt feelings over scaring you with OCD Dr Patel

Fantastic experience: I made an emergency appointment that morning, by noon they had me in & pulled the tooth all in one day!!

Negative experience: My initial work done at this facility was satisfactory with minimal adjustments to the lower partial. I provided an upper bite impression for my upper plate when plans were initiated and my remaining top teeth were pulled. I was provided a temporary upper plate to facilitate the healing process. This temporary plate closely mimicked my natural bite pattern. My permanent upper was started with a gum impression on January 3, 2024. And justment, depth measurements, was made February 5, 2024. On March 4, 2024, Dr. Hegman had the upper plate ready. The fit to the gums was perfect! It wasn't until I tried to eat that I realized that the lab, or whoever put the plate together had not used my bite impression. My next appointment was March 25th and Dr. Hegman attempted to fit these upper teeth by grinding on my natural bottom teeth. I was most recently told that I would have to schedule a "consultation" to rectify their error. My friend was charged $665.00 for a consultation . . Non-refundable. I sincerely hope my health insurer will take note of this scam.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely excellent service & care. My daughter was able to get in immediately. I scheduled with a certain hygienist which put me better than a month out. I was 8 minutes late for my appointment and ended up seeing someone else anyway, who was great BTW, so no complaints. I'm glad to see that their expertise seems to stretch clinic-wide. I have been looking for a long time for the perfect dentists office and I think I have found it!

The atmosphere there was very calming and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Even though today was my first visit, I felt right at home. The staff there is very professional and they answered all my questions. I only got ex rays and a cleaning today but even that was a wonderful experience for me. Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel is the best dentist ever in the world. He will go above and beyond for his patients. The extraction procedure was so easy compared to any other dentist I’ve been to. Laken was so sweet. Everyone there is really nice. I had to go back today because my dentures were hurting me so bad. Dr. Patel and his staff listened and fixed the problem right then. I recommend Dr. Patel for anyone. It’s definitely worth the drive if u live out of town.

Negative experience: I have given eagle dental multiple chances to prove me wrong but I’ve been disappointed each time. It was the most painful crown I’ve ever had by a doctor and I’ve had several. I had a cleaning recently and he didn’t even take the time to properly give me an exam then poked me in the cheek with the instrument. They seem like they are in a race. He just ran the scaler over my teeth and left. He spent less than 2 minutes if even that with me. Insurance was billed 80 bucks for his exam.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how amazing my experience was with your office. I came in recently due to needing my front two veneers replaced, urgently. I had never been seen at your office, I called and was scheduled the very next day. Dr. Patterson saw me and advised me on the plan of action, which was different from what I had already, so that made me nervous, not knowing that my teeth would match. He and his staff made me feel relaxed and assured that they would make every effort possible to make sure that I was happy with the results. Fast forward to yesterday, I finally got my new crowns on my front teeth, WOW! They look AMAZING and feel even better! I could not be happier with the results! To top it off, my insurance actually paid a tremendous part of this for me. I have had 2 sets of full veneers before and have spent a small fortune to make sure I have a nice smile and I have always had to pay out of pocket fully. All this being said, I have found a new dentist and will be back to see Dr. Patterson and his lovely staff! Thank you so much for your patience and care! You have no idea how much it means to me!

Positive experience: The place is very clean and comfortable. The nurses were helpful and friendly. The only downside was they did not take my concerns with regards to exposing my child to X-rays and I also doubt the dentist capability as he couldn't drill and had to refer us to a pediatric dentist! It would be okay if they did that before taking too many X-ray to discover after examination they have to refer us for more harmful radiation!!

Negative experience: I went to this dental clinic and I had to have a tooth pulled actually it was 3 teeth but I was having them pulled 1 at a time. I went to a room and when the dentist came in(he was a young guy)he never spoke to me. He talked to the nurse as he was giving me the pain medicine and pulling my tooth but he never said a word to me. After my tooth was pulled they didn’t give me any instructions paperwork etc on what to do after having my tooth pulled not tell me anything concerning what I needed to do after I had my tooth pulled. I was very hurt after being treated that way. I will never ever go back to eagle dental clinic because of this. Very poor customer service. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but because of that incident I will never go back. I am at Aspen dental clinic now and their people are so nice and the dentist talked to me and made me feel very comfortable. He showed respect and he talked to me not only him but everyone was nice.

Fantastic experience: I called them this morning because My husband has been suffering from a tooth aching all weekend. They were able to see him within 3 hours. Everyone was helpful and we had no problems. He has had knee replacement and shoulder replacement, the dentist has put him on antibiotics for 7 days and he has an appointment Friday to get the tooth worked on. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 wisdom tooth extractions in this office and various cleanings, etc. Dr. Hegmann performed both of these procedures. He has an awesome bedside manner and such a fluid method from the initial numbing injection all the way through the extraction and after. I never feel any anticipation with this crew! Amazing staff...always very friendly and accommodating! A+ :)

Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service, professional and knowledgeable hygienist, spot-on dentist diagnostic work. State of the art equipment that give a better experience to being in a dentist office. Xray equipment that I have not seen at ANY of the other dental offices in Texarkana. Office staff handled the appointment schedule, called in an antibiotic to my pharmacy, and answered questions quickly and accurately. The prices were not only competitive, they were lower than all of the modern facilities I know of in Texarkana. The staff was able to work with my insurance to get me the co-pay I was expecting. I was provided an estimate of future services so that I can plan my visits and finances. This quality of customer service is not found at all dental offices. Do not look for the building on Google Maps, you will only see a house that was recently removed.. This dental building is brand new and was built for dentistry. I recommend this business.
