Negative experience: Have never deleted a five star review so fast - this place used to be awesome but I'd stay far away now!! No one that I originally came on to leave a good review for is even there anymore apparently and its pretty clear just from the phone calls alone that I've had with whoever answers now that this place has gone to hell. I've never had such a painful conversation over the phone, I had to go somewhere else and suggest anyone else does the same!

Negative experience: Absolutely do not use this office! They are extremely unorganized, not at all dependable, and very unprofessional. They told me I needed 4 cleanings a year and have canceled every single one the day of to a week before my appointments for 3-4 appointments in a row! trying to push them out as much as 8-9 months! They severely overbook themselves and cut whichever appointments make them the least amount of money regardless of how crucial for your dental health.

Negative experience: Iam disappointed with my experience at this dental office. During my visit in September, I was told to return in March for a cleaning. On the day of the March appointment, I received a call informing me that the office had only scheduled 30 minutes and could not perform the cleaning. I was then rescheduled for June 11. Now, before that appointment, I have received another message asking me to reschedule again.I understand that scheduling issues can happen, but multiple cancellations and rescheduling requests initiated by the office have made it difficult to receive routine dental care in a timely manner. I hope the office improves its scheduling and communication practices so that patients can receive the appointments they were promised.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Bristol Park Dental. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I went in for a cosmetic dental implant, and I was honestly impressed that everything was completed the same day. My teeth look incredible, and I could not be happier with the results. I am so grateful that Bristol Park Dental was recommended to me. This is easily one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. I Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I can give a star for clean and welcoming. I give a star for the dentist who was kind and compassionate and never hurt me in any way. 0 pain! That's it for me. I go by a 3 strike rule when needing professional services (Dentist, Dr., Lawyer etc...). I would not tell anybody NOT to go there but because of things that happened to me personally that I felt to be unprofessional I will be looking elsewhere for dental care. .

The level of service and care was the best I've seen. All of the work was done smoothly, and Dr. Jim and the staff were all friendly and glad to share their knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, The BEST dental office I have been too. Historically I have not had great experiences with Dentist, or Hygienist. Bristol Park Dental has changed that, and has eliminated my fears. I look forward to going now!

The warmth and graciousness in service from Jocelyn, Dr Farid, and everyone else I met at BPD really comforted me, considering that I was barely one week into my stay in VT and knew nobody here. Negative experience: Made an appointment months ago. Requested the day off from work specifically. They cancelled my appointment. Said They will call when they have an opening, seriously? People just can't take a day off from work whenever. I may or not get another in months.

Negative experience: Ever since we switched to Bristol park they have constantly been late for our appointments. 20-40 min late sometimes. Been going on for year’s. They only recently finally said they don’t have sufficient staff and are canceling appointments and put people on a waiting list. We will be looking for a different dentist.

Negative experience: While the receptionist and hygienists I have seen have been great, getting an appointment is next to impossible. They have cancelled every single appointment we have made due to short staffing, yet continue to advertise they are accepting new patients. Why accept new patients when you can’t even see the ones you have?

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client at Bristol Park for about a year now and they’ve been great for cleanings and a few fillings that I needed. But I recently needed to have two bridges replaced and Dr. Charlotte did an absolutely amazing job. She really cared about getting things exactly right and her attention to detail was so good that people were complimenting me on the temps! The final product is better than I could have imagined and I’m so, so pleased. Today, for the first time since I was a kid, I smiled big without feeling self conscious - cannot express my gratitude enough!

Fantastic experience: At 82 years old With teeth that dissolved like sugar I have had my Share of dentists and dentures but Bristol Park Dental has surpassed any that I have encountered in my life. They are excellence in the highest form. From appointments being on time to the courtesy of the staff and techs. Last but certainly not least is Dr. Charlotte, her knowledge and caring as well as her lively and warm personality are nothing but the best. All in all an unbeatable choice.

Fantastic experience: My visit to Park Dental was great. They took me in as a new patient for a wisdom tooth extraction. The entire staff from reception to Dr. H. were very professional. Because my dental insurance had no "in network" providers I needed to call around to find a dentist to do the extraction for a reasonable price. It really pays to shop around, there is a vast range in fees, I found Park Dental to be the lowest cost and was very pleased with their service. After numbing Dr. H. had the tooth out in 2 minutes with no drama.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and walked in. Luckily someone had canceled an appointment and they were able to get my information and see me within 10 minutes. The staff were honest and transparent of their findings, the doctor that did the troubleshooting was skilled and knowledgeable. The pricing is reasonable or on the higher end of reasonable but I gladly pay it knowing that high end work will be done. It's unfortunate that they are not accepting new patients as I would be one. Thanks to the staff at Bristol Park Dental.

Negative experience: Sadly I am moving on from this practice. I have had my cleanings canceled 4 (four) times over the last 12 months. Other members in my family have also experienced similar cancelations. I recognize there seems to be a shortage of dental hygienists in Vermont and I appreciate that this must be challenging for any dental business. What I don't understand is the lack of transparency and continuous rescheduling without the staff to support its client load. Calling the day before to cancel my appointment, rescheduling 3 months out, and then canceling again and again AND again without any explanation until I ask for more detais is no way to keep customers happy and compassionate about the situation. Also, canceling a week out for a staff training. These things should be planned in advance and clients should not be scheduled during this time just to be cancelled, especially when the practice is canceling right and left due to staffing issues. I wish all the people here the best, however the bottom line is that my teeth need to be cleaned and I can no longer count on them to provide this service for me.

Negative experience: I got kicked out of Bristol Park Dental because I have refused x-rays over the 10+ years I have been going there. Over that period, I have had cleanings and examinations (though not examined lately) by a dentist. I have never had any sort of issue with my teeth and had 2 very small cavities when I was a teenager due to poor care. When confronted yesterday by the hygienist, who said I had to have x-rays, I asked why? She told me a long story about how her boyfriend had a large cavity that was revealed by x-ray. I asked why a cavity on someone else's mouth meant I had to have x-rays in order to have my teeth cleaned, to which she had no explanation. I never saw a dentist, and haven't the last few times I've been there. Previously, under different ownership, I would be examined by a dentist and never badgered about getting x-rays. I have no issue with the technology but have not been told that there is a good reason to spend money on the technology. My insurance does not cover this procedure so I want to be darn sure it's necessary before I make the investment. I notice that none of the dentists are from New England, and thrift in New England is a vanishing quality. I checked the ADA website, they do not clearly recommend compulsory x-rays but recommend a discussion between dentist and patient about them. I have not been given that courtesy.

No, but I feel respected and heard. All from the receptionists to the dental hygienists to the doctors have been great.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been seeing Dr H for a few years and love it. He’s a super nice guy and is the the only dentist that can give me a shot or pull a tooth without hurting me. He also noticed my wife was uncomfortable with her smile because she had a long gum line and he wanted to help her and raised her gun line and now she doesn’t mind smiling. Thanks Dr H and all of the staff for making us feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Bristol Park Dental is hands down the friendliest dental office in the world. Yesterday was my 6 month cleaning appointment---along with a warm "Good Morning, how are you today" I was also greeted by Lulu. I had the pleasure of being Blythe's first patient of the day, as well as her first patient since becoming part of their team. Yes---it was her first day there. Very caring, skilled, and professional she is going to fit right in nicely. Jill saw that I was there and popped in to say hello. I voiced some concerns I had---she took a look and said to book an hour appointment with her and she will take care of those issues. Allison also saw that I was there and stuck her head in to say hi. Dr Church came in to do the post cleaning exam and as always was her happy, upbeat self. Always professional, and extremely knowledgeable---she did my exam and then offered advice for what is going on. At Bristol Park Dental you know you are at the "dentist office" because they are taking care of those needs---HOWEVER---you feel like you are part of the family when you are there and they actually care about you---BECAUSE they do!!! I can't recommend them highly enough. At Bristol Park Dental they are skilled, caring, patient---just simply the best, and they put YOU first.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with their lack of communication. I would have been a new patient and had filled out the form on their website. I waited for a response, but after a week, I called. The receptionist informed me that there were no available appointments for the next 10 months. A week later, the same receptionist called about my online request for an appointment. She seemed annoyed and confused. It was the same person I had talked to before. This time, apparently they could accept me, but after waiting 2 weeks (from my initial contact), and being rudely told they were just booked forever, I had moved on. I would suggest if you aren't receiving new patients, just respond. Maybe have your receptionist revisit her organizational and people skills.

Fantastic experience: Modern, up to date practice all in Bristol VT. Doctors and staff are top notch. The "wand", the little needle that administers the anesthetic is beyond amazing. The anesthetic they use doesn't give you that pins and needles feeling as it wears off. I got a crown done in 1 visit. Best crown ever-feels very natural. Usually I have to get used to it. Overall recovery time much less. Highly recommend. Had a root canal done today with Dr. H and it went great. His Bosnian assistant was wonderful and Dr. H was very accommodating. Spoke with a friend tonight and she was telling me about painful injections, having the pins and needles feeling as anesthesia wears off along with drooling and feeling like she was punched in the jaw after she goes to her dentist and I said I have none of these things going to my dentist and feel so grateful!

After my first visit with Jill, and Dr. Church, I left the dentist with hope and excited to return to make the care plan the reality. The staff make you feel welcome, don't judge, and provide realistic care plans. Jocelyn is a gem. For the first time in my life I left with happy tears in eyes - I've found my dental home. Fantastic experience: I never write reviews, but this place deserves the recognition! I called in a panic, as a new, never-before-seen client at this location with a cavity that I could see and feel and they got me in the very same day within the hour due to a cancellation. I had not been the dentist in probably a decade and there was absolutely no judgement, and the providers reassured me that my teeth are in great shape with the exception of the cavity, which required a crown. They were able to create the crown and fit me with it in the same appointment with their in-house technology. Beyond the resources they have, their staff is phenomenal! Allison had incredible bed-side manner and kept me informed of what to expect and what was happening throughout the appointment every step of the way. Dr. Pati was so precise and ensured that the crown fit perfectly. Dr. Cossaart spent time explaining the technology they use to create and mill the dental crowns at their office. Lisa called to follow-up and schedule a routine cleaning as I had forgotten to do so while checking out after my appointment. I can't recommend this practice and the providers and staff here enough!

Fantastic experience: As someone who doesn't do well with them, I never thought I'd be the person writing a review for a dentist's office. My anxiety was calmed with Jill and Dr H. Both of them are top notch, kept me laughing, at ease and had me in and out in less than an hour (for a filling). I need more work done because of a lifetime of putting things off, coupled with anxiety, but I am super confident that this team of amazing people have my back.

Negative experience: Dr church is amazing however after my final experience there dealing with Dr H and how I was talked down to in front of his staff and other patients all because I had gone 10 days with excruciating pain due to damage they had done with nobody around the office who would help me in those 10 days, for him to call me immoral and unethical because I had requested to not pay for damage they did to me was wrong and poor practice on his part. I can say he did honor that portion of the bill but the way he talked to me and the almost arrogance of which he did it with is unforgivable and that douche needs a reality check. This was almost 2 months ago and I've since heard others in his own field who work almost a hour away say similar things so I can't be the only one who had this sort of experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. H needs a medal or trophy... the extraction took 1 second, no lie! This was the first time ever I had absolutely zero pain after the extraction! I was amazed! Not even a little soreness the next day! They got me in the next business day and took my insurance, words don't express how good this dental office is! The best!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in to get my teeth cleaned and to look at a tooth I was worried about and had quite a pleasant time for going to the dentist. They fit me in as soon as they could and did a great job of making me feel comfortable. Plus my teeth feel super clean now!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bristol Park Dentist for over a year. Mostly I have been there for cleaning appointments but, recently, I was there for a crown replacement. Normally, this practice offers same-day crowns as they make their own. This is a very attractive feature, and I was looking forward to leaving my appointment in December with a brand new one. Alas, that was not to be the case due to the quirky angle of my original. Dr. Church worked patiently for two hours trying to make a new crown but finally concluded that I would get a better fit if she outsourced the job. I was impressed with both her honesty and her persistence. Today I had the follow-up appointment to receive my new “tooth”, and the fit was perfect as promised. I appreciate the professional friendly climate in the Bristol Park Dental Office. As someone who grew up with dentistry in the 1950’s, I have every reason to shudder when I enter any dental office. My experience with this practice has been extremely positive. I highly recommend it.
