Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with Heritage Dental, Dr. McKinney and the whole staff. Everyone is so personable. They all make me feel like I have known them for years!! Ashley is the best hygienist I have ever experienced. Very thorough and doesn’t hurt a bit. Dr. McKinney has performed several procedures on my teeth and I completely trust his expertise. Trust me, this place is awesome. I love these people!!

Fantastic experience: Beginning with Roxane making my appointment, which is always courteously and professionally done, to Marsha providing a great cleaning and prep for the exam by Brad, it is a pleasant dental experience. It's pretty much like visiting with friends since I have know each of them for many years. And when a dental emergency occurs, I've been provided prompt attention and care. Lately have been monitoring a fractured implant screw, no pressure to do any more than I'm comfortable with, which is is very comforting.

Fantastic experience: My old dentist retired finally after 34 years. I was looking for a new practice and after alot of research and talking to friends I decided to try this place. I thought they were excellent. Up front staff was great. Dental hygienist was great and dentist was great! They also saw my dad recently since his dentist (my dentist) retired and they fixed a broken tooth on the first visit. This was around 3 months ago we both went. Neither of us are having any problems. We will continue to use them and encourage other family and friends to use them until they can no longer see new patients.

Fantastic experience: I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to anything having to do with dental work, but Dr. McKinney met me where I was at, worked quick and gentle and got me out in no time. The new renovations are awesome!

Negative experience: They wanted to send my daughter all the way to Birmingham, 1st Avenue,for a root canal?? Makes no sense. So I called Oneonta dental center and found out they do everything right there in their office. Including same day crowns. When the time came for wisdom tooth extraction, they sent her to Trussville to Clarke and Holmes. They were amazing. I do not recommend Heritage to anyone who doesn't want to have to go several different places just to get a simple root canal and crown.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with a wisdom tooth and needed a dentist quickly. When I called, they were able to get me in the same day. I was very anxious about going and having anything done, but the dentist put me at ease and ,even though it is never a pleasant experience to have a tooth worked on, I would go back to them again without hesitation. I can honestly say that Dr. Bradley McKinney and his staff at Heritage Dental in Oneonta, AL, are the best I’ve seen - all around. He told me today that he was honored to have me as his patient. What that says to me is, he really appreciates his patients. Marsha is my hygienist, and my husband’s first appointment with Dr. McKinney (and Marsha) is in June. I know he will feel as confident as I do!

It has really been a struggle for me bc just goin for a cleaning makes me tense due to sensitivity So, any dental work, and i’ve had much, is like just about unbearable. So with that being said, i want to share with anyone that is like me, Dr. McKinney and his crew are absolutely the best ever! My last visit was for two fillings. I had not been sitting in chair but only a short time. Dr. McKinney says to me, “ Well, I will see you next time “. …….. I HAD NO IDEA HE HAD EVEN STARTED ! THANK YOU DR. MCKINNEY!!!
