Fantastic experience: Very nice and professional, always friendly. They make me feel good about any questions or issues I have regarding my child’s teeth, use of the product, or just questions I have in general. They are also great with small kids, and teens. We always feel welcomed. They are amazing!!

Negative experience: The pregnant dental assistant drilled the surface of my tooth too far down so now I deal with sensitivity in a tooth that I’ve never had problems with.. Just to have my bottom permanent retainer repaired.

Dr. Borges is a great orthodontist and he’s patient with your process. He has a great team and they truly become your family. Anna comforted me as I shared a few tears of JOY! Geneva also joined in to comfort, and confirm how perfect my flipper was. This truly felt like a sisterly moment that I’ll never forget. When I left they both told me “congratulations” and I felt very honored to finally cross this finish line. I’ll never forget how they always made sure to ask if I was satisfied with my smile. Whenever I found something I wanted to fix I was provided a solution. My treatment may have been prolonged due to this, but it was worth the wait. I’m so blessed and beyond grateful to have my smile significantly improved by Dr. Borges & His AMAZING team!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had braces for 3-1/2 years. From the beginning I was able to negotiate the down payment and month price. I wasnt always on time but they always worked with me and never turned my daughter away. She needed extra work that required cutting into her gums and they performed everything in-house. Which was a blessing because insurance did not cover an oral surgeon. For everything that was done and everything that’s been taken care of under our contract. We couldn’t be my pleased with her results.z she just got them off and received her retainer 3 days ago!

Fantastic experience: Ms. Geneva is always so patient and sweet. When I have trouble with my permanent retainer on the top, I can’t see it to check if it’s popped off on one corner, or if it’s just the glue getting sharp over time. I feel more assured getting it checked out since I can’t see it, because a couple times it’s actually come off enough on one corner to need repairing. Ms. Geneva understands how frustrating it can be and always does a thorough job with a peaceful attitude. She makes the appointment less stressful. The front desk is also a very seamless process. Ms. Minerva is fast and professional. This office is great!

I’ve been several times because I just felt like my teeth weren’t what I wanted them to be and i think i’ve seen 2 different doctors there in the past 3+ years, but Dr. Santos is by far the best! He takes time with the many patients they have everyday, he pays attention to concerns, and gives great opinions. Personally, I treat his opinion as gold since he has the BEST teeth in the world. The staff is nice and courteous and it seems to be a good workplace because every time I go in their laughing, talking and carrying conversations with the patients. If they were a regular dentist office, this would be my primary.

Positive experience: We are much happier since being advised to insist on seeing only one orthodontist, not seeing just whomever is on duty that day. They have different treatment philosophies which caused a good bit of frustration as they would adjust the plan often, depending on which ortho we saw that month.
