Fantastic experience: Kaley my hygienist is very good at what she does. I have sensitive spots on my teeth and she always provides a desesitizing rinse prior to cleaning my teeth. Dr. Fort is an Aggie as is one of my sons so I was taken wirh him immediately. Both he and Dr. Schilling are very competent dentists and never push unnecessary procedures as others have.

Negative experience: I want to share my experience with Whitesboro Dental because I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I contacted the office to get an estimate for repairing a tooth and clearly explained that I was waiting to receive my husband's dental insurance information before deciding whether to move forward. My understanding was that I would call the office myself when I was because I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. My understanding was that I would call the office myself when I was ready to schedule an appointment. At no point did I believe I had actually scheduled one. To my surprise, I was later told that I had missed an appointment and would be charged a no-show fee. I found this extremely frustrating because, from my perspective, there was never a confirmed appointment. This appears to have been a communication failure on the office's part, yet I was the one expected to pay the price for it. Patients should never be penalized for misunderstandings that could have been avoided with clear communication and proper confirmation of an appointment. Before charging a no-show fee, an office should make certain that the patient knowingly agreed to the appointment. I hope Whitesboro Dental reviews its scheduling and communication procedures so that other patients do not experience the same confusion and unnecessary frustration. This version is more critical, but it avoids making claims you can't support and focuses on your experience and why you felt the no-show fee was unfair.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Corie was on time, did a great job, and was very professional! Dr. schilling is a wonderful dentist! Checked my mouth and teeth thoroughly and I trust them with the care of my teeth! I would recommend them to anyone!

I hate going to the dentist because most are so pushy, tell you how you’re feeling or should feel, and do not have good bedside manners. I called this morning for a broken tooth I needed pulled that was hurting. They were able to get me in same day. I have anxiety really bad, but they made me feel so comfortable. I have some teeth issues along with the tooth I needed pulled and not one time did they tell me how much more work I would need. I already know. He pulled my tooth and we scheduled a follow up. I wish I could remember the lady who was assisting because she was AMAZING too. I can’t wait to go back and I have never said that about a dentist. RUN don’t walk to this dental office!!! Best experience I have ever had in my life going to a dentist.

Needed my upper plate fitted once again. Dr. Schilling took a special cast impression, sent the plate over to her other office and finished fitting the next morning. Just ate fried chicken and they fit and worked perfectly. Never accept second best, Dr. Schilling is the Best! It is always a pleasant experience to visit the office. Fantastic experience: Okay I didn’t catch names today but I have high anxiety going to the dentist but this team is AMAZING and I can not recommend them enough!!! They did not make fun of me for having anxiety and being almost 28 and they assured me I would be fine and talked to me and checked on me through my entire visit. The numbing I barely felt if any of the shots the roof is always horrible but it was way more bearable than any dentist I’ve ever been too. I love this staff a lot!!

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentists are absolutely amazing. I was so nervous and then told I had to have 4 teeth removed three being wisdom teeth which I knew would happen. They got me in as quick as possible with the dental surgeon who comes to the office. I’m within my first 24 hours of having the teeth removed and I could not have been more pleased. This is only the first step in getting my mouth back in shape after having 3 back to back pregnancies destroy my teeth. If you are hesitant, if you hate the thought of going to the dentist or having work done, I urge you to come to Main Street Dental Smiles. In only a month my quality of life has changed dramatically.

Negative experience: I absolutely loved coming here till I needed a tooth extracted. We (Dr. Fort and I) had been talking for months about extracting it and then was told I needed to see an oral surgeon. Okay no problem.. told me one comes there every so often.. okay again no problem.. I have yet to hear back from them about an appointment or an opening. It’s been over a week. I went out and found my own surgeon but the follow up from them is terrible. They are sweet people but very disappointed in this situation.
