Fantastic experience: Both of my boys love it there. The desk staff, hygienist and Doctor are polite, gentle, knowledgeable and friendly. The place is spotless and bathrooms clean.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ureles went above and beyond for our family. We were visiting from out of town over the July 4th holiday when our 1.5-year-old daughter had a trip and fall. I called his office not knowing what to expect since we weren't local patients, and Dr. Ureles got on the phone himself, listened to what happened, and promised to see us first thing the next morning. He kept his word. He treated our daughter with so much warmth, patience, and professionalism, and was incredibly thorough even knowing we were only in town temporarily and wouldn't be regular patients. That kind of genuine care with nothing to gain says everything about who he is. We are so grateful he made time for us in an emergency. If you need a pediatric dentist you can truly count on, Dr. Ureles is it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Children’s Dental Associates have been my children’s dentists for many years. They are professional and thorough with the children at every appointment. I am very confident that each time my children are seen that they will receive exemplary care. I would never consider bringing them anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and polite staff from the receptionist to the doctors. The office is very clean. I've never had a bad experience.

Negative experience: Just spoke with Melissa on the phone she was very unprofessional I can understand if you’re not taking clients with a specific insurance but the tone of her voice and the way she immediately hung up after she said we don’t take children with your insurance was dismissive and rude. Will gladly be looking elsewhere for dental care for my child.

Fantastic experience: We had our third visit at CDA in Bozrah and it was a great experience once again, I have a 4.5 year old and he enjoys going!! we really like Michelle and for the first time met Dr. Clark who was great as well.

Fantastic experience: I've taken my son, who has autism, here for years. They've always been great. I had a bit of a concern from last year's appointment and they took it seriously. They addressed my concerns and were absolutely amazing about everything! My son was able to do so well at this appointment that he was able to get 4 x-rays done! The first time for him ever!

Fantastic experience: My 17 year old daughter has been going to Children's Dental Associates since she was three. I don't just love how amazing the dental care is, her emotional care and anxiety has always been better then anything I've experienced. I dred the day she'll have to switch to an adult practice. My nephew and a friend has a child with very intense special needs both medical and developmental, I've really been impressed how well Children's Dental Associates worked with them. I can't vouch for this but I was told some of the dentist train an extra two years to work with special needs children.

They never rushed us, made sure all of our questions were answered, and were incredibly gentle with my anxious eight‑year‑old, who had been dealing with significant pain. Their patience and compassion made a really stressful situation so much easier, and I’d absolutely recommend them to other families.”

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a cracked tooth. They got us in fast and pulled her tooth that day. Walked us through each step and she wasn’t freaked out even though she never had a needle. She isn’t afraid of the dentist and it’s bc of children’s dental! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: My son cracked his tooth in half, I called and they told me to come right to the office. An hour after I got there his tooth was fixed and looked like nothing had ever happened. The dentist and staff were so kind and engaging and put him right at ease and he left with a smile on his face, despite all the tears when he first broke his tooth. This is why I take my children here!

Negative experience: I initially called to see if they were accepting new patients and when they asked for insurance to see if they accepted it I didn't know it at the moment, (obviously my fault) but the lady sighed very loudly on the phone as if I was extremely annoying to her, which I know is kind of annoying but my daughter is 9 mo old and I've never done this before. To be so initially rude is very unkind, especially because I'm not unpleasant I did apologize. I normally don't do reviews but I'm very glad my insurance wasn't accepted, after all your first interaction is the most important.

Fantastic experience: Everything here is geared towards making your child comfortable and excited about caring for their teeth. My daughter has struggled with dental problems and needed cavities filled early in life. The staff has always been cheerful, gentle, and kind towards her struggles. Almost ten years later my daughter looks forward to impressing them on her next visit and enjoys all the educational feedback shes given. Highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dealing with an unexpected injury, we were referred to Children's Dental for further assessment. From the first contact to schedule an appointment (which we were seen approximately 2 hours after I called to set up an emergency visit) until checking out, we were treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. They were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable about the reason for our visit, and worked so well with my 2 year old, who has had minimal exposure to doctors offices. Would (and will) recommend them over and over!

Fantastic experience: I heard very good things about this place, so I decided to get my kids an appointment. At first, when I went to check in, the girl who checked me in had a little bit of an attitude, so I was thinking "oh no!". But the girl who called us back was very nice. She introduced herself to us, showed us where to go, and told us our hygienist would be right with us. All 3 hygienist were there promptly, introduced themselves to me and to the kids. They asked a few questions, and talked to the kids very respectfully. I really appreciate that. The rooms where the kids got their teeth cleaned were decorated with kid friendly things. (Stitch, kiddy dinosaurs, Bluey, and other things.) after the kids' cleanings, we went into a room where the dentist (Dr. U) came in to talk to us. He introduced himself to all of us, asked me a few questions to get to know me, asked a few questions about my husband, and then he talked to and explained things to me and the kids. He even told the kids if they were uncomfortable in any way, that they could raise their left hand and that would tell him to stop. 2 of my kids have braces, so he said he works closely with my kids orthodontist and they have a really good relationship. (That made my feel very comfortable as well) Dr U asked me if I had any questions, and if I ever need anything, just call and they would make sure we are taken care of. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was extremely anxious and the dentist and assistant were amazing. The assistant held her hand the whole time, wiped her teary eyes and was chatty and sweet to her which helped my daughter so much. The dentist would check in with her constantly and would tell her each step and how long it would take. I appreciate you both very much during the process:).

Fantastic experience: This place does great with kids. They are able to keep our child calm and not concerned with what is happening. For a child who is scared of a lot they did a fantastic job at making it fun. Love going there and will be going back.

These folks are Bozrah were so nice! they took their time, explained everything to me as the parent and to my kiddos to understand what was happening to them. they are accommodating to parents of multiple children. they are educated about their work and how to better improve while still understanding kids will be kids. so glad i have found this group!

The dental hygienists and dentists are kind, patient, gentle, and very skilled at working with young children. We have seen Dr. Presti and Dr. Chen - both doctors are fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and they spend a lot of time with their patients. Overall a wonderful office!

They are so kind and know just how to approach children in the perfect way to calm any fears and make the experience fun. Dr. U is wonderful and always takes the time to talk with my son and answer any questions he has and explains everything in an easy way for him to understand and educate him in a way that also keeps him entertained.

The hygienists and dentists are amazing with all three of my boys and wonderful to myself. Caring ,passionate and just down to earth. They all care about the kids it’s not about money! My children never complain about going. They leave smiling and feeling such a wonderful connection and trust. We love you guys!

Fantastic experience: Dr U is amazing with our son with has autism!! He was kind, soft spoken, aware that things like light and sound can be difficult. He also took the time to explain everything to us (mom and dad) and to our son as he did them. He also gave us some tips to help us better brush and floss our son’s teeth which can be a challenge for a child with autism!

Fantastic experience: Best place for pediatric dental care! You can book simultaneous cleanings so it's convenient and quick if you have more than one kid. Wait time is very short, and they have availabilities for early morning appointments, which helps during the school year. As far as doctors go, I don't think it gets better than Dr. Ureles. He has a never-ending list of professional accomplishments and is very knowledgeable on more rare dental issues. Other doctors we've seen sporadically have also been wonderful, and the team makes visits to the dentist enjoyable for my kids.

Fantastic experience: Having a child on the spectrum can make dental care and visits hard. My daughter is older now but she has went here since she was about 5. It has gotten easier and easier though the years with staff always being good kind and helpful. her dentist is the best . Always the best visit. Hopefully this is helpful to some parents trying to find a caring dentist for their children special needs or not.

The hygienist make it easy and calming for them. Dr. Parisi goes above and beyond. We could not be more satisfied. I will be sad when they outgrow the practice.

Fantastic experience: My oldest daughter has been coming to CDA Bozrah for 2 1/2 years now. Today was a six month cleaning for her and a first appointment for my 18 month old. I am always in awe of how incredible each and every staff member is at every single visit. Today we had Brittany as our hygienist, and she truly went above and beyond to make the visit run smoothly with two kids! They take their time showing the children each, and every tool, and explaining what they do in ways that are not scary. They are thorough and efficient. Dr. Presti is always so incredibly kind and knowledgeable about my child’s current dental health, and what to anticipate in the future. I would highly recommend this office for anyone with children! Our insurance no longer is in network with them, and I continue to choose CDA Bozrah.
