Fantastic experience: Kohlmeier dental has provided the best customer service I've ever had. I left a message on a Sunday evening of what had happened to my son's tooth, and received a phone call promptly at 7 am on monday to see what they could do. After determining be probably needed to see a pediatric dentist, Tyla spent the morning calling multiple offices trying to get him in. She did it all very timely and kept me in the loop the entire time. Dr. Kohlmeier and all the hygienists are wonderful too, so kind and personable and great at their job. Best overall place I've done business with in emporia!

Positive experience: First visit went good. Thought they were very clear on what was going on with my teeth and gums. Hygienist gave a deep clean. Both were good on communication on x-rays and overall dental care instructions. Will definitely return.

My hygienist, Chiandra(sp?) was friendly, communicative, efficient and gentle throughout my teeth cleaning. I didn't have to wait long before Dr. Kohlmeier came in to complete the exam with his assessment of my dental health. His practice runs smoothly and efficiently, making you feel comfortable and well-cared for. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Quick in, quick out, easy peasy. My last visit had a slight snafu on scheduling then rescheduling then un-canceling my original appointment, my fault not theirs. The staff was very understanding with my work scheduling difficulties. Staff is super friendly, very accommodating, Dr Kohlmeier is very knowledgeable awesome replacement for Dr Ace, he’s got the same temperament, great office!! Glad I’m a patient there! I am mildly concerned about the whole Blue Cross Blue Shield out of network thing. I despise big insurance. I wish everyone would just go to direct pay. F big pharma!!!
