Fantastic experience: Had a crown done here that turned out great, it was fast, relatively pain free. Also loved the place they referred me to for the root canal. Would go again

Fantastic experience: I have had such great experiences taking my teeth and gums to Watertown Dental! I always receive a warm welcome from the ladies up front. The dental hygienists are personable and make my teeth feel great! I also have great trust in Dr. Brewer to appropriately educate me when guiding any decisions I may need to make regarding my teeth. I cannot fathom going anywhere else BUT Watertown Dental.

Negative experience: I got a new client voucher in the mail for a $67 tooth exam and cleaning. The appt was fine the dental hygienist were so nice, the dentist came in for 30 seconds and tapped a pick around my teeth a few times and repeated what the hygienist had already said. I was then told they’d schedule me for a deep clean because that’s what they recommended, the deep cleaning they want to do will be $1,200+, and I still got charged $70 at the end of the appt. $70 to get told I have to pay $1,200 to have my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Watertown Dental is great! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Im not a fan of going to the dentist because I have bad gag reflexes and I have a hard time keeping my mouth open my jaw gets really sore which makes me very anxious. Natalie is the best! She explains everything she is going to do and she makes me very comfortable. Dr. Brewer and Natalie are very patient with me due to my gag reflexes which I appreciate so much because in the past I had a couple dentist get mad at me because I gag alot. I highly recommend coming here if you need to see a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I've had some poor experiences with different dentists in the past. I switched to Watertown Dental a couple years ago, thanks to a co- worker's referral. I am so very happy I did. Their whole staff sure seems to genuinely care and does a great job. They are explanative and thorough in their work. I am extremely pleased with my dental care experiences here. They are affordable and don't push any unnecessary procedures on me. Seems like Dr. Brewer and his whole staff have my best interest in mind. I would genuinely recommend this dental clinic to anyone who has teeth! I drive 30 min to go to this dentist and it's worth every bit of it!

I was desperate to get in and they were able to squeeze me in next day for a consult and then came up with an awesome care plan to help me with long term care. Fantastic experience: I cannot explain the relief I feel knowing Watertown Dental is there for my family. Prior to finding Dr. Brewer, taking my son to the dentist was a whole day ordeal. He has sensory processing disorder and he’s autistic, so teeth stuff is tough. We no longer have to go to the pediatric dentist, though, because they handled him with ease. My son didn’t even know he got local anesthesia as Dr. Brewer uses a numbing gel and an amazing device that uses the tiniest needle. Cindy and Lori are great, as are all the other staff. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I hope google allows me enough space to share my experience. Watertown Dental is absolutely incredible. From Emily at Reception, Lori with billing to the dental hygienist Jenny and dental assistant Becky to Dr. Brewer. These are the most wonderful people you would be lucky to meet. My daughter is autistic and was apprehensive to all the sounds, smells, sights and feelings. Becky explained each tool, each step and showed her how they work. She even let her touch everything. We came back the next week for a sealant and Becky explained the entire process again. Daughter was not scared or nervous or anything like normal. My son came in the next day for a cleaning and we had Jenny as our hygienist and she was absolutely incredible. So kind and patient and takes time to explain everything to my kiddo. Dr. Brewer is a lovely gentleman who has a very kind demeanor. My time with him has been short but he’s definitely the type of doctor you want for your family. Emily is sweet, warm, welcoming and the perfect first appearance for this office. Lori has gone above and beyond to help me out with insurance and billing. There’s nothing that she couldn’t answer for me. These women work incredibly hard and are very organized. The office is absolutely gorgeous. Clean, fresh.. very comfortable. 10000/10 recommend this place!!!

Negative experience: Hate this place. Would be nice if they told me prior to my appointment that they don’t accept my medical insurance. Had to pay for X-rays they did after work was done. Most places when you check in they go through your insurance before being seen.
