Fantastic experience: Dr. Kivett, dental hygienists, and office staff are warm and very friendly. Dr. Kivett is able to reassure his patients, takes the time to explain the procedure and answers questions during the procedure ,during the visit, as well as when one gets home and had questions then. They are understanding of how their patients feel and do what they can to calm their fears and or anxieties. They really don't just see the patients as patients. They are treated as part of the family unit. I appreciate everything that they do. The building is inviting whether it be in the waiting area or in the back where the work is done. I have been going to Dr. Kivett for close to or over 10 years and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

She is very professional, sweet, kind, compassionate and most of all she treats you like family. Associates of Dental Arts, lead by Dr Kivett and staff are the most caring and family oriented office we have ever encountered. Highly recommend to anyone needing dental service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal service. Staff was amazing and very personable. Dentist was one of the best I have dealt with in 40 years. I have had a plethora or dentists over the years and they all provided something, but ADA staff goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Just listening to how everyone spoke to their patient, always in a calm and friendly manner, made you feel very relaxed. Even the younger children were relaxed and well taken care of. Highly recommended and thankful for the positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience from the moment you walk in the door and see the waiting area. Felt more like walking into a day spa instead of a dentist's office. And that isn't even taking into account the staff from the receptionists to the hygienist and doctor. Genuinely don't see how anyone who has a fear of the dentist could feel anything but comfortable here. Very patient with you and straight honest answers without sounding mean or condescending. I'd recommend everyone go here.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience with a Dentist that left me with a temporary crown, it was not only visually horrible but also terribly shaped. Dr. Kivett and his Dental assistant was comforting during the process of making the permanent crown anf also made me feel confident they would get it right. I left with a new permanent crown same visit that was visually pleasing and proper fit.

Negative experience: I hate to write this after the years I have been going here. I trusted this practice thoroughly when we always received great dental care. Although, when you voice your concern, the office manager sends you a message through the receptionist saying that they are too busy to talk to you and when you find another dentist just call them and they will be happy to send your records to your new dentist. A piece of advice for all of you writing five star rave reviews, don’t ever have a problem or a concern.

I know I am the most difficult patient they have ever had to deal with. Dr. K, is awsome, patient, gentle, kind, I trust him. I do not have anxiety attacks before going to the dentist or when I get to Dr. K's office like I used too. For me, to change Dentist's, again no can, not an option.
