Fantastic experience: Today I've been going for a year and I want to say I always feel welcomed soon as I walk through the door. They are very well on making appointments and getting you in and out. Any questions you have they answer appropriately. I do very much appreciate all the work that I've received, Thank You for giving my smile back and making my mouth healthy.

I've been a patient of Dr. Joann Paulk for about 15 years and every time I went to her with an issue she either resolved it or referred me to a specialist that did. Dr. Paulk and the staff that supports her are simply the best and I am thankful for their care.

I'm still a patient there & see the same doctor and don't foresee trouble or uneasiness... I guess. Today is November 3rd 2023.,. And I've been going for maybe 3-4 months... IDK

Fantastic experience: Clean facility and GREAT staff! Everyone always has a smile on their face and are so helpful with everything. Dr. Paulk is so personable and knowledgeable in all areas. This place really is a gem!

Fantastic experience: I have utmost respect for and trust in Dr. Paulk, DO, and her staff. It is rare to find such a gem. Labs get reported, referrals are made, humans answer the phone, scripts are sent, and messages are delivered. I've got 4 specialists' offices that I deal with. None of them come close to the full customer service as Resource Care in Cross Plains. I will also say that my health status is a bit complicated. Dr. Paulk tackles it with near ease. I can't recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I called Resource Care for an appointment because I thought I had Covid. Jennifer at the front desk got me an appointment within an hour. Cindy the nurse called me within minutes and asked if I could come right away, which I did. The staff at Resource Care is OUTSTANDING!! Always so caring, polite and so helpful. Dr. JoAnne Paulk is a great doctor. She has been treating me for years. Always listens intently and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend her. I did have Covid and after the various meds Dr. Paulk gave me the next day I felt so much better. Resource Care goes above and beyond and gives exceptional customer service. They are the best!!!

Positive experience: This place is great with medical care but they could care a little more with their personal care like bed side manner care everyone tells their doctors their life story type of talk like talk about stuff that isn't necessarily relevant to their medical needs at the time but the staff could do with a little more "pretend to care" attitude then they currently have

Negative experience: Interaat your own riskThis dentist clearly does not know what he is doing he was supposed to pull two teeth on my first visit and did not he left a root tip in my mouth I had to get antibiotics I was in such pain then when I went back to have an extraction he pulled the wrong tooth I am in more pain now than I was when I started going there how are you going to pull the wrong tooth and leave a root tip in my mouth

Negative experience: I went in today hoping for help. Hoping for answers. Instead, I was gaslit by the PA. Really? I never knew that could happen until today. I was appalled, hurt and disgusted as I ran out of there as fast as could. I wont go back.
