Rosinsky Family Dentistry

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. I’ve been going here for about 2 years now. Dr. Rosinsky is amazing and I love his staff too. Everyone is so nice and supportive. I had to have a crown placed and it is literally perfection and I wear a retainer and my retainer still fits perfectly. And my bite is perfect still. He did a phenomenal job.

Fantastic experience: They have been so amazing with my four year old son. Every single staff I’ve talked to is so caring and make the effort to talk to my son who’s shy. They did a great job❤️ we drive a hour just to come here My son was so scared of the dentist over the summer, now after a few times coming here he actually looks forwards to it

Negative experience: I was called last week to reschedule my daughter's appointment because there was no heat in the building. When rescheduling I was asked if the appointment was for an exam and cleaning (shame on me I guess for assuming the office would know what the appointment was for). I said "I'm not sure, probably." My daughter was scheduled for a cleaning today. I leave in the middle of my work shift and get my daughter from school and go to this appointment and am told my daughter just had a cleaning in January why is she scheduled for a cleaning today and I am rescheduled for another three weeks for her filling. I am unbelievably disappointed, if the office is rescheduling my appointment why in the world would it not be rescheduled for whatever services it was originally scheduled for.

Positive experience: I scheduled an appointment in December. While I was driving home in very bad weather, the office called me multiple times, but I couldn’t answer, and they didn’t leave a single voicemail. By the time I got home, the office was closed. To be fair, I forgot to call back the following day. In January, they called again while I was at work and left a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled due to an issue with my insurance. I just got this insurance, so it was probably my fault it was wrong, but I was never was given a chance to fix the issue or even offered the option to pay out of pocket….i can’t really afford to schedule out any further then I already was due to having TMJ issues, which I understand dentist are important and very needed, but very disappointing that I didn’t get a chance to correct my mistakes. I do take blame for forgetting to call back and probably having the wrong information, but still very upset that it was canceled.

Negative experience: Needed to reschedule an appointment, they wanted to charge $100 for rescheduling.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate that they pushed their liberal ideologies on me while I was there. I won’t go anywhere else now. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Doctor Robinsky was AMAZING. I get severe anxiety at the dentist and he made sure I was good through whole procedure. Had to remove a wisdom tooth and the molar beside it because they both had broken. He took his time to make sure I was totally numb and both teeth took roughly 20 minutes total. Here it is the next day and I have hardly any pain and I am not even taking Tylenol for it! How whole staff was great. Can't recommend him enough

Negative experience: It is absolutely disgusting and appalling that employee's of this office try and push their liberal ideologies on 6 and 7 year old children. Had I been to this appointment instead of my wife, things would have been way different. Completely sickening that this is the world we live in today.

Negative experience: My husband came in to have a tooth filled, and he was not aware that there was a tiny abscess above the tooth when he sat down, the nurse lifted his gums and injected him with Novacaine (Clearly exposing the abscess) But still injected so when the doctor came in, he said they couldn’t do anything because there was an abscess. My husband was upset because why did she numb him? She clearly had to expose the abscess that he did not know was there. I called to ask about the bill that they then sent me. They said the insurance was not going to pay for it because it was a minimal visit. And we already had a consultation, and the insurance only allows for one visit without Work being done. She was combative and telling me that my husband does not take care of his teeth and that’s not her problem. She kept arguing with me and getting an attitude, but telling me that I was the one arguing. It was the most unprofessional call I’ve ever had with a medical office. If this is how you allow your business to be ran, I can’t imagine the dental work that is done in the office. I’m absolutely disgusted with the level of how combative she was with me on the phone. I’ve called my insurance company and told them what happened at the office visit and they are going to open a review, As my husband should not be responsible for paying for something or services that should not have been done. Why would you numb someone if you clearly know there is an infection and when the doctor comes in, he’s not going to perform the task! And if that person did not know(She went to college by the way) Then that is on her and she should be reprimanded for that. The doctor came in and said oh there is clearly an infection and we cannot fill the tooth. You have to go to an oral surgeon to have it removed, We will write you a referral. That was the end of the visit. And my husband was numb all day! I simply called to ask questions in regards to the bill that I received Because like everyone else in the world, I do not understand how insurance works. And the note said that he reached his maximum limited visits. How am I supposed to know what that means? Nevertheless, I do not recommend this dentist. I do not usually do this to businesses, but the receptionist was so rude and nasty, And then to degrade my husband to me, That crossed the line! That is not how a professional business should be behave. But if you read the reviews, there are multiple people that have complained about her, So, Take that for what it’s worth on how they run the business.

Fantastic experience: Only a 10 minute wait time. The dental assistant was very nice and explained everything throughout the exam and X-rays. Dr. Rosinsky was very pleasant and comforting. The receptionists are very friendly. I feel very comfortable going there . The only problem I had was that it took me 8 months to get an appointment.

Fantastic experience: We truly love this office! The care we receive is above and beyond! Every person we have come in contact with while we are there is patient, kind and helpful. So happy we found this dental office!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a bad experience. I cannot say enough about the promptness, the beautiful Personalities and the relaxing appointments that you are not rushed. I’ve been in the dental field for 45 years and it’s so obvious when a doctor is just out for mkvey and one feels rushed when getting their teeth cleaned. Not allowed to open your mouth once to just have a quick something to say. After all the hygienist if she’s nice chats while you can’t! They always politely take the instrument out of your mouth, rinse your mouth and let you respond! They are the best. I’m telling all of my dental friends that he needs a hygienist right now and if you want a beautiful office to work in and you see this pass on the word.

They’re accommodating, give you plenty of notice for reminding you of appointments in the future (I personally use their text reminder system and get a text a week ahead of time and then a couple days before as well), they’re all kind and ask you about your day (and remember when you see them again)…

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rosinsky Family Dentistry. Not only is Dr. Rosinsky top notch, he is trustworthy and kind. I've had other dentists who often suggest additional treatments, even push for them, but Dr R is always honest about my dental health needs. His support staff are skilled and particularly child and adult friendly. I wish I had this dentist and his staff when my children were young. I'm loving them for a senior me now :)

Negative experience: STAFF ARE AMAZING!! VERY FRIENDLY! I had gone to Dr. Means, who was amazing!! I was hoping Dr. Rosinsky would have the same qualities but was disappointed!! Dr. Rosinsky is very nice but his workmanship is not. I had a bridge done, Dr. Means did my first and it turned out perfect!! Dr. Rosinsky did my second, the bridge did not fit properly, which they should have seen when they put it on, before gluing. I called and complained that it felt as if I had a blob of gum stuck to the inside of mouth and food was constantly getting stuck, under bridge. Went back in to get it repaired, hoping to get fitted for new bridge but all they did was grind it down, so far down that he hit the metal of the bridge! My bridge is not formed correctly. The caps dont even match the teeth as they should. The capped teeth are bigger than what they are normally, food gets stuck, constantly, and the bridge does not go down to the gum line as it should!! I went and got a second opinion and was told that since the tooth is showing and the bridge is not on the gum line, as it should be, the original tooth will start to decay. I have shown friends what my bridge looks like and they were shocked at how unprofessional it looks!! It looks terrible!! You can see the original tooth showing and above it, you can see where the bridge starts!! Definitely will not be going back. For the money I spent on this bridge, it should look beautiful but it looks like a dental student did this!!! I should get completely refunded because I have to pay to have it done correctly elsewhere!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rosinsky as well as his assistants were extremely patient and kind towards my daughter during her first root canal. Would recommend again.

They are very god with children , they do great answering all my kiddos curious questions, & will not go father if the kids are uncomfortable with anything. You won’t regret a taking your kids here. They really are the best!!

Fantastic experience: I just switched to this dental office and had my first visit yesterday and so did my 6 year old son. My son was always afraid of the dentist before but now he loves the dentist! Fantastic experience: I don't normally write many reviews, particularly when it comes to health care providers. Dr Rosinsky and his staff are A+. I was experiencing a dental emergency and my dentist was on vacation. I called a few different practices and none would get me in until the next day at the earliest. Then I contacted Dr Rosinsky’s office, who was able to get me in the same day since I was in such pain. Once I arrived, I was treated by both the staff and the Doctor as if I was a regular customer. The care I was given by the assistant and the doctor was first rate. Dr Rosinsky’s dental chair side manor was excellent as well as his approach to my dental issue. I think I will be switching my dental care needs to Rosinsky Family Dentistry as soon as I can.

Fantastic experience: My family and I just started coming here. I've always had major anxiety with anything dental. Dr. Rosinsky and his staff were amazing! They are kind, and very thorough. Not only that, but they were able to get me in right away when I had an issue with a molar. They are professional, and understanding. I would, (and already have) recommended family and friends to Rosinsky Family Density.

Fantastic experience: I began visiting this dentist as it was conveniently located near where I work, however, my husband also now uses this dentist even though it is a little bit of a drive because we love going here! This is especially noteworthy given my husband has a strong dislike of dentists, but is willing to go here because the staff are friendly and thorough.

Fantastic experience: When I left Rosinsky Family Dentistry I knew I had found exactly what I was looking for in a dental office. I was seen by Dr. Rosinsky as he is the only Dr. there, my number one reason for choosing this practice. Unfortunately I do not have dental insurance so it had been a few years since I had a cleaning. Melanie, the dental hygienist explained each step of the way what she was doing and was very calm and compassionate. It was the most thorough cleaning I think I have ever had! Dr. Rosinsky actually spent time (not just 5 minutes like my previous dentists) listening, explaining, and answering all my concerns. He was very personable and down to earth. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does! I took advantage of purchasing the dental discount plan which includes 2 dental cleanings, x-rays, and more as well as 30% off other treatment. Oh, in case I have an emergency the exams and x-rays will be covered as well.

Negative experience: We have been patients at this practice for almost a decade. Unfortunately, after dealing with "Kevin" this morning we have to find a new dentist. After Dr Means left the practice, it has seriously gone downhill. Gone now are the quick and thorough practices of Dr Means to make way for a younger man who has no personality or tact. The hygienists are lovely, Jodi is great, but the new dentist is heavy handed and very cold. Sorry to be leaving Edinboro.

Fantastic experience: I actually like going to the dentist now. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere with all the cheerful artwork all around the rooms. I had two emergency visits lately and each time I called I was seen in very short order. I appreciate this in a dentistry. I am a senior and never know when a tooth might chip . So glad I'm in good hands! I can always count on my favorite dentil assistant Melanie being available for me. She is extremely gentile when flossing and doing my x-rays. This is important to me too.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and overall enjoyable visit. Teeth cleaning was gentle but thorough which I appreciate as someone with sensitive teeth. After my lifelong family dentist retired I had a difficult time finding a new dentist. I am very thankful my friend recommended Dr. Rosinsky!

Negative experience: The receptionist was not very inviting. When I inquired if they accepted Humana insurance I was told that she didn't know if they accepted Humana. Called Humana they told me that in fact they were on preferred provider list. I felt very unwelcomed. Was it because I walked in? I even wore a mask. Went back within the hour the door was locked. Maybe it's the speech impediment I have developed due to lack of adequate dental care. I'm 60+ and have good insurance. Still looking for dentist without the "we don't need your business" attitude.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to the dentist for a while. Some friends recommended Rosinsky. What a wonderful team! Everyone there was great! I was a little nervous and they made me feel very comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I take my children to see Dr Rosinsky, I decided to make the switch over to him after they said they could see me same day do to an emergency. They referred me to Hlaudy for a tooth extraction and I plan to see Rosinsky to have my bridge put in and teeth cleanings. They are a group of friendly fun, and highly professional dental team! Fantastic experience: I had problems with dentists in the past up until last year. I called my insurance company to see what dentist takes my insurance and I read good reviews about this place. I am so happy that I found them! They listen and are very nice and are very professional and made me feel very comfortable during getting my 3 teeth extracted. Very nice place I have already recommended 3 of my family members to them. My mom likes them, my stepdad is thinking about making an appointment and my mother in law is planning on calling them too. They do such a great job!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rosinsky was a blessing! I was in a lot of pain and needed a root canal. My former dentist, without even looking at my teeth, told me that he didn’t know if he could even save the tooth and he wouldn’t be able to see me again for over a week! The idea of enduring this pain for that long was unbearable. Thankfully I called Dr. Rosinsky. He saw me thar same day and within a couple days he had done a root canal, saved my tooth, and I was pain free! Dr. Rosinsky is now my new dentist. He is a very caring and skillful dentist!

I needed a last minute appointment and they made sure to get me right in. Dr. Rosinsky is by far the best dentist I have ever dealt with. He made my whole experience stress free. I had to have a root canal and he was very patient with me and all of my questions, he explained everything in a way I could understand, didn't make me feel rushed, was gentle and had great bedside manner. I would highly reccomend him to anyone. The staff is also top notch. They are all very caring and helpful. I did not have dental insurance and they made sure I knew all my options and helped me find a way that I could do what I needed to do.

Fantastic experience: I am a long-time patient of Dr. Means. He has always provided the highest level of care, with the warmest regard for his patients. Everyone in his office is always so thoroughly friendly and professional. My most recent appointment was with the new addition to his staff, Dr. Rosinsky, and it was obvious that he brings the same high level of care and regard for the patient.

Fantastic experience: Today was my family’s first visit with the Dr. Means practice. My three year old was super excited and very happy with her visit. The staff is very friendly and the office is clean and welcoming. We were seen by the newer Dr to the practice and he was wonderful and very good with young children. Fantastic experience: Soon after my family moved to NW PA, I had a crown come loose. We found Dr. Means' dentist office, and the kind staff got me in very soon. I was surprised because we were not established patients anywhere in PA, yet. Dr. Means fixed my crown. Since then, we chose to make this place our go-to for all our dentist appointments. Not only do the staff know what they're doing, they help with kindness and professionalism. It's worth the 25 minute drive to get my family, including my toddler, in for regular check-ups and the occasional filling.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough staff,and very friendly, my partial plates were done here also, and they turned out great!

Negative experience: They cause family issues and get into peoples business they have no right to get into and they twist peoples words into something they're not....I will never ever take myself or my children there. Update since you responded mr means your office took what my mother in law said way out of proportion I will call you directly and let you know what they said

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and straightforward. Did the cleaning and a fluoride treatment, x rays, didn’t try to charge anything unnecessary.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, clean office, and the Doctor is very good with children. That being said, they give a discount when you write a review, so that should be kept in mind when reading all of these glowing reviews. They do not want patents to be in the room when children are being treated. This makes me uncomfortable. All in all, I recommend this office, but I'm not 100% thrilled with thier policies.

I was in so much pain from what I thought was a wisdom tooth (turned out to be an infected root canal) and they told me to come right in.
