Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to the dentist, I had extremely GREAT service. I had a problem with a knot in my lower jaw. I called on Wednesday and had an appointment the next morning. The receptionist was very kind and helpful while I was filling out the forms. Larken, the dental assistant, was so sweet and reassuring while taking the exray. Dr. Strachan came in immediately after the exray and said he thought it was a bone tumor or cyst. He told me I would need to see a oral surgeon. Later that morning, Larken called me with an appointment to see an oral surgeon. The courtesy and caring they all showed me was amazing! I've never experienced a 'whole' office being so kind and caring. Larken even called me 2 weeks later to see how I was doing. This was the best dental experience I have ever seen! If I need to see a dentist again, I will surely use this dental practice. Thank you Strachan Dental office!!

The hygienist did a good job and has a sweet personality. The doctor came in to see me and he took the time for us to get to know each other and I enjoyed our conversation together. Very down to earth man. I have not had any work done by this dentist yet, but I have a friend who has and she really likes him. I recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Strachan’s dental practice. I came to him around June of 2024 and had extensive work I needed done on my teeth due to some unfortunate circumstances. If you know anything about tooth pain you know it can be extremely discouraging to deal with. Dr. Strachan created a treatment plan for me and little by little we were able to get my teeth back in order. Throughout the process he was consistently reassuring and never made me feel bad about the work I was having to get done. He always suggested more affordable options when going over procedures. You can tell that this isn’t just a profession to him and that he genuinely cares about his patients and is passionate about what he does. I will forever be grateful for the work he has done for me and the kindness he showed me. I 10/10 recommend!

They are sweet and accommodating to all. I’ve been using Dr Strachan for almost 40 years. I wouldn’t want to see any other dentist! They are like family. I have TMJ as well. He is well versed in TMJ help. I would recommend him and his entire team to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Not only did they bill our insurance properly, they gave us top notch care on our first visit. They got me in quickly when I broke my tooth and could no longer see my usual dentist. (Long story there but it was about insurance billing) Dr Strachan and his staff are friendly and up front and honest with you. No surprises and this was the first cleaning our daughter ever got that she didn’t cry. We will keep our business here.
